I am feeling guided to share a channeled message with you all that came through me today upon waking, enjoy!
It is vital in regards to healthy honoring relationships that both beings choose to enter into a Holy Union with consciousness. If one being is choosing to BE conscious and aware while the other chooses resistance to conscious awareness and conscious co-creation the relationship will be less than Love because one is not choosing to connect fully in Love.
We are very, very creative and powerful beings. We have the opportunity and ability to Co-Create Heaven on Earth. Or we can unconsciously Co-Create Hell on Earth. It is Always Our choice & creation.

As we evolve to such aware states we will feel the importance of BEING Love in motion. We will also become aware of timelines in which we or others were choosing to BE less than Love. We must open ourselves up to fully receive, integrate, transmute and release ALL past pain, guilt, shame and trauma. This is absolutely vital to our ability to ascend into higher vibrational realities, frequencies abilities.
This openness requires our watchfulness and full awareness as All lower energies must be fully integrated and released. It takes great Self Love to open ourselves up to fully SEE our Multidimensional creations with Love rather than judgment. Whatever we judge within ourselves or others will remain attached within our energy field and Will hold us lower in frequency, Period.
Therefore our full awareness is being called for in order to drop All heavy baggage from All timelines and dimensions. You have what it takes to do this work, we all do. And consciously choosing a conscious partnership (be it an aware best friend, a life partner and Lover, a Soul Coach or Mentor) with someone you trust will be very empowering and helpful in regards to truly seeing that which our woundedness so cleverly wishes to hold in the shadow and keep active within us.
Be aware of your own thoughts and messages arising within your dreams. Set the intention before meditation or sleeping to receive these important memories with the intention of remembering them and immediately integrating, transmuting and releasing them upon waking. (without judgment this is vital)
Be open and receptive to whatever may arise as some of the images, memories and knowings may be very shocking to your limited wounded egoic perspective of who you are and who you’ve been. Love and Honor whatever arises welcome back the parts of your infinite vast Soul for full acceptance and integration. And immediately set your intention to fully transmute and release the rest. No Judgement No Shoving it back into the shadows. RELEASE.
Again we are Multidimensional Beings Co-Creating here on this planet for as long as we so choose. We have the power to Co-Create Heaven on Earth or Hell on Earth. We are Not limited in any way other than the ways in which we continue to tell ourselves.
Many of us are feeling the inner calling to return to Our own chosen metaphorical garden of Eden. This is why we must do our shadow,/light integration work. Because once we successfully do the work we are purified to ascend to that energetic Garden of Eden. It is WE that Cast ourselves out and it is WE who will allow ourselves back into this vibrational paradise of alignment.
If you have dark thoughts arise and you keep shoving them down. If you are silently or loudly struggling with addiction of any kind. If you are hating yourself or others at Any level. These are signs of shadow work calling for your Love, Acceptance and Integration.

I allow Higher Consciousness to move through All aspects of My Being. And I am being called to offer Soulful illumination regarding our glorious and unique sexuality.
Conscious Sexuality is a powerful activator for every aspect of our lives. When we are Aligned & Open within ourselves we have our intricate electrical circuitry open and flowing. This openness is healing for our physical bodies, activating for our Higher Awareness (mental body) and is the direct path to our Soul’s Freedom, Ascension & Expansion.
When we’ve been raised to look at our own bodies, minds and sexuality as something to be ashamed of or frightened of we get into a really damaging game of FEEL it and quickly suppress it. We run from our Truth, we stuff down our feelings, we internally shame ourselves and we may even walk in the illusion of Being superior to others and therefore justifying our choice to lash out and Shame others in an attempt to control them. This becomes very damaging for ourselves and soon bleeds over to our partners. These distorted games with our shadow can also deeply confuse our children or those who may be observing us for guidance.
There has been a lot of bullshit manipulation taught on this beautiful planet on so many levels sexuality being a big one. We are each being given this opportunity to return to ourselves and what we Know to BE Divine Truth. An opportunity to completely and unconditionally Love & Accept ourselves. This Alignment is absolutely vital if we are ever to extend this gift of unconditional Love to Our Earthly Brothers & Sisters.
Every Single addiction and distraction we’ve collectively created has stemmed from this inner distortion & misalignment. And the only path available for our return to wholeness is to Align within ourselves.
When we have unhealthy sexual connections we engage with another unconsciously and may not even connect the dots on how much of the others energy we take into our energetic field. Those of you engaging in porn and random hookups are deeply harming yourselves through these unconscious forms of escapism. We will never find and align with the deep unconditional Love available to us by continuing to lose ourselves in the shadows.
There is a great calling for awareness in regards to just how deeply dysfunctional sexual interaction affects us on every level. Physically, we may feel the disturbance within our nervous system as well as other important bodily systems. Emotionally, we may suddenly feel depressed or shameful, exhausted or depleted because of the others’ energy we have bleeding into our electromagnetic field. Spiritually, we may feel stuck, heavy, lost or confused as a result of this unconscious bleed-over.
However, for those of us who are calling for Freedom, Alignment & Liberation there is another path which Your Soul is calling for. A Conscious path of authenticity, joy, play, & discovery awaits the courageous present Soul. I say courageous because this path requires All of You. This path requires complete Presence within ourselves, complete Acceptance of all we’ve tried so hard to hide away from our confusion and shame. This path requires our complete Attention, Dedication & Honor.
We cannot achieve an alignment with the consciousness of Unconditional Love while we are hating, shaming or rejecting any part of ourselves. We either choose to BE Conscious or we choose to remain Unconscious it’s really as simple as that.
When we enter into a Holy and Sacred Union with another we are merging and blending our energy field with this other being. When we enter into a sexual interaction with another we are either continuing the unconscious cycle of abuse, pain and suppressed shame or we are choosing to evolve the unconscious cycles and spiral upward in a choice of Conscious Co-Creation via sexual Co-Creation.
Conscious Creation in any form honors our self as well as the other. Conscious Creation is open, flowing, honoring, truthful, transparent & joyous. There is a feeling of upliftment and expansion as apposed to heaviness and contraction. If one chooses to BE completely present the truth will be felt and known.
When we achieve Orgasm Consciously there is an inner alignment of our circuitry and an electrical charge that literally activates our multidimensional DNA and heals and balances our physical body. Our hormones come into balance, our bodily systems find inner harmony, and our Higher mind is opened and activated to receive Higher wisdom as I am sharing with you now.
Conscious Sexuality can be accessed with an Aligned partner (a partner who is honoring to themselves and to you) or it can be achieved by oneself through Conscious Masturbation. There is no excuse for remaining stuck in lower frequencies. However one would be better off Consciously Creating through masturbation than by escaping in meaningless unconscious sexual encounters with a multitude of unconscious beings. BE Aware.
Recently, I was guided during a Conscious sexual encounter to release deeply suppressed sexual abuse that I had been carrying in my energy field. I was shown in my inner vision quick little snippets of suppressed energies. I allowed these energies to be seen and acknowledged without shame. As I raised the vortex of my energy to a blissful orgasmic release I felt I was out of my physical body observing “her,” the human me from a higher perspective. I observed her body shaking and convulsing for several minutes, and as I observed this deep release I had an inner knowing of the truth of what was occuring in my physical body. I was shaking out the old trauma in those electric energy surges and the shaking of my body was assisting in the cleansing and realignment of my every cell.
I share this transparent experience as a Wayshower to those who are feeling a guidance for inner alignment and for those who are ready to call back their power, heal their bodies, minds and Auric Fields of all disturbance and dis-ease. We are being called out from the suppression of shadow into the healing transformative Light of Freedom, Authenticity and Alignment. I share to encourage each of You on this Sacred Journey Home within yourselves. You Are Worthy, You Are Enough, You Are Sacred, You Are Loved & Supported.

This last year I embarked on a painfully brave journey to heal. I was sickened with a lack of confidence, no boundaries, and I was burnt out. I recognized that I was neurotic and in full-blown fight or flight mode. I had “success” or at least success in the way that society views it. Yet, inside of myself I was spiraling. One of the key aspects on our evolutionary journey as Conscious Creators is our understanding of our Choice to BE.
A Conscious Creator Creates On Purpose, With Purpose. Unconscious Creators subconsciously go into autopilot day after day recreating more of the same. Over & over & over again all the while hoping for change.
A Conscious Creator Chooses Their Aligned & Desired Thoughts, Emotions and Actions. And therefore Creates On Purpose.
A Conscious Creator when asked a question understands the importance of pausing and discerning Their Inner Guidance and Knowing and Responding from Their Inner Alignment.
Unconscious Creators when asked a question often will quickly answer from a place of Neediness a space of people pleasing and a hope of Being Enough. Therefore Unconscious Creators continuously recreate situations in which they exhaust themselves in the attempt of Getting Love from Outside of themselves. This can be a very vicious and exhausting cycle that when left unconscious can last a lifetime. A very unfulfilling and painful lifetime.
Conscious Creators have remembered the importance of Choosing Their thoughts & emotions at every Sacred Moment. Therefore a Conscious Creator Gives themselves the Love and remembers that They Are Love. A Conscious Creator understands that They Are ALWAYS Enough. They understand that there is Nothing They must DO in order to BE.
Conscious Creators are magnetic ✨🧲✨ in drawing to them what they are Consciously Creating within their minds. Their bodies become electric and magnetic as they Consciously Choose Aligned & Empowering Thoughts and Emotions. A Conscious Creator knows the importance of Choosing a Higher thought, and a Higher Vibration if that is what they Now desire to Create. A Conscious Creator understands that they must reclaim Their body and Their mind if they are to Master this physical experience.
Unconscious Creators just allow thoughts to take them over, they get lost in their thoughts and emotions. They blame others outside of themselves for Their unloving responses. Unconscious Creators often complain and resist life. Without meaning to a negative thought, judgment or experience becomes trapped within Their minds and because They are Not Consciously Choosing Their next thought and emotion, they become lost in the inter looping of Their subconscious thoughts. This is the path of the Victim and can Never BE the path of a Master.
If we Desire an Aligned life, a Joyous and Masterful life, then WE Must Consciously begin Choosing Our Thoughts and our Emotions. We must begin to hold value for ourselves and value for our Unlimited Minds. We must honor ourselves enough to put a New Aligned Mindfulness Meditation practice into place Now.
Transformation Is Possible and Will happen when WE Choose to BE a Conscious Creator. Our lives will Advance and Align in incredible ways when we stop the autopilot of our past pain, fear and trauma and we Consciously Begin to Choose.
The only moment that exists is Now. So I humbly encourage you to call back your power and give yourselves the opportunity to BE All that you were Created to BE. The Time is Now my Beautiful Worthy, Capable Soul Family, the Time is Now!

I FEEL an important movement of consciousness wishing to be shared & delivered through at this moment. I invite all who are Aligned, Open & Receptive to take a deep, centering breath and consciously move into your Higher-Heart spacial awareness.
I honor and accept All of You. However, I have no issue at all in removing any unconscious, judgmental and hateful comments. Hatefulness and judgment have Never brought about an Aligned solution for Anything.
I honor that some who may be guided to observe and listen may be currently residing on a different frequency (think of radio stations–there are many, and none are better or worse than any others yet they will activate different frequencies within yourself, simply by tuning in), so this is an invitation to open yourselves and observe without attachment the frequency/station that you are currently focused upon. This is an invitation to Open yourselves to perhaps a new frequency/station that you may haven’t remembered existing.
I invite you to BE still and centered within yourselves, as only those residing in stillness will truly allow this frequency to flow in. Take a moment to observe any scripted chatter trying to distract you away from this moment of stillness and presence. Observe this chatter with curiosity and detachment.
I welcome you to take a deep centering breath and scan your body, as you invite your body to settle in here and to relax. Continue to breathe in and breathe out in a relaxed breath. Consciously open yourselves up to Listen, to Hear, to Receive, & to Allow a deeper understanding to move through your energetic field. Allow Unity Consciousness/Christed Consciousness to Activate your cells, your DNA, your mind, and all that you are beyond this time-space illusion.
It has been brought to our attention that many humans in the USA are feeling at war within themselves and with each other. Know this, One cannot BE at war with another without first being at war within the self.
There have been current movements and decisions that have triggered many of you in a very deep and profound way. Decisions that have both activated more Dis-Ease and Misalignment, as well as a Calling for Ease and Alignment. This is a beautiful opportunity for you as a collective who refer to themselves as The United States of America.
So we ask you, what does this mean to each of you? What are you currently thinking about, currently behaving as, currently Being that is bringing about such Dis-Ease, Dis-Harmony and Division? We ask, are You the embodiment of Presence, Unconditional Love, Stillness & Unity? Are You FEELING, & Being at Ease? Are You BEING The Powerful Presence of Stillness & Compassion for yourselves and one another?
Know this, it does not matter what is occurring around you. It matters what you are choosing within yourselves. It does not matter if millions of humans are choosing to embody, Fear, Dis-Ease, Judgement and Hate. It is and will ALWAYS BE Your Divine responsibility to maintain Your chosen frequency & alignment.
Many of you are aware of the alchemical process that you are currently undergoing, for You have called for this transformation, you have chosen this process of Ascension at this Divine Time.
Many of you deeply desire very similar Realities, however your choice to play in victimhood rather than choosing Alignment is taking its energetic toll and you are aware of this. You FEEL the inner aches, pains, the shame, the guilt, the inner Dis-Ease, do you not? Observe this within yourselves without judgment. Allow yourselves to simply observe and to allow awareness and consciousness to enter your energetic, unified field.
No one is required to Ascend & Align at this time. This is and shall ALWAYS BE Your Divine Choice & Responsibility. Do understand that your choices will bring about their own cause and effect outcomes. Some of these outcomes you may find blissful and enjoyable, while others will continue to regurgitate the victimhood path of suffering.
Please understand that your choices belong to No One other than You. You are currently undergoing a great Cosmic play on planet Earth in which you have each been given the sacred gift of Freewill & Sovereignty. It does not matter what characters you choose to play in this cosmic performance, as You have Freewill in this dimension.
Many of you are asserting your Freewill in such a way as to attempt to brainwash and deceive those who will tolerate and allow it. Many of you are choosing to Project Your Own Misalignment outward towards others with the hope that you will in some way make up for Your Own Inner misalignment by building larger numbers or followers. This is Not how Alignment and Ascension work. There is simply No integrity in this distorted plan.
Again, we repeat this Dimension is a Freewill Dimension. Therefore, Not one amongst you is immune to this Spiritual Reality. Many are playing out their chosen characters in hopes of deceiving others to join in their misalignment and distortion. This is simply a choice. You are each Free to choose to act these situations out with one another as long as you wish.
Do understand however that if it’s Alignment & Ascension that you are choosing to experience at this Divine Time on planet Earth, that any choice of Misalignment is Not Serving You or your fellow Soul Family. You will continue to FEEL lost and fearful for as long as you choose to play out your misaligned, distorted choices.
As you choose to meet and face yourselves, as you choose to BE Sovereign and Free, as you choose to Honor one another’s Freewill & Sovereignty, as You choose to Maintain Your inner alignment, you Will FEEL Yourselves Ascending. Every cell of your being will BE conscious and aware. And equally You will FEEL Yourselves dropping out of Your Alignment when you allow Anything or Anyone to act as a distraction in Your Great Cosmic Play of Ascension.
You choose. You are responsible for All that You are Creating. This is The Highest Truth & Will ALWAYS BE The Highest Truth. Again, no radio station is better than the next – they are simply different frequencies being offered to You as an experience.
Therefore, if you have been trained from childhood to only listen to one station or trained that every other station is bad or evil, know that this is Not Divine Truth. This is a misaligned, human-made distortion. A misaligned program to manipulate your energy to only focus on a particular programmed station.
The Source from which You have All come from does Not condemn, control or manipulate You. Your human-made misaligned programs do this. The Source from which we have All come observes it all without judgment and without preference. It is All Divinely allowed, it is Your stage on which to experience energy, frequency and vibration.
Therefore, if you have found yourself allowing human-made projections and distorted programs to control your mind, the first step in liberation is Your Choice to BE Aware. We invite You to become curious again, to return to your childlike state of innocence and wonder. Know that you simply cannot make a mistake as this dimension has been offered to each of you as an opportunity to experience and to remember. A playground for your Soul. We encourage You to Play more, to laugh more, to Enjoy more, to Love more.
Those who are here to experience Ascension understand the importance of this childlike innocence and openness, balanced with Your aligned wisdom from many, many experiences on the great cosmic stage. In essence, Your Choice to BE Present & at Ease, Your choice to observe Your mental programs and to discard all that you observe as unhelpful to your Ascension is what is being called forth. This is Not a frequency for distraction, judgment, hate and distortion. Again those choices exist in your 3D Dimension, however as you FEEL the inner calling to Ascend in frequency and to return to the Unified Consciousness You will naturally FEEL drawn to The Aligned Choice. You will know the difference within yourselves.
We encourage you to release your need to control anyone else’s choices, as this distraction will anchor you to distorted frequencies (again, think of your radio stations once you give your attention to a station you’re now listening to it and allowing it to move through your energy field, your mind, your emotional body all aspects of you are now receiving this frequency for your betterment or your Dis-Ease) BE Mindful & Discerning.
We would like to again encourage you to Remember Your Divine Sovereignty and Freewill. We encourage You to Remember Your Divine Worth & Uniqueness. For We understand that a Soul Who Remembers these important spiritual truths will BE a Powerful Vibrational Force upon your planet and Not One to BE manipulated or deceived. These Souls have chosen to BE Here Now as Wayshowers or Guides of What Alignment and Ascension are capable of creating in a Unified Unconditionally Loving Consciousness.
Observe them, co-create with them, SEE Yourself within them and Allow Yourselves to Awaken & Remember the State of Bliss from which You Are One.

The Courage to Receive
Greetings Beautiful Beings,
Today while supporting a Beloved Soul Sister and Client an important message emerged that I feel inspired to share with all whom are open & receptive.
Now to offer a glance of this woman, allow me to say that this is a very empowered, independent, and hard working woman. A woman who like many of us has experienced deep childhood trauma.
For many of us who have gone through painful traumatic experiences while doing our best to grow up and mature, there has been an added pressure that many may not understand if they didn’t experience trauma.
This pressure begins when we are young, when we begin to feel it is Our responsibility to help everyone, or to keep the peace, or pay the bills. This feeling of a Saviour Complex is ignited within, and for many hurting humans if this misaligned energy is left unchecked it can lead to great suffering, exhaustion, burnout, and illness. A multitude of problems begin to manifest while asleep to this misaligned belief.
During this Soul Coaching Session my client shared with me how through all the goodness and growth that she’s experienced she still often feels bad or angry with herself for ever needing help. Rather than recognizing the importance of receiving support from those in positions to assist her.
This woman who gives until she is empty, this woman who goes until she’s exhausted feels guilty to receive. Isn’t that interesting? She and I talked through this inner struggle and it was made clear to her as to where this conflict comes from. Where this deep inner resistance was first ignited during her traumatic childhood.
It is important to be open and willing to observe ourselves. And it can be incredibly helpful to have a Loving guide/mentor that we trust to assist us with this shadow work. Our Aware Self Loves to observe and understand. Our True Aware Self has no problem or resistance to receiving support from another in any form. Our wounded Egoic self however is terrified of needing anyone and struggles to trust in anyone or anything.
Here lies the birthing of the inner conflict that manifests itself in a multitude of troublesome experiences. When we have an inner resistance to receiving, we block All Our Good Stuff from flowing to us.
We get in our own way. We sabotage our good. We block our flow. We exhaust ourselves and We Suffer unnecessarily in silence and often in isolation. All because at one point in time we chose to believe We weren’t enough. That we couldn’t ask for help because then we would be weak.
This belief haunts most of society from those who appear to be incredibly successful to the deepest darkest drug addict, to the workaholic mother or father that can’t ever seem to relax, to the high school dropout who couldn’t bother to even try. What they all have in common is The belief that they are Not Enough.
This misaligned belief blocks our Good vibes, our supportive team, clogs our arteries and makes us sick. This is after all a misaligned belief. It is Not The Truth. And the only thing that will ever set us Free is The Truth.
Now, my client is an aware human who’s ready for positive empowering changes. If she wasn’t ready she wouldn’t have chosen to be my client. She would have continued to make excuses and continued to lie to herself and suffer in silence alone. But as uncomfortable as it was for her to open herself up, to be vulnerable, to be trusting and to allow herself to receive support, guidance, and healing she made that important choice.
And let me tell you that as the mentor who has stood by her side through this process, she is evolving rapidly and healing swiftly. Even though she still has glimmers of that past trauma and whispers from her wounded Egoic sense of self. She is now Observing it all. She is now recognizing who she is Not so she can allow herself to BE who she truly is.
She is asking for help and support even though at times that feels so uncomfortable because it’s out of her trauma zone. She’s remembering who she truly is and Loving all of who she has chosen to be. I am so incredibly proud of her ever growing awareness and self-love. And she is now proud of her ever growing awareness and choice of self-love. What a beautiful journey!

Blessings Soul Family, I am Inspired to share some important understanding in regards to Being a Conscious Creator versus an Unconsious Creator. Enjoy!
All distortion and drama requires our participation in order to exist. The first stage of drama begins within the mind of the individual.The egoic distorted chatter begins and the Higher Self Awareness observes it. The human self either unconsiously loses themselves in their own distortion that the mind is feeding it or they observe the chatter and recognize that the chatter is Not who they are and they turn their attention to the Stillness and Clarity of Higher Self.
It is Always within our own power to feed our wounded distorted ego or to rise higher in awareness and Vibrational Reality.
The second stage of drama is when one or more humans interact with one another. If one individual has temporarily lost themselves within the distortions of their own mind and then chooses to project this pain and distortion at the other.
Now it is up to the other or others as to how they choose to handle this energy. It takes absolutely zero awareness to create unconsious drama. And that’s the core issue is that humans are robotically reacting to triggers and continuing toxic cycles as a result of their own unconsious drama playing within their own minds.
When the other allows this projection and trigger to ignite unconsious pain and drama within their own mind the battles begin. Pain is ignited, and fed.
If however the other FEELS and observes the pain and distortion that is being projected from the human or humans they are interacting with and chooses to remain present and Conscious, unconsious pain and distortion cannot be ignited within their present and aware mind.
A present, Conscious human will always hold immense power within any and all life situations. True power does not flow from our unconsious hatred and anger. One individual may seem very fluffed up and large as they are lost in their anger and fear. And yet to the Conscious observer this is clearly observed as a woundedness crying out for consciousness and healing.
Again drama is Not possible within the mind of a Conscious Creator. Even when another is flayling about and clearly lost in their own distorted egoic mind the Conscious observer sees Source God within that hurting unconsious human.
A Conscious Creator always holds the infinite power and intelligence for Conscious Creation. Regardless of how another is currently behaving it is Always Wise and Loving to remain Conscious within oneself.
The way a Conscious Creator will respond to each situation will vary as each individual situation will present its own opportunity for Mastery, Evolution and Ascension for the Conscious Creator. Intuition is listened to and honored. Doubt, worry, and fear do Not exist for a Conscious Creator. Doubt and fear are signs that you are still lost within the Distortions of your own unconsious mind chatter.
Inner peace, stillness, awareness and clarity are signs that you are tuning in to your Higher Conscious Self. A Conscious Creator is never attached to any expectation or outcome when interacting with another Creator. A Conscious Creator understands the Spiritual laws of freewill and honors freewill within All Creators.
So how does one shift out of the egoic unconsious distortion and drama? One must make the choice to BE The Conscious Creator regardless of what is occurring in the outer world. One must choose to remain present, centered and listen for Higher Self guidance rather than unconsiously reacting and lashing out at the other or others.
One must understand the importance of Self-Love while simultaneously observing life from the Conscious Awareness of Service to Others. The old wounded, distored service to self perspective is released and a genuine presence is awakened. This is Not an invitation to BE the Martyr. One must honor, care for and nurture oneself. The vessel must be honored and cared for. However the focus is no longer “what’s in it for me?” “I’m not getting my share” “what about me?” The woundedness of the human has been released and Infinite Presence of the Higher I AM is Honored and Aligned.
Conscious Creators are Creating On Purpose and With Purpose. Unconsious creators are robotically reacting and continuing to pollute their own minds and the minds and lives of anyone who allows this toxicity into their own mind. Unconsious creators do Not pause, feel or listen they react. Unconsious creators are incredibly destructive and do Not live with Honor or Reverence for themselves or anyone else. Self-Love Must be chosen, Aligned with and Activated for an unconsious Creator to BE a Conscious Creator.
All choices create their own karmic cycles and experiences. Therefore is it important for each of us to BE Conscious…Ohh Yes Very Important.

So many humans struggle and suffer daily, often unconsciously and at other times consciously. Why is that? Why are there so many hurting humans? Why are there so many illnesses, so much pain and addiction? It’s a paradox, for it is both simple as well as complex.
The Ego loves complexity, it loves the struggle, the suffering and pain. Ego loves to tell us things are “Hard,” “Difficult,” “Impossible.” Ego enjoys the hardships, the drama, the illusion of separation. It’s very simple to observe how Open, Receptive and Aligned we are through our life situation. Is joy, ease, allowing, and peace the focus in your life? Or are you still “Allowing” your Egoic mind to convince you that your powerless and enslaved?
And to bring everything into an even simpler focus here is your question: Are You Loving You? Very simple. Incredibly powerful and profound! Is your focus upon Self-Love? Do you have a healthy Loving relationship with You?
That may sound silly and maybe too simple for many humans entrapped by their hungry dissatisfied egos, and yet it’s the truth. When we finally drop all the external distractions; when we choose to stop resisting our own inner wisdom, guidance and intuition; when we no longer care more about what “They” think about us, and we Now care about how “We” feel; when we stop saying Yes without even processing that choice, when we stop punishing ourselves for Anything; when we say Yes to Loving us, Now!
That is when that feeling of emptiness will go away. This is when we fill that feeling of void within ourselves. When we come home to ourselves, when we choose to fully Love, Honor and Accept ourselves Now!
A simple way for us to allow this inner connection is to consciously tune inward with the intention of connecting with our inner child. Many humans have frozen emotions trapped within from various traumatic experiences from their childhood. We can become very accustomed to pushing down the pain, shoving aside our emotions with a wide variety of distractions. Every addiction is fed through the constant avoidance of our emotions. Our ego convinces us that in order to be strong we must push that shit down, or aside. And we become masters of avoidance and distraction. The pain gets trapped and frozen inside with no place to go until it builds and builds like lava within a volcano just ready to blow!
Living in such a way feeds our pain, ignites greater pain and eventually that inner child is going to start screaming out for release. Eventually that pain will find its way out. Love, true Self-Love diffuses all pain, transcends it, transforms it. Love feeds more Love until where there was once deep dark pain and fear now blossoms greater self-confidence, Self Love. This is your rebirthing, your return home to Self Oneness.
It simply takes awareness to choose to cross the bridge of Egoic suffering and enslavement and choose to come back home to the Source within. In truth, You and I have Always been connected–our Ego simply blinded us to the truth. We have Always been Deserving, Worthy and Divinely Blessed. As the soul makes the Journey back to the realization of Source Oneness, Everything changes!!!
Take a deep centering breath, allow yourself permission to take in Nurturing Life Force Through this inhale. Allow yourself permission to Release any pain, fear or tension with this exhale. Open yourself to the Intention of filling any inner void. Open yourself to connecting with your inner child with complete Love and Acceptance just for this moment. Love whatever emotions arise, Love whatever your inner child needs for you to remember, realize or understand.
Bathe Yourself in Love, Bathe your inner child with complete Love and Acceptance. Listen to any awareness your inner child would like for you to receive. Allow yourself permission to receive it without any judgment. Allow yourself permission to release this “old” emotion, it is safe to let go, it’s time to let this “old” emotion go. These emotions are just energy, old Energies that are ready to leave your body, mind and energy field.
Deep inhale, and another deep cleansing exhale. Repeat this practice often throughout the day and observe the incredible power, ease and healing that occur from your new practice!

Today, before teaching my first early morning Yoga class, I drew this card: “If You meet someone whose soul is not aligned with yours, send them Love and move along”. Such a perfectly synchronistic Message arriving at the Divinely Aligned Time. Such a truthful and intelligent Message.
How often do we allow another human’s energy to negatively affect our own? How often do we waste our precious energy arguing with others, or trying to defend ourselves? How often do we get caught up in negativity in any way, at the detriment of our own joy, health and happiness?
We may discover that this occurs quite often. However, simply observing this pattern is very empowering and can be liberating if we are ready to heal ourselves within. If not, no biggy. The Universe is incredibly patient, and will continue to bring in those external energies to assist us with what we have to heal within us.
Whether we choose to heal ourselves now, in a month, a year or perhaps even another lifetime, we all will eventually surrender to the power of Love.
What can be powerfully helpful as you move and evolve in this lifetime is to understand that not all humans will be Vibrating at the same frequency as you. Not all humans will be open or receptive to truth, Love or true freedom. And that’s okay. Honor them where they are, keep Loving yourself, and send them Love as you joyously move along. Give yourself permission to connect with those who SEE you, who Honor you, and who support your growth and evolution.
There really is no need to waste your precious energy arguing or fighting or trying to convince others of how You view life. Share openly from your authentic heart, give fully from Love and balance it all with discernment and awareness.
I have this strong image burned into my mind’s eye of Christ painfully hanging from a cross. A cross that hurtful, cruel, angry and fearful humans hung him upon. I SEE and HEAR him expressing to Source God: “Forgive them, for they know not what they do”. Such humility, vulnerability and truth; such wisdom in this one simple statement.
As children of Source God, we are here continuing the journey of Love, continuing in the sharing of truth, Love, healing and wisdom. And like our brother Christ who came before us, we each have a choice to live freely, truthfully, compassionately, and Lovingly in a world where many humans are consumed with fear, anger, greed, jealousy, and hate. How we choose to respond is our choice to make, and this choice will affect every aspect of your lives.
Do we lash out at strangers we do not know? Do we attempt to bully, silence and control others who think differently or see in another way? Do we show violence towards our brothers and sisters while justifying our behaviors as okay because of a different team/group/organization we identify with? Do we choose to push down those who seek only to liberate us? Do we crucify those who are different than us by publicly shaming them, and trying to destroy them?
Do you see that this behavior hurts everyone, including yourself?
If You’re choosing these choices, You have lost yourself in your fear, your hatred and your anger. No one can save you from yourself, only your consciousness, your willingness to SEE, your awareness and Love can lift you from the dark swamps of fear. Love is your key to Freedom. Love shall set us All FREE!
Notice that you have a voice within your mind. Just observe the voice. Is this voice you, or are You the witness observing this voice? Notice what this voice within is telling you. Are you receiving messages of Love? Or does this voice tell you to not trust others, to lash out at them so they can’t reach you? Does this voice encourage connection, or is it constantly in a state of dis-ease, judgment and tension? Just practice noticing the voice in your head. Observe it with curiosity and compassion.
As you connect with your breath, notice that there is a Bigger You, the witnessing Consciousness that is observing it all. Observing the voice within your head, observing your life situation, observing the character being played by you. Begin to observe, and start to question this inner voice. If this voice lashes out towards yourself, observe how soon after you find yourself lashing out at others. Observe how the voice wants to justify its anger, its violence, its fear. Observe how nothing seems to calm the voice or satisfy it. How it seems hungry for pain, drama, anger and tension always. How interesting. Keep observing.
Once we have the courage to observe the voice in our mind, we have the power to transcend the pain within, and once we transcend the pain within, we would Never Ever justify lashing out at ourself or others again. We will begin to awaken from this insanity of the mind, we will begin to open our eyes to SEE with Love again, to recognize our Oneness with All of life, All of nature. We will awaken and SEE that, in truth, there are no winners or losers, no teams to defend, no clubs we need to belong to. We will recognize our Oneness, our Unity. We will reclaim our true power through our Awareness, Openness and Unity!
Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you observe. You may not always like what you see, however your courage to see will be rewarded with truth, freedom, awareness and deep inner peace.

Throughout my life I have discovered just how true this statement is, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.” Or the new spin, “You can lead a human to knowledge but you can’t make him think.” Completely and utterly true! So what does a caring, compassionate, wise and aware empathic human do? I am so happy to share this wisdom with you. Now are You ready to listen?
You focus on Loving You. You focus upon how You FEEL, what triggers You, what You Love and appreciate. You STOP focusing on Making that horse drink, or making that other human think. You see, nothing knocks an aligned Human out of their alignment faster than trying to change others. I will speak only truth to you…You ready for it? You cannot change another human, nope you just can’t. So why waste precious valuable Vibrational Alignment trying to do what cannot, nor should not be done?
What you do have the power to change is how you react to misaligned humans, how you allow yourself to lose your center and get all freaked out! How you allow yourself to worry about pleasing anyone outside of yourself. You Can choose differently. Trust me when I say you can, because if I could change this lifelong habit then so can you. Granted I will not lose any sleep worrying about if you’ll listen to my wisdom or if you’ll start honoring yourself more. Nope, I share from the wisdom in my heart for the joy and pleasure of sharing. What you do with this wisdom, completely up to you!
I can’t even count the times in my past where I lost precious sleep, energy and joy because I felt I had to make people understand me, I had to defend myself to the haters of the world, I had to make sure others respected me. What a complete waste of my joy! And all it did was trigger me more and create more drama, more pain and more suffering. This path of trying to change others was freaking exhausting, I tell you! So I stopped, and You can too.
And like every wise empathic being, one day enough is enough. We open our eyes to finally SEE, we open our minds to finally understand, and we open our hearts to only Love whatever arises. This is a beautiful and empowering moment for a soul. The moment the soul chooses ease, acceptance, and empowerment. The moment this soul stops fighting and resisting life in any way. Everything shifts first on the inside, then shifts begin to occur on the outside. And life becomes joyous again! Hallelujah!!!
I’m serious here, you haven’t truly Lived, Loved and Thrived until you’ve chosen peace within. Until Nothing is more important than your inner peace. And what’s Amazing is you’ll soon realize your joy, happiness and peace were always yours to have. No one “out there” could ever take this gift from you. You realize that You kept your own joy, peace and happiness away, by choosing resistance, defensiveness and fighting.
Give yourself a Huge hug of forgiveness and acceptance because you needed to experience all that pain and suffering to assist you in your own awakening. So no need for judgment, just give yourself a big hug, look in the mirror and smile while telling yourself just how Bad-Ass you really are. You’ve Awakened!!! Now that’s something to truly celebrate. Go You!
This is a daily practice, one you can begin right here, right Now. For today, set the intention to stay Present with how You FEEL within. Stay Present with What thoughts You are choosing, are they limiting or liberating? Stay Present with the words You’re choosing to express. Are they helpful, beautiful, joyous? Or are You spitting out venom with your words. Be mindful that you shift your concern away from “what THEY” are doing, saying, creating. That is a distraction away from the only place you hold any power. Today You focus upon You!
That’s it, simple enough yeah? You got this, You were Born for this BABY!
