We all have our moments where we feel anger. It’s not enlightening to ignore, suppress or deny this emotion. Feeling an energy like anger happens. It happens to us all. It’s what we do with this energy that matters most.
It’s important that we express/release these powerful emotions and then learn from them. That we feel them fully and then release them. Yet I do encourage you all to release them with truth, release them with power, yet always stay mindful that you release them with Peace and Love as your solution.
Anger is a gift, it comes to get us in touch with deeper truths within ourselves. It comes calling forth change, evolution and aligned solution in a misaligned world. We must stop trying to avoid anger or suppress anger another day. We must allow this energy the respect it deserves to catapult us forward in higher aligned directions. To listen to it’s wisdom and respond with aligned action. This is the powerful opportunity our gift of anger offers us.
