Facing One’s Shadow with Wayshower Tawnya Love

Day 223 of 365 Days of Mindfulness Mastery

Blessings Soul Family, 

I am being guided to share a very multidimensional dream experience I awakened from this morning. I feel I was channeling the Goddess/Divine Feminine through this very real and very raw experience.  Please understand this was very multidimensional so in order to deeply receive and understand this message one must open themselves to fully receive and understand in this non-linear way.

There were layers to this wisdom and I will do my best to translate/share this in a digestible way.

One layer I was in a group of people that purposely wanted me to FEEL Left Out and Rejected. These people were very wounded and unconscious and so they did what wounded unconscious humans do…They Projected Their UNPROCESSED Pain (in the dream they Projected that pain onto me) I was playing the role of a human. Disguised as just a small insignificant woman a little unimportant human. Ohh but I AM So Much More.

In another scene of this dream experience I was sitting with a large group of humans. Many of these humans considered themselves Very Intelligent, Very Superior to others.  And yet they were still fast asleep in their illusions of lostness. Lost in their pain, their hate, their need for vengeance. What they didn’t yet understand was that they deeply hated Themselves, They wanted vengeance upon Themselves for their own suppressed pain, fear and darkness.

As I sat with this large group of humans they were yelling and acting threatening and demanding answers. Suddenly I encouraged everyone to close their eyes and to focus upon their breath, their life force while tapping on their hearts. I was explaining to them that this life force was them, that they were consciousness.  That this breath and lifeforce was more purely them than these meat suits they moved around in.

I encouraged them to connect with the real, pure formless truth of who they are. So we sat in this large gathering tapping and breathing and opening up to feel and know our true essence. At one point an arrogant man yelled out “This is bullshit,  this woman is crazy.” Many of the other humans started laughing and joining this man in his small unconscious perspective.  As he continued to lash out and spew his hate, anger, fear and unconscious ignorance more people started to join him in his frequency of Fear, Hate, Anger, Blame, Shame and Unconscious dishonor.

At one point the man demanded that I explain to him and the group why life was so Fucked Up. He was projecting his Fear and Hate towards me trying to intimidate me (I Felt Him).  I kept breathing deeper and faster and allowing my body to rise in vibration and in consciousness.  I surrendered myself to allow consciousness to move through me with whatever it had to express in this Sacred Moment. 

At one point as I was breathing and rocking and tapping and activating faster and faster this same arrogant man started laughing at me and mocking me out loud in the crowd. Trying to shame me, trying to prove My Craziness. He hissed his hateful words like a terrified serpent his entire goal to intimidate and control not only what Spirit was moving through me but the entire crowd. He lusted after power and control, that was his entire lifes goal, he was such a sad lost man.

As he demanded that I answer his questions my body began to shake and I started to cry out loud, that crying escalated to wailing. The man along with many others began laughing feeling he had won, feeling he had conquered not only me but the group.  Feeling he had proven MY Craziness as HE Mocked, Shamed and Spewed Hate and Torment. Many in the crowd felt concerned and fearful.  This raw expressed emotion was uncomfortable for them, this pure release of honesty embarrassing for them to even watch and listen to let alone feel.

As the prideful man continued to Mock, Shame, Hate and attempt to Intimidate me and the group I was in full surrender allowing the Divine Feminine to channel fully through me. As I shook and wailed and released this primal cry was shaking those around me and awakening many of these sleeping humans. At one point I began to speak on the Sacredness of women, the Sacredness that women Embody as healers, nurtures, lovers, creators and givers of life.  And as I honored the Sacredness of the Feminine this arrogant man got increasingly angry and louder. He lashed and writhed in his Hate. He demanded that I be silenced and taken away for My Insanity.

I continued to channel Sacred Truth for the Divine and at one point I was feeling all of this man and all of the people who were hating with him. I was wailing and screaming and crying I felt it all. All of Their collective fear, Their shame, Their joined hatred towards THEMSELVES. Being Projected at myself and others who dare Stand Solid in Higher Truth.

It was crystal clear that They Hated THEMSELVES. They were Ashamed of THEMSELVES, they Feared THEMSELVES.  Every bit of their nasty venomous slander was about THEMSELVES.  Every bit of their Hate towards me, towards the Divine Feminine was about Their Hatred towards THEMSELVES.  Their desire to cast me out, to silence me, to humiliate and reject me was about Their Shame.

I was channeling The Divine via Pure Unfiltered Consciousness and that Light was Searing the Shadows of these unconscious humans. They wanted me to go away, they wanted to destroy me and yet I Solidly Remained Fully Present,  One with Source Consciousness One with The Sacred Feminine One with The Sacred Masculine…I REMAINED.

At one point the man started to shake and was terrified of FEELING vulnerable,  terrified of Feeling his true raw emotions he had shamed and frozen his feelings and emotions for so long that he jumped up and ran away from the group screaming in terror that he in fact was the Crazy One. He ran away from his Unprocessed Pain, Guilt and Shame. He was Terrified of himself of his True Self.

Some of the others ran screaming and burdened with him, and yet many chose to remain Present. Allowing themselves to feel their unprocessed emotions, pain and trauma. Allowing themselves to FEEL it all without suppression, hate or shame. Allowing themselves to Balance and Heal and align with The Divinity once again. These humans chose to heal and to be honest with themselves and their reward was Inner Peace and Spiritual Liberation. 

This dream experience deeply touches my own Soul as it will deeply touch all who allow the Truth to enter for WE Are One in Truth.  In my own life I have often experienced being Cast Out, Purposely Excluded, Lashed Out at, Lied to, Betrayed, Mocked, Shamed, Lied About and called Crazy…Why? Because for a time I was surrounded by large groups of fearful, hateful, unconscious humans who were/are Terrified of Themselves. They could not handle My Light, My Truth, My Raw Emotions, My Presence.

Source Oneness has delivered this very poignant message at this Most Sacred & Divine Time for myself and All Who Are Praying for the Answers.  You Are The Answer to Your Own Suffering, Through Your Choice to BE Conscious and to Heal Yourselves. You and Only You Hold the Key to Your True Freedom from Suffering.

There is no other reason to project your Hate and desire to harm another other than your own unaddressed Pain, Shame and feelings of Unworthiness. You Hold Your Own Key to Freedom Humanity.  Now what will You choose to do with it?

Day 222 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Spirit is guiding me to express an important perspective in regards to living in a spiritual/physical alignment as a human being on planet Earth at this Sacred time on planet Earth 🌏

I had a woman who is a healer come onto my posts scolding me for being a part of the division. I am also a Shamanic Healer and I have my own spiritual and physical eyes and awareness, my own Divine perspective. 

If you notice I AM not hating on anyone however I in my Divine alignment and awareness Must have Discernment and make my own sacred decisions based on that discernment. 

I don’t hate Anyone, I do however receive discernment to not be around or trust individuals who live with hate as their leader. I wouldn’t invite Trump into my Sacred space, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near him.  I don’t have to hate him to see he’s a burning train wreck in motion.  This is called discernment and healthy boundaries.

As a Shamanic Healer/Earth Angel living on planet Earth has been WILD ever since I arrived. This place has felt very heavy for me Vibrationaly and through the help of meditation and listening to my higher guidance I have remembered how to raise my own vibration and how to realign and balance my energies while I AM Here.

Living on this planet hasn’t been easy for Souls like mine. And We didn’t come here to be submissive and silent. We came to serve the Light with Unconditional Love. Please understand that serving with Unconditional Love does Not mean we tolerate Unconditional Abuse. A huge lesson for many of us, myself included.

Yes I AM a Powerful connected Healer/Soul that says FUCK That!!!

Souls like mine came here as messengers and assistants for the Betterment of Humanity.  We Light Up that which hides in the shadow.  We are here to guide those who are ready into their highest alignment and Empowerment for the Betterment of Humanity and all the sacred life on and beyond planet Earth 🌏

So yes I AM a Light Worker/Wayshower with open eyes that see with clarity and awareness.  I Deeply feel and recognize those that are aligned and healthy in Love as well as those who are frozen in their trauma living in fear, anger, manipulation and hate.

Many humans could deeply benefit in working with a healer like myself,  working on themselves, releasing unaddressed trauma and pain. Each individual has to suffer until THEY feel they suffered enough that’s how it goes. We live in a freewill dimension (for awhile longer) as our planet is Ascending and rising in vibration we will either wisely choose to Ascend with our planet or we will feel absolutely chaotic for choosing resistance. Our choice, Our decision to make.

So that being said I view my soul as I view all Souls. Sacred Souls on our individual Sacred Journeys.  That being said I very much live in this world and my own chosen vibration but I AM not of this world. I AM not lost in the chaos, noise and fear that many of you may be observing in others or yourselves. This is a conscious choice that I make each Sacred Moment.

So in regards to a judgmental woman taking the time to comment on my posts about division, Thank You you have encouraged this Moment of Empowered Expression for Tawnya Love. 

I know what I know…WE ARE ALL ONE…I Deeply understand that Love is who we truly are underneath all the masks of anger, fear and hate. I know this truth, however I know that if I observe a hissing angry venomous snake I AM going to be very alert and discerning in how this snake is to be interacted with. And if I observe a grown adult behaving this way I am going to absolutely see it for the venomous threat that it is if it’s building an army of angry venomous snakes. Awareness!

Hurting humans, hurt and lash out at and attack others.  They are unconsciously projecting their pain onto others.  So regardless if it’s a world leader or a toddler throwing a tantrum at the park both are unconsciously projecting their unaddressed emotions and pain.  And if we are wise care givers we teach and guide our toddlers and children with healthy boundaries and consequences for their behavior…because if we fail these toddlers and children we as a society will be dealing with those same projecting toddlers in larger, older meat suits. Like Donald Trump.

I Will Never submit to or follow Any misaligned being, including Trump. I follow my own aligned guidance I do not look to outer forms to tell me what is aligned or right I feel this truth within myself, and I will Never follow misaligned abusive toxic beings of any kind. if you are Sovereign and wise you won’t either.

I AM not here to fight with or hate on anyone. I AM here to illuminate that which is literally screaming for Love,  boundaries and healing and if needed a long time out in solitude until that Soul can quiet Their toxic noise and find inner peace.

There are Many humans in deep unconscious pain on planet Earth MANY and for the person reading this perhaps you are currently one of them, or have been, or are being affected by a hurting human or you have been.  These unconscious cycles will continue to go round and round until WE choose to end the toxic cycles Period. We must do Our healing work that is Our responsibility.

Thank You for taking a moment to receive this important message that is and will absolutely affect every human being until WE choose to heal and free ourselves.

I AM here on planet Earth to assist with and support you in your Healing/Realignment journey Soul Family. The choice is and will Always be Yours to make.

Blessings Soul Family,

If we as a collective society wish to heal, align and thrive we must stop rewarding and condoning misaligned behavior. As long as WE tolerate, accept and allow misaligned humans to lead us WE will continue the cycle of confusion, abuse and corruption.

WE must become aware of our own inner guidance and awareness rather than perpetuating the cycle of confusion by seeking our guidance outside of ourselves. WE must stop the madness of blindly following Anyone just because they are loud, dramatic, intimidating or popular. This is the equivalent of allowing a screaming cranky toddler the power of leading our lives for us. It’s insane.

WE must be bold and courageous in walking our unique path with no neediness for approval or ego stroking. WE must heed and honor the inner wisdom we receive by tuning in consciously to Source for guidance and direction. WE must remember that WE can always choose to listen to understand or WE can choose to Not listen and arrogantly charge ahead with no awareness, alignment or honor for ourselves, one another or OUR Sacred planet.

These choices matter, every choice is an act of creation be it conscious or Not. WE must pay attention to what OUR thoughts, words and actions are creating. And if we observe chaos and sickness and distortion WE must choose higher choices or what WE will come to understand as The Loving choice.

All is Love. WE either create and then experience Love, or WE unconsciously create from fear and ignorance and continue the cycles of suffering within ourselves and then often project this suffering onto other unconscious beings. This can simply be viewed as a Missed Opportunity for Love. With no need for shame, pain or judgement. These choices will always keep US enslaved within the illusion of suffering.

Every moment offers each and every one of us another Sacred Opportunity to choose Love and to remember that WE are Love in motion.

Divine Channeling by Tawnya Love

I FEEL an important movement of consciousness wishing to be shared & delivered through at this moment. I invite all who are Aligned, Open & Receptive to take a deep, centering breath and consciously move into your Higher-Heart spacial awareness.

I honor and accept All of You. However, I have no issue at all in removing any unconscious, judgmental and hateful comments. Hatefulness and judgment have Never brought about an Aligned solution for Anything.

I honor that some who may be guided to observe and listen may be currently residing on a different frequency (think of radio stations–there are many, and none are better or worse than any others yet they will activate different frequencies within yourself, simply by tuning in), so this is an invitation to open yourselves and observe without attachment the frequency/station that you are currently focused upon.  This is an invitation to Open yourselves to perhaps a new frequency/station that you may haven’t remembered existing.

I invite you to BE still and centered within yourselves, as only those residing in stillness will truly allow this frequency to flow in. Take a moment to observe any scripted chatter trying to distract you away from this moment of stillness and presence. Observe this chatter with curiosity and detachment.

I welcome you to take a deep centering breath and scan your body, as you invite your body to settle in here and to relax. Continue to breathe in and breathe out in a relaxed breath. Consciously open yourselves up to Listen, to Hear, to Receive, & to Allow a deeper understanding to move through your energetic field. Allow Unity Consciousness/Christed Consciousness to Activate your cells, your DNA, your mind, and all that you are beyond this time-space illusion.

It has been brought to our attention that many humans in the USA are feeling at war within themselves and with each other. Know this, One cannot BE at war with another without first being at war within the self.

There have been current movements and decisions that have triggered many of you in a very deep and profound way. Decisions that have both activated more Dis-Ease and Misalignment, as well as a Calling for Ease and Alignment. This is a beautiful opportunity for you as a collective who refer to themselves as The United States of America.

So we ask you, what does this mean to each of you? What are you currently thinking about, currently behaving as, currently Being that is bringing about such Dis-Ease, Dis-Harmony and Division? We ask, are You the embodiment of Presence, Unconditional Love, Stillness & Unity? Are You FEELING, & Being at Ease? Are You BEING The Powerful Presence of Stillness & Compassion for yourselves and one another?

Know this, it does not matter what is occurring around you.  It matters what you are choosing within yourselves. It does not matter if millions of humans are choosing to embody, Fear, Dis-Ease, Judgement and Hate. It is and will ALWAYS BE Your Divine responsibility to maintain Your chosen frequency & alignment.

Many of you are aware of the alchemical process that you are currently undergoing, for You have called for this transformation, you have chosen this process of Ascension at this Divine Time.

Many of you deeply desire very similar Realities, however your choice to play in victimhood rather than choosing Alignment is taking its energetic toll and you are aware of this. You FEEL the inner aches, pains, the shame, the guilt, the inner Dis-Ease, do you not? Observe this within yourselves without judgment. Allow yourselves to simply observe and to allow awareness and consciousness to enter your energetic, unified field.

No one is required to Ascend & Align at this time. This is and shall ALWAYS BE Your Divine Choice & Responsibility. Do understand that your choices will bring about their own cause and effect outcomes. Some of these outcomes you may find blissful and enjoyable, while others will continue to regurgitate the victimhood path of suffering.

Please understand that your choices belong to No One other than You. You are currently undergoing a great Cosmic play on planet Earth in which you have each been given the sacred gift of Freewill & Sovereignty. It does not matter what characters you choose to play in this cosmic performance, as You have Freewill in this dimension.

Many of you are asserting your Freewill in such a way as to attempt to brainwash and deceive those who will tolerate and allow it. Many of you are choosing to Project Your Own Misalignment outward towards others with the hope that you will in some way make up for Your Own Inner misalignment by building larger numbers or followers. This is Not how Alignment and Ascension work. There is simply No integrity in this distorted plan.

Again, we repeat this Dimension is a Freewill Dimension. Therefore, Not one amongst you is immune to this Spiritual Reality. Many are playing out their chosen characters in hopes of deceiving others to join in their misalignment and distortion. This is simply a choice. You are each Free to choose to act these situations out with one another as long as you wish.

Do understand however that if it’s Alignment & Ascension that you are choosing to experience at this Divine Time on planet Earth, that any choice of Misalignment is Not Serving You or your fellow Soul Family. You will continue to FEEL lost and fearful for as long as you choose to play out your misaligned, distorted choices.

As you choose to meet and face yourselves, as you choose to BE Sovereign and Free, as you choose to Honor one another’s Freewill & Sovereignty, as You choose to Maintain Your inner alignment, you Will FEEL Yourselves Ascending. Every cell of your being will BE conscious and aware. And equally You will FEEL Yourselves dropping out of Your Alignment when you allow Anything or Anyone to act as a distraction in Your Great Cosmic Play of Ascension.

You choose. You are responsible for All that You are Creating. This is The Highest Truth & Will ALWAYS BE The Highest Truth. Again, no radio station is better than the next – they are simply different frequencies being offered to You as an experience.

Therefore, if you have been trained from childhood to only listen to one station or trained that every other station is bad or evil, know that this is Not Divine Truth. This is a misaligned, human-made distortion. A misaligned program to manipulate your energy to only focus on a particular programmed station.

The Source from which You have All come from does Not condemn, control or manipulate You. Your human-made misaligned programs do this. The Source from which we have All come observes it all without judgment and without preference. It is All Divinely allowed, it is Your stage on which to experience energy, frequency and vibration.

Therefore, if you have found yourself allowing human-made projections and distorted programs to control your mind, the first step in liberation is Your Choice to BE Aware. We invite You to become curious again, to return to your childlike state of innocence and wonder. Know that you simply cannot make a mistake as this dimension has been offered to each of you as an opportunity to experience and to remember. A playground for your Soul. We encourage You to Play more, to laugh more, to Enjoy more, to Love more.

Those who are here to experience Ascension understand the importance of this childlike innocence and openness, balanced with Your aligned wisdom from many, many experiences on the great cosmic stage. In essence, Your Choice to BE Present & at Ease, Your choice to observe Your mental programs and to discard all that you observe as unhelpful to your Ascension is what is being called forth. This is Not a frequency for distraction, judgment, hate and distortion. Again those choices exist in your 3D Dimension, however as you FEEL the inner calling to Ascend in frequency and to return to the Unified Consciousness You will naturally FEEL drawn to The Aligned Choice. You will know the difference within yourselves.

We encourage you to release your need to control anyone else’s choices, as this distraction will anchor you to distorted frequencies (again, think of your radio stations once you give your attention to a station you’re now listening to it and allowing it to move through your energy field, your mind, your emotional body all aspects of you are now receiving this frequency for your betterment or your Dis-Ease)  BE Mindful & Discerning.

We would like to again encourage you to Remember Your Divine Sovereignty and Freewill. We encourage You to Remember Your Divine Worth & Uniqueness. For We understand that a Soul Who Remembers these important spiritual truths will BE a Powerful Vibrational Force upon your planet and Not One to BE manipulated or deceived. These Souls have chosen to BE Here Now as Wayshowers or Guides of What Alignment and Ascension are capable of creating in a Unified Unconditionally Loving Consciousness.

Observe them, co-create with them, SEE Yourself within them and Allow Yourselves to Awaken & Remember the State of Bliss from which You Are One.

Today, before teaching my first early morning Yoga class, I drew this card: “If You meet someone whose soul is not aligned with yours, send them Love and move along”. Such a perfectly synchronistic Message arriving at the Divinely Aligned Time. Such a truthful and intelligent Message.

How often do we allow another human’s energy to negatively affect our own? How often do we waste our precious energy arguing with others, or trying to defend ourselves? How often do we get caught up in negativity in any way, at the detriment of our own joy, health and happiness?

We may discover that this occurs quite often. However, simply observing this pattern is very empowering and can be liberating if we are ready to heal ourselves within. If not, no biggy. The Universe is incredibly patient, and will continue to bring in those external energies to assist us with what we have to heal within us.

Whether we choose to heal ourselves now, in a month, a year or perhaps even another lifetime, we all will eventually surrender to the power of Love.

What can be powerfully helpful as you move and evolve in this lifetime is to understand that not all humans will be Vibrating at the same frequency as you. Not all humans will be open or receptive to truth, Love or true freedom. And that’s okay. Honor them where they are, keep Loving yourself, and send them Love as you joyously move along. Give yourself permission to connect with those who SEE you, who Honor you, and who support your growth and evolution.

There really is no need to waste your precious energy arguing or fighting or trying to convince others of how You view life. Share openly from your authentic heart, give fully from Love and balance it all with discernment and awareness.

I have this strong image burned into my mind’s eye of Christ painfully hanging from a cross. A cross that hurtful, cruel, angry and fearful humans hung him upon. I SEE and HEAR him expressing to Source God: “Forgive them, for they know not what they do”. Such humility, vulnerability and truth; such wisdom in this one simple statement.

As children of Source God, we are here continuing the journey of Love, continuing in the sharing of truth, Love, healing and wisdom. And like our brother Christ who came before us, we each have a choice to live freely, truthfully, compassionately, and Lovingly in a world where many humans are consumed with fear, anger, greed, jealousy, and hate. How we choose to respond is our choice to make, and this choice will affect every aspect of your lives.

Do we lash out at strangers we do not know? Do we attempt to bully, silence and control others who think differently or see in another way? Do we show violence towards our brothers and sisters while justifying our behaviors as okay because of a different team/group/organization we identify with? Do we choose to push down those who seek only to liberate us? Do we crucify those who are different than us by publicly shaming them, and trying to destroy them?

Do you see that this behavior hurts everyone, including yourself?

If You’re choosing these choices, You have lost yourself in your fear, your hatred and your anger. No one can save you from yourself, only your consciousness, your willingness to SEE, your awareness and Love can lift you from the dark swamps of fear. Love is your key to Freedom. Love shall set us All FREE!

Notice that you have a voice within your mind. Just observe the voice. Is this voice you, or are You the witness observing this voice? Notice what this voice within is telling you. Are you receiving messages of Love? Or does this voice tell you to not trust others, to lash out at them so they can’t reach you? Does this voice encourage connection, or is it constantly in a state of dis-ease, judgment and tension? Just practice noticing the voice in your head. Observe it with curiosity and compassion.
As you connect with your breath, notice that there is a Bigger You, the witnessing Consciousness that is observing it all. Observing the voice within your head, observing your life situation, observing the character being played by you. Begin to observe, and start to question this inner voice. If this voice lashes out towards yourself, observe how soon after you find yourself lashing out at others. Observe how the voice wants to justify its anger, its violence, its fear. Observe how nothing seems to calm the voice or satisfy it. How it seems hungry for pain, drama, anger and tension always. How interesting. Keep observing.

Once we have the courage to observe the voice in our mind, we have the power to transcend the pain within, and once we transcend the pain within, we would Never Ever justify lashing out at ourself or others again. We will begin to awaken from this insanity of the mind, we will begin to open our eyes to SEE with Love again, to recognize our Oneness with All of life, All of nature. We will awaken and SEE that, in truth, there are no winners or losers, no teams to defend, no clubs we need to belong to. We will recognize our Oneness, our Unity. We will reclaim our true power through our Awareness, Openness and Unity!

Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you observe. You may not always like what you see, however your courage to see will be rewarded with truth, freedom, awareness and deep inner peace.

It takes great courage to live authentically in a society that has worked so hard to condition us away from truth and authenticity. I myself have often felt like a rebel in my life, simply for honoring my own heart, soul and alignment. And so often when I simply choose to express my own authentic truth, or live my own authentic way there have been uncomfortable consequences. Why is this? Why have we become a society that shames those who think outside of the box, those that speak their minds and walk against a misaligned grain?

No other can truly know Your own heart. But you know it, you know if you’ve lost yourself trying to people please. You know it if you’ve become fake, shallow, and uncaring. You always know because you feel bad within.

I have found that I FEEL amazing when I honor my own wisdom and speak my truth. Even if I am greeted with hateful words and opposition. I FEEL amazing within because I am living authentically. I observe how often when another meets me or another with anger, blame, criticism and shame, they don’t seem to FEEL so good within. They are the ones who truly know how rotten they feel as they choose to walk around shooting others’ ideas down, shaming people they don’t even know and attempting to control others through their anger and negetivity.

How do we as a society heal this misaligned situation? How do we heal the hurt we carry within ourselves? Well we can begin with some self-Love and self-Forgiveness for all the times we’ve allowed others to pressure us into betraying our truth and alignment. Then extend some Forgiveness to those around us that are hurting and therefore unconsciously lashing out in an attempt to hurt others.
Once we’ve forgiven we have a clean slate a fresh energy to create with Now. But unless we clear the past, we carry that past pain around with us and it pollutes everything. Once we have taken the time to clear the pain of the past we are fresh and new like a new born babe. Now our simple yet important task is to remain centered, aware, present and authentic.

Once a human has healed past pain and learned the importance of living authentically, this choice to show up authentically is the most important choice in all this souls’ creations. No longer will this human feel it’s okay to deny their own wisdom and truth. No longer will they allow others to shame them into silence. No longer will they allow hateful humans to have any influence in their creations whatsoever. Love will lead this human. Love will flow through this humans’ creations. Love will ignite this human’s forward movement. Love will Be The highest priority!
Sometimes this means that this human may face great opposition and judgment by others. So be it! Sometimes it means humans will lash out at them, attempt to control and shame them. Good luck with that! Choosing to live authentically threatens many who are Not living authentically themselves. Choosing to speak your authentic truth may threaten those who still allow their egoic woundedness to control them. Choose to Rise into authenticity anyway! This choice will be the most liberated choice one will ever make. You will set yourself Free of the illusory prisons within and without. Nothing will be able to hold you down or block your forward movement, for you will be in your Oneness with Source God.

The choice to live authentically does take great courage and faith to live in the immortal Infinite Oneness with Source God. One cannot be bound to earthly possession, though one may find they are suddenly blessed beyond measure for living so courageously. You receive all you truly need and yet you realize none of it is in your control. You pass through the eye of the needle “of Alignment.”  You enter the kingdom of Oneness with Source God through this choice of authentic Alignment. Through Love…. Unconditional Unshakable Love.
So many humans are so unfulfilled and miserable because of their choices to continue to live unconsciously with fear and anger. These humans live unconsciously and they often justify doing the most horrendous things because fear dominates their choices. One cannot pass through the eye “of Alignment” filled with fear and hatred. One must release all the conditioned fear and return to Love in order to pass through. It is really quite simple. Love is literally the key!

Today notice if you have a tendency to become defensive, to attempt to control another’s behavior in anyway, or to shame yourself or another for anything! Bring Consciousness into your thoughts, Consciousness into your chosen words and Consciousness into your chosen actions. Give yourself permission to learn and grow and Not be perfect.

 Take a focus away from perfection simply by mastering your awareness. Allow self awareness to be your highest priority. If you slip and find yourself hating on another human, shaming them or attempting to control them in any way. Catch it and go within and release this programmed behavior again and again. Stay present. Choose to show up today and every day as LOVE in motion. Nothing can stop the power of LOVE! We must choose to BE it 💖

Millions of women, children and men are marching today all across our great nation for the Women’s March. So many beautiful humans coming together not to fight anything or hate on anyone. They Unite for Love, they Unite for the pleasure of Uniting, they Unite to express their sacred hearts. So many humans are choosing to focus on Love, Peace, Harmony and Unification and it’s beautiful.

Regardless of whether you chose to literally take a stand and march with others, or if you vibrationally are choosing this alignment within yourself, the choice to focus upon Unity, Harmony, Peace and Love is POWERFUL!

For myself I AM Free Now, I make my choices Now, I honor my body Now, I choose my employment Now, My partnerships, My choices! I hold Only Love and Compassion for the many humans that are still awakening to reclaim their own power. The many humans who are opening themselves to choose from a space of Self-Love, Freedom and Empowerment. The many that are still activating Love, Peace and Unity within themselves. I celebrate every single soul that is choosing LOVE, for Your choice is so powerful beyond measure and as you return to Love and Heal yourself You assist in Healing the whole.
I observe so many shifts occurring at this time, positive shifts, healing shifts, so much beautiful transformation taking place within and outside for each of us. We are forever moving, shifting, growing, and evolving to allow ourselves permission to fully embody our Divinity…And it’s truly beautiful.

My Beloved and I recently watched an incredible film called Lion, a true story, an amazing story, a beautiful life long story of the power of our human connection, unity and the return to Love. Each one of us is living this story out in our own unique way. Each one of us forever Feeling the inner call to return to Love. In this story this young boy is lost, seeking, and struggling to find home…For him it’s a literal home. Yet I also observe the universal metaphor being mirrored to each of us, if we choose the eyes to see for we are All on our individual journeys returning home to Love are we not?
So often we fight, conceal and supress our feelings, numb or deny our pain all in an exhausting effort to avoid the unavoidable. That sooner or later we all will choose to stop fighting and return home to Love. What if we each made that choice right here, right now? Just let go of the anger, the fear, the need for control or the need to be understood. What if we chose to Love, to listen, to give, to forgive, and to open ourselves to understand? I can give you a hint, and it’s spelled MIRACLES!

Take a moment and feel within yourself, connect with your heart. Take a few relaxing centering breaths and just BE with yourself. Quiet that mind chatter for just a bit, give your mind permission to slow down and BE Still.

Now feel Your heart listen to your own needs. Give yourself the time and space You need to find ease, to return to Love. Let go of needing anyone to see you, hear you or understand you just for Now. Give yourself the Love You need, listen to your own needs and honor them, SEE yourself clearly and without judgment. Take the pressure off of needing anything externally just for Now. Allow yourself permission to relax, rest and return to Love. BE Love, FEEL Love, SEE with eyes of Love, LISTEN with Compassionate ears of Love. LOVE is Your home, it’s safe to come back home!

Today in America, it is Inauguration Day for the 45th president of the United States. One may question the very title of this country at this time as ironic in deed, for “United” is but an illusion on the external level. As I look outside of myself, I observe so many hurting humans. So much anger, fear and hate. At times like this, it may be a challenge to remain centered and at ease within oneself. Yet choosing to remain centered and at ease shall set us Free.

So many of us as humans feel lost, stuck, and imprisoned in our own fears, in our own external creations of Hell. Fighting, screaming, and resisting simply invites more of the same energy, and so we go on and on, at war within and at war without, for it can BE no other way. You see, We hold the power within ourselves at all times. We and We alone choose where we focus our attention. Do we tune into the hate, anger and violence until it ignites within ourselves? Or do we turn our focus to Beauty, Love, Hope, and Gratitude?

Do we choose to argue and shame those who have a different perspective than ours? Or do we move on, allowing others to focus where they wish to as we choose to focus upon that which we Love?

You see, Your chosen focal point is where you are activating energy within and without. No one has the power to make you choose hate…You choose it. No other has the power to make You choose to focus upon fear, lack, or limitation, You choose to focus there. As You choose to focus on a focal point, You give it more energy, more life, and magnetically You begin to invite the chosen energy that You’re focusing on into your life. Many may want to blame their family, their government, their brother, spouse or even their dog for their suffering…But it is always You!

Every human handles their life situations differently. Some have been told that they are forever limited or lacking in some way, and many will choose to believe in this illusion. They start to focus on lack, on limitations, and BAM – next thing they know, Look at what is happening in their external reality…Lack and Limitations in bucket loads.

The same programming can be told to another human being, and this human may choose to ignore external opinion. This human chooses to go inward, and FEEL their vastness and spaciousness. This human focuses on Love, Hope, Liberation, Unity and Oneness, and BAM – next thing you know, check out that external reality baby: it’s Beautiful, Miraculous Solutions unfold, answers arrive, and Abundance is delivered.

Now, as Spiritual beings experiencing our human experience, we are Free Now, free to make our choices, moment by sacred precious moment. We can choose to get caught up in the external reality and Fight, Fight, Fight or Shame, Shame, Shame or Blame, Blame, Blame. And you got it baby, that fight comes right back around like a boomerang! We are the Creators of it!

The alternate path is the path I highly recommend, and the path I choose: The path of Love, Surrendered Trust, Hope, Freedom, & Expansion, the path of Oneness and Unity within. If you haven’t witnessed the manifestation of complete unity externally, please don’t lose faith and return to the path of doubt and fear again. Maintain your focus, your chosen vibration, and trust in life’s ability to transform your outer world as you find Alignment and Balance within and transform Your inner world.

It’s easy to hate, it’s easy to shame and blame, it’s easy to lose faith and expect the worst. And many humans will continue to create from this heaviness until they have suffered enough.

It’s wise to choose Love, to choose patience and surrendered trust. This does not mean we lose our voices, or become complacent in a space of inaction. It just means we allow our primary focus to BE focused upon OUR Beingness, and our inspired actions will become the secondary focus with Love guiding said actions. We may feel guided to take a stand for Love. Just be mindful that as you stand, you stand firmly in Love.

Many of you may be viewing a society at war, perpetuating hate, anger, fear and separation. Throughout history, humanity has Co-Created war and violence over and over. Personally I AM DONE with the violence, the fear, the war. I choose to set myself free by focusing upon the Infinite Love within.

Do not look “out there” for your answers or your guidance and Inspiration…but rather go within, and return to Love. You have freedom Now to choose this, you’ve always had this freedom, and you always will. Choose wisely, and it will transform your entire reality!

For the next few days, I invite you to practice awareness and discernment in regards to your chosen focal point. Observe how you feel if you’re listening to the news or radio. Observe how you feel when you’re watching the news on television. Now, consciously choose to Not tune into TV, radio, internet, the news, and social media. Choose to go within; choose to sit in nature and just BE with nature; listen to the rustling leaves, the trickling stream, the bird song. Choose to go into stillness meditation daily, not because something is wrong that you need answers to, but for the sheer pleasure of Being. Make notes in your journal or just mental awareness of how you feel. Now choose to be very selective about where you place your sacred focus moment by sacred moment… Because We are Always in a space of perpetual creation! Choose Wisely, my friends.

This morning during my Yoga class, I received my Inspiration for today’s shared wisdom from a spontaneous conversation with one of my Yoga students. We were chatting about meditation, and how so many “gurus” or what many like to refer to as “masters” have certain rules one must follow to achieve enlightenment. Rules for how one must sit, or mantras one must chant to reach this place of enlightenment. And I must humbly and rebelliously disagree…With all of it.

I have never felt comfortable with the idea of making someone else my guru or master. To be completely honest, I think it’s absolutely absurd, and can be a great distraction in regards to true enlightenment. Now don’t get me wrong–I have great respect for all life, gurus included. However I can’t help but question…Well, everything!

Why is it an “enlightened choice” for any of us to seek our answers and enlightenment outside of ourselves? When I listen to the wise teachings of several aware humans that have graced this Earth, I don’t hear them telling us to seek our answers “out there.” Ever! These are the ones many refer to as the Gurus and Masters, yet even these humans felt this projecting of responsibility and accountability was off.

The irony is that aware humans often do their best to share the mystical experience they are going through within themselves. They do the best they can to express this unnameable experience with words. And then lost, unaware humans misinterpret everything they did their best to express. So often we as humans ignore our own inner wisdom and genius because we don’t yet trust in ourselves. We still haven’t fully awakened from our deep slumber. We still feel we are not quite enough, not quite good enough or smart enough to claim our Oneness with Source’s intelligence and genius. And so we follow, and we follow, and we follow; or we seek to control, control, control.

We are even programed and taught to…Yep, follow or control. We are often taught very young that we “just don’t understand,” that we’re “just not as wise as so and so.” And after we hear this enough, we begin to betray ourselves daily in order to become followers and controllers. Anyone who has experienced either of these choices has suffered, and suffered, and suffered.

I see beauty and genius within myself as well as within those around me every day. I celebrate that beauty with my gratitude, with my presence. I appreciate the genius in others, and I am Inspired constantly by humans, animals, and nature. However, something I just cannot do is follow or control. I feel I was just not wired to ignore my own voice in order to follow someone else’s, in order to gain someone else’s idea of enlightenment. It just doesn’t make any damn sense!

Look around you, just for today, and really take notice of how many people of all different walks of life are trying to “Sell” you something they say you need. From government, television, religion, schools, shopping malls, and Spiritual communities…It’s everywhere. The constant message that WE are not good enough on our own, that WE need something that someone else says we need in order to be okay. When you’re ready to SEE it, ohh baby, you’ll SEE it everywhere.

Here’s the thing: I just cannot participate in this illusion. I can observe it, for it is All around me. However, it FEELS so OFF to participate in this illusion. I SEE that WE are ALL Incredibly powerful, capable, intelligent, worthy, good enough, and Awesome. I SEE that we can enjoy spending time with one another, without the egoic game of Follow the Leader, the Guru, or the Master.

What if WE All started to truly honor our own inner genius? What if we each tuned in constantly for our answers, rather than going outside of ourselves? What if we smiled and enjoyed the feelings of Inspiration that others ignite within us, without making them our masters, or gurus?

Now as a woman, mother, daughter, sister, teacher, healer, counselor, and friend, I often show up for life as life shows up for me. There may be times when others ask for my opinion or for guidance, and I will honorably share the wisdom of Source flowing freely in that moment. However, there is never a need in myself to be another’s guru or master. Often my friends, family members, or clients will come to me for guidance. They ask their questions, share their feelings, and I listen. And I ask them…How do You feel? What is your inner voice saying? What does your heart tell you? I don’t feel it’s my place to tell another what their choices should be, because it isn’t.
This is the paradox of life. At times we may wish to have a healer, teacher, or parent we respect give us our answers. However, we should be mindful of those we’re seeking enlightenment from, for many simply wish to be in control, or to be celebrated for their own egoic neediness. Others can mirror back to us either the confusion we have going on within, or they may mirror back the clarity and confirmation we feel we need…Trust this inner feeling. This is Your inner guru speaking.

I have had to do my best to stay playful and just laugh these situations away. So often I observe humans using different tactics to lure others in, and often it’s through fear and control. I’ve been to Spiritual stores where I’ve witnessed humans feeding their customers with fearful ideas in order to sell them healing stones or jewelry. I’ve listened to Doctors telling another intelligent being what their destiny holds for them–speaking through fear. I have observed parents frighten their children with fears of what may happen to them in order to control their child’s choices. I have observed self-proclaimed “healers” online shaming other humans for not doing a mantra correctly, or for saying that a particular Arch Angel doesn’t like their name spelled in a certain way??? It’s just insane…All of it! And it’s not coming forth from a place of Love or enlightenment, it’s all about egoic control. It’s about making other’s wrong so we can FEEL right.

So what are we going to do about this, humanity? Are we truly ready to choose peace, Love, and enlightenment? Do we truly desire this Alignment?  Or are we going to ignore this awareness and continue on as we have for thousands of years, pretending we are blind, deaf, ignorant, and dumb; pretending we are unworthy, incapable, and lost? Are we ready to truly embody our Divinity, truly ready to BE One with our Source God and Love one another, to come home within ourselves? Or will we just keep trying to sell each other that which we will not claim for ourselves? If so we shall end up spiritually bankrupt.

Enlightenment is Here Now…Are You ready to claim it?

Time for a WAKE UP CALL!!! with Intuitive healer Tawnya Love

Greetings beautiful soul family,

It is a rare occasion that I subject myself to the media, why? Because I’m a very aware and awake wise woman that can FEEL the incredible bullshit being fed to those watching. However while working out at the gym this morning I saw Donald Trump all red faced and tense looking. And I thought you know what I need to listen to this man so I can make a solid sound choice in regards to what I feel about him as our future president.

Now I’m a Love girl by nature, I’m All about the Love and if you’ve known me awhile your very aware of that. That being said just observing this man rant for let’s say 5 min or less and I had to switch the channel.
 
First of all we will Never solve any of our issues with fear, paranoia and hate…Ever!!!
 
Nelson Mandela expressed this so beautifully to us many years ago, as did Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr, Christ, Buddha and sooooo many humans that give of themselves everyday to make this world a more peaceful, loving beautiful place.

Kicking all of the immigrant helpers out of our country is pure ignorance. Building a wall to keep the enemy out sounds awful familiar, anyone remember the Berlin Wall and what insanity led to the creation of that wall?
 
Fellow humans it’s time for us all to open our hearts, our minds and our eyes and it’s time we Take our power back…time to Unite as a people of planet Earth and cut the crap with all this separation and hate. It’s Insanity and the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again expecting a different outcome. History is either going to repeat itself until we self destruct or WE are going to wake up and change our direction. What will it be?
 
WAKE UP!!! No more hate, no more fear, no more angry spitting misaligned fearful humans leading us…What The Hell???
 
It is time to go in a completely radical New direction, it is time for us to choose Love and Unity and to evolve humanity higher As One…No one left out, no one shut out, no enemies, no war, no fear….LOVE that is the direction…The Only sane direction for each and everyone of us.
