This last year I embarked on a painfully brave journey to heal. I was sickened with a lack of confidence, no boundaries, and I was burnt out. I recognized that I was neurotic and in full-blown fight or flight mode. I had “success” or at least success in the way that society views it. Yet, inside of myself I was spiraling. I became apathetically disassociated with the world, I was always sick to my stomach no matter what I put in it. I felt defected, even my dreams turned into nightmares that were haunting me.

I knew that I needed to change and in a really big way. The projection of my own future seemed grim. A friend of mine acted as a conduit and introduced me to a woman by the name of Tawnya Love. At first I was completely hesitant. I thought to myself do you truly have anything to lose? i’ve had countless therapists and been on medications that were more harm than good. I had tried so many things. I had never heard of an Auric Clearing or anything similar. I decided to speak with Tawnya.

Tawnya’s voice was warm and reassuring. She gave me a little bit of information and some resources for me to check out on my own but didn’t push me in anyway. She held so much space for me. I really enjoyed her approach and the way that I felt when interacting with her. I decided to take a chance.

How could I even begin to put into words the experience that I had with Tawnya ? Trying  to crystallize that experience on to paper could never do it justice, I tried, there are no words great enough. We talked about attachment, there was soul coaching, and when she performed the Auric Clearing itself – I can’t even begin to tell you how out of body I felt and the way that I experienced her energy transcending into my being.

When interacting with Tawnya it did not take me long to figure out that she was an extraordinarily talented and powerful individual. I’ve never felt anything other than a type of maternal sisterly love.

After just one Clearing with her there was such a huge physiological and psychological shift for me. I physically felt better, my stomach felt better, my lower back felt better. I had more clarity and was able to better focus on my thoughts. Since then I’ve been practicing the action items that Tawnya gave me. She allowed me the gift of being able to call back my own power and she helped me to release my trauma. she pulled out the black and replaced it with light.

Humans can learn so much by Being still with nature. Humans minds have the ability to choose their own thinking and yet observe how often humans focus on the most distorted and painful thoughts. A Maple tree is simply a maple tree it doesn’t wish that it were an oak tree, it doesn’t wish that it was a frog. It simply is a Maple tree in all it’s magnificence and it lives it’s life completely in a state of surrender with nature.

Humans so often miss the beauty of this moment because they are so often worrying about a future moment or obsessing over a passed moment. Trees are simply Present, Here & Now.

When the weather shifts from warm temperatures to cold temperatures a Maple tree allows its beautiful leaves to shed each new Autumn season. So often I observe humans clinging to the very things meant to leave them. A Maple tree allows, let’s go and lives in a constant State of Surrendered Trust.

Humans love to talk about how they are so much more evolved than an animal or a tree. And yet I observe so many that aren’t living anywhere near the Divine Intelligence of a simple and yet glorious Maple tree.

We each chose to come here in our own particular human shape and form. We can waste this gift by constantly wishing we were something that we are not….or we can own this form fully and like the beautiful Maple tree we can live in a constant State of Surrendered Trust as the Beauty that We Were Created to BE!!!

Your Suffering is never necassary…Suffering is Always created by a distorted mind.

Day 200 of 365 days of Mindfulness Mastery

Blessings Soul Family, I am Inspired to share some important understanding in regards to Being a Conscious Creator versus an Unconsious Creator. Enjoy!

All distortion and drama requires our participation in order to exist. The first stage of drama begins within the mind of the individual.The egoic distorted chatter begins and the Higher Self Awareness observes it. The human self either unconsiously loses themselves in their own distortion that the mind is feeding it or they observe the chatter and recognize that the chatter is Not who they are and they turn their attention to the Stillness and Clarity of Higher Self.

It is Always within our own power to feed our wounded distorted ego or to rise higher in awareness and Vibrational Reality.

The second stage of drama is when one or more humans interact with one another. If one individual has temporarily lost themselves within the distortions of their own mind and then chooses to project this pain and distortion at the other.

Now it is up to the other or others as to how they choose to handle this energy. It takes absolutely zero awareness to create unconsious drama. And that’s the core issue is that humans are robotically reacting to triggers and continuing toxic cycles as a result of their own unconsious drama playing within their own minds.

When the other allows this projection and trigger to ignite unconsious pain and drama within their own mind the battles begin. Pain is ignited, and fed.

If however the other FEELS and observes the pain and distortion that is being projected from the human or humans they are interacting with and chooses to remain present and Conscious, unconsious pain and distortion cannot be ignited within their present and aware mind.

A present, Conscious human will always hold immense power within any and all life situations. True power does not flow from our unconsious hatred and anger. One individual may seem very fluffed up and large as they are lost in their anger and fear. And yet to the Conscious observer this is clearly observed as a woundedness crying out for consciousness and healing.

Again drama is Not possible within the mind of a Conscious Creator. Even when another is flayling about and clearly lost in their own distorted egoic mind the Conscious observer sees Source God within that hurting unconsious human.

A Conscious Creator always holds the infinite power and intelligence for Conscious Creation. Regardless of how another is currently behaving it is Always Wise and Loving to remain Conscious within oneself.

The way a Conscious Creator will respond to each situation will vary as each individual situation will present its own opportunity for Mastery, Evolution and Ascension for the Conscious Creator. Intuition is listened to and honored. Doubt, worry, and fear do Not exist for a Conscious Creator. Doubt and fear are signs that you are still lost within the Distortions of your own unconsious mind chatter.

Inner peace, stillness, awareness and clarity are signs that you are tuning in to your Higher Conscious Self. A Conscious Creator is never attached to any expectation or outcome when interacting with another Creator. A Conscious Creator understands the Spiritual laws of freewill and honors freewill within All Creators.

So how does one shift out of the egoic unconsious distortion and drama? One must make the choice to BE The Conscious Creator regardless of what is occurring in the outer world. One must choose to remain present, centered and listen for Higher Self guidance rather than unconsiously reacting and lashing out at the other or others.

One must understand the importance of Self-Love while simultaneously observing life from the Conscious Awareness of Service to Others. The old wounded, distored service to self perspective is released and a genuine presence is awakened. This is Not an invitation to BE the Martyr. One must honor, care for and nurture oneself. The vessel must be honored and cared for. However the focus is no longer “what’s in it for me?” “I’m not getting my share” “what about me?” The woundedness of the human has been released and Infinite Presence of the Higher I AM is Honored and Aligned.

Conscious Creators are Creating On Purpose and With Purpose. Unconsious creators are robotically reacting and continuing to pollute their own minds and the minds and lives of anyone who allows this toxicity into their own mind. Unconsious creators do Not pause, feel or listen they react. Unconsious creators are incredibly destructive and do Not live with Honor or Reverence for themselves or anyone else. Self-Love Must be chosen, Aligned with and Activated for an unconsious Creator to BE a Conscious Creator.

All choices create their own karmic cycles and experiences. Therefore is it important for each of us to BE Conscious…Ohh Yes Very Important.

So many humans struggle and suffer daily, often unconsciously and at other times consciously. Why is that? Why are there so many hurting humans? Why are there so many illnesses, so much pain and addiction? It’s a paradox, for it is both simple as well as complex.

The Ego loves complexity, it loves the struggle, the suffering and pain. Ego loves to tell us things are “Hard,” “Difficult,” “Impossible.” Ego enjoys the hardships, the drama, the illusion of separation. It’s very simple to observe how Open, Receptive and Aligned we are through our life situation. Is joy, ease, allowing, and peace the focus in your life? Or are you still “Allowing” your Egoic mind to convince you that your powerless and enslaved?
And to bring everything into an even simpler focus here is your question: Are You Loving You? Very simple. Incredibly powerful and profound! Is your focus upon Self-Love? Do you have a healthy Loving relationship with You?

That may sound silly and maybe too simple for many humans entrapped by their hungry dissatisfied egos, and yet it’s the truth. When we finally drop all the external distractions; when we choose to stop resisting our own inner wisdom, guidance and intuition; when we no longer care more about what “They” think about us, and we Now care about how “We” feel; when we stop saying Yes without even processing that choice, when we stop punishing ourselves for Anything; when we say Yes to Loving us, Now!

That is when that feeling of emptiness will go away. This is when we fill that feeling of void within ourselves. When we come home to ourselves, when we choose to fully Love, Honor and Accept ourselves Now!

A simple way for us to allow this inner connection is to consciously tune inward with the intention of connecting with our inner child. Many humans have frozen emotions trapped within from various traumatic experiences from their childhood. We can become very accustomed to pushing down the pain, shoving aside our emotions with a wide variety of distractions. Every addiction is fed through the constant avoidance of our emotions. Our ego convinces us that in order to be strong we must push that shit down, or aside. And we become masters of avoidance and distraction. The pain gets trapped and frozen inside with no place to go until it builds and builds like lava within a volcano just ready to blow!

Living in such a way feeds our pain, ignites greater pain and eventually that inner child is going to start screaming out for release. Eventually that pain will find its way out. Love, true Self-Love diffuses all pain, transcends it, transforms it. Love feeds more Love until where there was once deep dark pain and fear now blossoms greater self-confidence, Self Love. This is your rebirthing, your return home to Self Oneness.

It simply takes awareness to choose to cross the bridge of Egoic suffering and enslavement and choose to come back home to the Source within. In truth, You and I have Always been connected–our Ego simply blinded us to the truth. We have Always been Deserving, Worthy and Divinely Blessed. As the soul makes the Journey back to the realization of Source Oneness, Everything changes!!!

Take a deep centering breath, allow yourself permission to take in Nurturing Life Force Through this inhale. Allow yourself permission to Release any pain, fear or tension with this exhale. Open yourself to the Intention of filling any inner void. Open yourself to connecting with your inner child with complete Love and Acceptance just for this moment. Love whatever emotions arise, Love whatever your inner child needs for you to remember, realize or understand.

Bathe Yourself in Love, Bathe your inner child with complete Love and Acceptance. Listen to any awareness your inner child would like for you to receive. Allow yourself permission to receive it without any judgment. Allow yourself permission to release this “old” emotion, it is safe to let go, it’s time to let this “old” emotion go. These emotions are just energy, old Energies that are ready to leave your body, mind and energy field.

Deep inhale, and another deep cleansing exhale. Repeat this practice often throughout the day and observe the incredible power, ease and healing that occur from your new practice!

Throughout my life I have discovered just how true this statement is, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.” Or the new spin, “You can lead a human to knowledge but you can’t make him think.” Completely and utterly true! So what does a caring, compassionate, wise and aware empathic human do? I am so happy to share this wisdom with you. Now are You ready to listen?

You focus on Loving You. You focus upon how You FEEL, what triggers You, what You Love and appreciate. You STOP focusing on Making that horse drink, or making that other human think. You see, nothing knocks an aligned Human out of their alignment faster than trying to change others. I will speak only truth to you…You ready for it? You cannot change another human, nope you just can’t. So why waste precious valuable Vibrational Alignment trying to do what cannot, nor should not be done?

What you do have the power to change is how you react to misaligned humans, how you allow yourself to lose your center and get all freaked out! How you allow yourself to worry about pleasing anyone outside of yourself. You Can choose differently. Trust me when I say you can, because if I could change this lifelong habit then so can you. Granted I will not lose any sleep worrying about if you’ll listen to my wisdom or if you’ll start honoring yourself more. Nope, I share from the wisdom in my heart for the joy and pleasure of sharing. What you do with this wisdom, completely up to you!
I can’t even count the times in my past where I lost precious sleep, energy and joy because I felt I had to make people understand me, I had to defend myself to the haters of the world, I had to make sure others respected me. What a complete waste of my joy! And all it did was trigger me more and create more drama, more pain and more suffering. This path of trying to change others was freaking exhausting, I tell you! So I stopped, and You can too.

And like every wise empathic being, one day enough is enough. We open our eyes to finally SEE, we open our minds to finally understand, and we open our hearts to only Love whatever arises. This is a beautiful and empowering moment for a soul. The moment the soul chooses ease, acceptance, and empowerment. The moment this soul stops fighting and resisting life in any way. Everything shifts first on the inside, then shifts begin to occur on the outside. And life becomes joyous again! Hallelujah!!!
I’m serious here, you haven’t truly Lived, Loved and Thrived until you’ve chosen peace within. Until Nothing is more important than your inner peace. And what’s Amazing is you’ll soon realize your joy, happiness and peace were always yours to have. No one “out there” could ever take this gift from you. You realize that You kept your own joy, peace and happiness away, by choosing resistance, defensiveness and fighting.

Give yourself a Huge hug of forgiveness and acceptance because you needed to experience all that pain and suffering to assist you in your own awakening. So no need for judgment, just give yourself a big hug, look in the mirror and smile while telling yourself just how Bad-Ass you really are. You’ve Awakened!!! Now that’s something to truly celebrate. Go You!

This is a daily practice, one you can begin right here, right Now. For today, set the intention to stay Present with how You FEEL within. Stay Present with What thoughts You are choosing, are they limiting or liberating? Stay Present with the words You’re choosing to express. Are they helpful, beautiful, joyous? Or are You spitting out venom with your words. Be mindful that you shift your concern away from “what THEY” are doing, saying, creating. That is a distraction away from the only place you hold any power. Today You focus upon You!
That’s it, simple enough yeah? You got this, You were Born for this BABY!

For many of us we live in a world that is very loud, busy and chaotic. It is easy to allow all that external noise into our minds, and the next thing we know we are feeling tense, stressed, fearful and anxious. This Wisdom of choosing daily stillness is nothing new. All the great sages, masters, and artists have spoken about the importance of choosing stillness. And this same wisdom applies today. Stillness Speaks!
Often times we can get caught up in our fears, and our egoic mind seems to run us rather than acting as a powerful tool for our aware Spirit. This is the gift ready to give itself to You. Stillness holds unimaginable gifts within its vastness. And the only way we can ever access these gifts is by choosing to quiet the Egoic chatter, by choosing to go within and BE Still and Listen. In this deep listening, we receive, we are guided, we find understanding and deep knowing.

If you enjoy being lost, keep searching “out there” and if you are ready to come home, go “within.”. It’s as simple as that. It doesn’t take a lifetime or many lifetimes to gain enlightenment. It only requires your presence and stillness Now in this sacred precious moment.
Today claim time to pull away from external noise, pressure, and story. Allow yourself to receive your sacred gifts by going within. Open yourself to feel, listen, receive and process whatever wisdom would like to reveal itself to you now. Trust and BE present today.

Day 27 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

One of the most truthful statements I’ve ever heard…This too shall pass. For everything we are experiencing today shall shift, move, and transform. Everything. This is a Universal Law, as the very Universe itself is in a constant state of evolution and expansion.
The beauty of this wisdom is that we discover that we are never truly stuck. Be aware that you don’t allow your own mind or others to tell you that you are stuck or not progressing, because it’s just not true. You are One with life, and life is forever in a constant state of change and evolution. The one thing we can count on is change!

Change seems to terrify so many humans that have lost their awareness of their connection with life itself. I Love to observe nature as a focal point of this very truth. Observe the subtle shifts of nature as the moon illuminates and then seems to disappear over and over again. Observe the trees as they burst forth in full gorgeous blossom, then they slowly start to drop those gorgeous petals until we start to observe soft green baby leaves growing where the blossoms once delighted us. And subtly those baby soft greens become stronger and bigger, only to start to slowly drop and fall away in the autumn one-by-one. Then we observe a stark naked tree that appears to be asleep in deep stillness and rest, only to repeat this miraculous cycle again in the Spring.
Observing and connecting with nature helps us to remember we are One with life. We start to FEEL One with nature and its cycles rather than separate and fearful as we cling and attempt to control life. It’s a useless Battle fighting life, and an exhausting one.

Each day we are given a fresh New Now to enjoy to the fullest as we live in surrendered trust. Or we can attempt to control life again living with great stress, tension and dis-ease. The choice is ours to make and an important choice in regards to our joy, health and happiness.

There will be times you feel like your life is bursting forth in magnificent blossoming. And there will be times it feels all you are, all you’ve known is falling away beyond your control. Let it fall! Trust that this Divine and intelligent Universe has a beautiful Divine plan for your life. Just like it has a plan for that little maple seed that will one day become a big beautiful maple tree towering high in the forest. There is also a Divine plan for You!

Today go and connect with nature, maybe take a nice stroll through the forest or a nice park. BE with nature sit down somewhere comfy and close your eyes and listen deeply to the sounds. FEEL yourself connected and rooted to the Earth. Observe the current cycles occurring all around you, notice it these cycles feel symbolic for what’s occurring within yourself or your external Reality. Are you experiencing a deep quiet restful Winter? Or are you bursting forth ready to blossom with New growth? Enjoy observing, feeling, connecting and listening!

I Love this statement, so powerful, so truthful: “Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; ships sink because of the water that gets inside them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.” Such a powerful and wise reminder. We all have a wide variety of life circumstances occurring daily. Sometimes life offers us a path of ease and grace, other times we may face challenges. What’s so important is that we are mindful at all times of what’s going on within ourselves.

It’s important that we don’t allow what’s occurring”out there” to be pulled inside of ourselves. For example, if humans you live with and Love are going through their own challenges and projecting negetivity, it’s important that you choose to stay centered in Love and Ease.

So often the tension of others around us can unconsciously be sucked inside of ourselves, and the next thing we know… Boom we’re stressed out, we’re feeling anxiety, we’re feeling sick or unwell. We must stay present to how we are feeling within at all times. Allow this to be your primary focus and practice.
We are all experiencing our Human Moments, unless you are an incredibly intelligent animal that is reading this, if that’s the case I completely apologize! But I’m going to just assume that everyone reading this is in fact a human being for now.

We are going to have our challenging moments, we are going to be near other humans that are experiencing their challenging moments, this is part of life. However, we have the power to stay present, the power to stay aware and the power to choose our vibrational focal point.

Give yourself permission to Forgive yourself daily, and often. Now extend that forgiveness outwardly to others around you, daily and often. Humans experience lots of human moments. We often say things in less than Loving ways when we are afraid, stressed or tired. It’s important that we remain mindful so that we don’t allow all that external energy to get inside our metaphorical boat.

Observe the energies within yourself first and foremost, this is your primary focus. Then enjoy observing the countless energies “out there.” Stay present in a space of Love and Compassion for yourself and others at all times.

Life can be incredibly Fun, Enjoyable, Amazing, and Miraculous even. Allow yourself permission to really enjoy your life. Be mindful that you don’t allow your very picky and judgmental egoic mind to rain on your own parade. BE easy with yourself and with others… Forgive, Let Go, Love, Laugh and Live Fully!
We only get this Now Moment once, so really embrace it, BE present and enjoy every sacred moment to the fullest. BE slow to anger, and swift with forgiveness it costs you nothing and blesses you & others with everything!

Today in America, it is Inauguration Day for the 45th president of the United States. One may question the very title of this country at this time as ironic in deed, for “United” is but an illusion on the external level. As I look outside of myself, I observe so many hurting humans. So much anger, fear and hate. At times like this, it may be a challenge to remain centered and at ease within oneself. Yet choosing to remain centered and at ease shall set us Free.

So many of us as humans feel lost, stuck, and imprisoned in our own fears, in our own external creations of Hell. Fighting, screaming, and resisting simply invites more of the same energy, and so we go on and on, at war within and at war without, for it can BE no other way. You see, We hold the power within ourselves at all times. We and We alone choose where we focus our attention. Do we tune into the hate, anger and violence until it ignites within ourselves? Or do we turn our focus to Beauty, Love, Hope, and Gratitude?

Do we choose to argue and shame those who have a different perspective than ours? Or do we move on, allowing others to focus where they wish to as we choose to focus upon that which we Love?

You see, Your chosen focal point is where you are activating energy within and without. No one has the power to make you choose hate…You choose it. No other has the power to make You choose to focus upon fear, lack, or limitation, You choose to focus there. As You choose to focus on a focal point, You give it more energy, more life, and magnetically You begin to invite the chosen energy that You’re focusing on into your life. Many may want to blame their family, their government, their brother, spouse or even their dog for their suffering…But it is always You!

Every human handles their life situations differently. Some have been told that they are forever limited or lacking in some way, and many will choose to believe in this illusion. They start to focus on lack, on limitations, and BAM – next thing they know, Look at what is happening in their external reality…Lack and Limitations in bucket loads.

The same programming can be told to another human being, and this human may choose to ignore external opinion. This human chooses to go inward, and FEEL their vastness and spaciousness. This human focuses on Love, Hope, Liberation, Unity and Oneness, and BAM – next thing you know, check out that external reality baby: it’s Beautiful, Miraculous Solutions unfold, answers arrive, and Abundance is delivered.

Now, as Spiritual beings experiencing our human experience, we are Free Now, free to make our choices, moment by sacred precious moment. We can choose to get caught up in the external reality and Fight, Fight, Fight or Shame, Shame, Shame or Blame, Blame, Blame. And you got it baby, that fight comes right back around like a boomerang! We are the Creators of it!

The alternate path is the path I highly recommend, and the path I choose: The path of Love, Surrendered Trust, Hope, Freedom, & Expansion, the path of Oneness and Unity within. If you haven’t witnessed the manifestation of complete unity externally, please don’t lose faith and return to the path of doubt and fear again. Maintain your focus, your chosen vibration, and trust in life’s ability to transform your outer world as you find Alignment and Balance within and transform Your inner world.

It’s easy to hate, it’s easy to shame and blame, it’s easy to lose faith and expect the worst. And many humans will continue to create from this heaviness until they have suffered enough.

It’s wise to choose Love, to choose patience and surrendered trust. This does not mean we lose our voices, or become complacent in a space of inaction. It just means we allow our primary focus to BE focused upon OUR Beingness, and our inspired actions will become the secondary focus with Love guiding said actions. We may feel guided to take a stand for Love. Just be mindful that as you stand, you stand firmly in Love.

Many of you may be viewing a society at war, perpetuating hate, anger, fear and separation. Throughout history, humanity has Co-Created war and violence over and over. Personally I AM DONE with the violence, the fear, the war. I choose to set myself free by focusing upon the Infinite Love within.

Do not look “out there” for your answers or your guidance and Inspiration…but rather go within, and return to Love. You have freedom Now to choose this, you’ve always had this freedom, and you always will. Choose wisely, and it will transform your entire reality!

For the next few days, I invite you to practice awareness and discernment in regards to your chosen focal point. Observe how you feel if you’re listening to the news or radio. Observe how you feel when you’re watching the news on television. Now, consciously choose to Not tune into TV, radio, internet, the news, and social media. Choose to go within; choose to sit in nature and just BE with nature; listen to the rustling leaves, the trickling stream, the bird song. Choose to go into stillness meditation daily, not because something is wrong that you need answers to, but for the sheer pleasure of Being. Make notes in your journal or just mental awareness of how you feel. Now choose to be very selective about where you place your sacred focus moment by sacred moment… Because We are Always in a space of perpetual creation! Choose Wisely, my friends.
