Blessings on this beautiful New day Beloved Soul Family. Today’s topic is all about the power of Presence.

✨ Spirituality is not about looking up or looking down. It isn’t about comparing or competing with yourself or another. It’s simply reflective, in that your experience of life has touched a dimension that is beyond your physical nature. ✨ It is expansive.

To truly enjoy life we must allow ourselves to be present. Through our choice to be present with life we remain open and conscious to that which is manifesting in our physical world, as well as deeply connected and aware of that which is beyond the boundaries of our physical reality. With presence we are able to create consciously. ✨

✨ Without our presence we simply become entangled in our life’s physical and psychological dramas. Reactively moving through our psychological dramas over and over again, from this space it will be impossible for us to truly feel a deep connection with life. Here we are creating and experiencing a lot of drama, however without presence our creations will not be consciously created. And we will create an experience of suffering through the Illusion of our separateness. ✨

✨ Without presence a human being begins to feel isolated and separate. Competition and fear rule their minds and drama fills their lives. ✨

✨ The key to freedom is in our choice to BE Present and One with life. To remember that we are connected to life and dimensions beyond the boundaries of our physical nature.

Ohhh baby I completely agree with this empowered soul’s expression on what true forgiveness is. As a soul coach I’ve supported so many beautiful souls with this understanding. It’s so important that we remember that we are Free. That we do not ever need to tolerate unconscious behavior, and yet we can forgive others of their unconscious behavior.

As humans we truly can become entangled in the energy of others, especially when they have harmed us in some way. It’s so important that we take the Conscious steps to cut those energetic chains that bind us to other’s hurtful energy.

I AM a freedom fighter 💯% I AM Free and I have absolutely observed how fearful that seems to make those living in the shadows. Love those who have harmed you, wish them well and remember to cut those energetic chains that bind you to the pain. You are Free so take this as a Loving reminder to live that way no matter what others choose to do.

We all have our moments where we feel anger. It’s not enlightening to ignore, suppress or deny this emotion. Feeling an energy like anger happens. It happens to us all. It’s what we do with this energy that matters most.

It’s important that we express/release these powerful emotions and then learn from them. That we feel them fully and then release them. Yet I do encourage you all to release them with truth, release them with power, yet always stay mindful that you release them with Peace and Love as your solution.

Anger is a gift, it comes to get us in touch with deeper truths within ourselves. It comes calling forth change, evolution and aligned solution in a misaligned world. We must stop trying to avoid anger or suppress anger another day. We must allow this energy the respect it deserves to catapult us forward in higher aligned directions. To listen to it’s wisdom and respond with aligned action. This is the powerful opportunity our gift of anger offers us.

How are you my Awesome Soul Family? I find it entertaining how many humans project “their” judgments towards how one should live in order to BE more spiritual. One cannot help being a spiritual being.

All life is connected and One with Spirit. The “parts” a human chooses to play in their life’s movie are just that, parts they are choosing to play. The costumes we wear are just that costumes. Wearing a robe, or dreadlocks, high heels or sandals… it’s All good, it’s all a costume of Source Oneness. All is Love beyond the illusion of our judgment & our life’s movie creations…and by the way Everyone is Worthy, Everyone is a spiritual being.

Now choosing to play the part of ignorance or to live unconsciously, well that will definitely affect you and your creations. However even if your playing the greatest unconscious victim part, or the most convincing unconscious villian part… guess what? Your still a spiritual being united in Source Oneness beyond the Illusion of this 3D movie!

So what if we All remembered that this is a Big ol Actors Camp of Source Onieness? Enjoy playing your parts, and honor the freewill of others choices in the parts they are choosing to play. What do You say my Beloved Soul Family?

Blessings Beloved Soul Family,

We are incredibly creative beings able to create anything we remain dedicated and focused upon. For example: If we are focusing upon ideas and emotions of poverty, fear, or sickness, our conscious mind also potentially holds our concepts for alignment, health, vitality and abundance in equal measure.

If we choose to redirect our thoughts away from the negative (or unwanted) ideas and imaginings to aligned, expansive, positive thoughts, then through our redirected concentration we will discover our ability to shift and balance ourselves from within.

Here, the unlimited Source energy & potential within us is then called into action and alignment under the command and focus of our conscious mind. We decide to choose to focus on a positive, expansive emotion. We decide to focus upon positive imaginings in our mind. And we experience a tipping point energetically and vibrationally. Not long after this vibrational shift we begin to observe external and internal shifts in our reality.

Many humans have not yet fully learned (or remembered) how to use their consciousness masterfully, so it often appears as if our imagination, emotions and reasoning are going against each other.

A Master accepts external as well as internal data, picking and choosing only that which is beneficial and aligned with their desired creation….Understanding the importance of remaining open and receptive to inner knowledge and intuition.

The Master knows thyself, as a result of balancing the act of looking within and without while consciously choosing their next focal point in creation.

It is a beautiful balance of chosen emotion, chosen imagination, and recognizing the Illusion of one’s beliefs. By choosing to focus upon the opposite emotion of any limiting emotion arising that you wish to change, you are now consciously redirecting your focus into a new space for creation. By shifting your imagination in the opposite direction from any limiting belief that has arisen, you are now powerfully choosing only expansive images that you desire to create and experience. And finally by recognizing that all of your beliefs are an illusion, you support and free yourself as an eternally expansive, creative being.

In order for us to Masterfully create the lives we desire, we must have the courage to observe our own deeply held beliefs. As well as the consciousness to shift them when necessary for our evolution and expansion.

Today’s Mindfulness Mastery focus is simple, short and to the point. For any humans that feel the need to project their own limitations/beliefs upon others how about focusing upon your only true responsibility which is to focus upon your own life & choices while honoring the alignment of allowing others to make their own choices.

I really don’t care how educated you say you are, or how spiritually aware…the moment you cast judgment or seek to control the free will of another is all I need to observe to see just how uneducated and lacking in spiritual awareness you are.

Ponder that as you turn that mirror towards self and have the courage to look within ✌️😉 enjoy doing Your thing, enjoy believing in Your beliefs and have the wisdom and alignment to honor that freedom in all living beings. This is Love! 💗
