Greetings Beloved Soul Family I’m feeling inspired to share wisdom in regards to the Soul Activating Power that is achieved during Conscious Orgasm. This topic may be triggering for some and deeply welcomed by others. You’re Welcome ✨🙏✨

I allow Higher Consciousness to move through All aspects of My Being. And I am being called to offer Soulful illumination regarding our glorious and unique sexuality.

Conscious Sexuality is a powerful activator for every aspect of our lives. When we are Aligned & Open within ourselves we have our intricate electrical circuitry open and flowing. This openness is healing for our physical bodies, activating for our Higher Awareness (mental body) and is the direct path to our Soul’s Freedom, Ascension & Expansion.

When we’ve been raised to look at our own bodies, minds and sexuality as something to be ashamed of or frightened of we get into a really damaging game of FEEL it and quickly suppress it. We run from our Truth, we stuff down our feelings, we internally shame ourselves and we may even walk in the illusion of Being superior to others and therefore justifying our choice to lash out and Shame others in an attempt to control them. This becomes very damaging for ourselves and soon bleeds over to our partners. These distorted games with our shadow can also deeply confuse our children or those who may be observing us for guidance.

There has been a lot of bullshit manipulation taught on this beautiful planet on so many levels sexuality being a big one. We are each being given this opportunity to return to ourselves and what we Know to BE Divine Truth. An opportunity to completely and unconditionally Love & Accept ourselves. This Alignment is absolutely vital if we are ever to extend this gift of unconditional Love to Our Earthly Brothers & Sisters.

Every Single addiction and distraction we’ve collectively created has stemmed from this inner distortion & misalignment. And the only path available for our return to wholeness is to Align within ourselves.

When we have unhealthy sexual connections we engage with another unconsciously and may not even connect the dots on how much of the others energy we take into our energetic field. Those of you engaging in porn and random hookups are deeply harming yourselves through these unconscious forms of escapism. We will never find and align with the deep unconditional Love available to us by continuing to lose ourselves in the shadows.

There is a great calling for awareness in regards to just how deeply dysfunctional sexual interaction affects us on every level. Physically, we may feel the disturbance within our nervous system as well as other important bodily systems. Emotionally, we may suddenly feel depressed or shameful, exhausted or depleted because of the others’ energy we have bleeding into our electromagnetic field. Spiritually, we may feel stuck, heavy, lost or confused as a result of this unconscious bleed-over.

However, for those of us who are calling for Freedom, Alignment & Liberation there is another path which Your Soul is calling for. A Conscious path of authenticity, joy, play, & discovery awaits the courageous present Soul. I say courageous because this path requires All of You. This path requires complete Presence within ourselves, complete Acceptance of all we’ve tried so hard to hide away from our confusion and shame. This path requires our complete Attention, Dedication & Honor.

We cannot achieve an alignment with the consciousness of Unconditional Love while we are hating, shaming or rejecting any part of ourselves. We either choose to BE Conscious or we choose to remain Unconscious it’s really as simple as that.

When we enter into a Holy and Sacred Union with another we are merging and blending our energy field with this other being. When we enter into a sexual interaction with another we are either continuing the unconscious cycle of abuse, pain and suppressed shame or we are choosing to evolve the unconscious cycles and spiral upward in a choice of Conscious Co-Creation via sexual Co-Creation.

Conscious Creation in any form honors our self as well as the other. Conscious Creation is open, flowing, honoring, truthful, transparent & joyous. There is a feeling of upliftment and expansion as apposed to heaviness and contraction. If one chooses to BE completely present the truth will be felt and known.

When we achieve Orgasm Consciously there is an inner alignment of our circuitry and an electrical charge that literally activates our multidimensional DNA and heals and balances our physical body. Our hormones come into balance, our bodily systems find inner harmony, and our Higher mind is opened and activated to receive Higher wisdom as I am sharing with you now.

Conscious Sexuality can be accessed with an Aligned partner (a partner who is honoring to themselves and to you) or it can be achieved by oneself through Conscious Masturbation. There is no excuse for remaining stuck in lower frequencies. However one would be better off Consciously Creating through masturbation than by escaping in meaningless unconscious sexual encounters with a multitude of unconscious beings. BE Aware.

Recently, I was guided during a Conscious sexual encounter to release deeply suppressed sexual abuse that I had been carrying in my energy field. I was shown in my inner vision quick little snippets of suppressed energies. I allowed these energies to be seen and acknowledged without shame. As I raised the vortex of my energy to a blissful orgasmic release I felt I was out of my physical body observing “her,” the human me from a higher perspective. I observed her body shaking and convulsing for several minutes, and as I observed this deep release I had an inner knowing of the truth of what was occuring in my physical body. I was shaking out the old trauma in those electric energy surges and the shaking of my body was assisting in the cleansing and realignment of my every cell.

I share this transparent experience as a Wayshower to those who are feeling a guidance for inner alignment and for those who are ready to call back their power, heal their bodies, minds and Auric Fields of all disturbance and dis-ease. We are being called out from the suppression of shadow into the healing transformative Light of Freedom,
Authenticity and Alignment. I share to encourage each of You on this Sacred Journey Home within yourselves. You Are Worthy, You Are Enough, You Are Sacred, You Are Loved & Supported.

For those that are ready for Their important spiritual advancement I encourage you to realign with the inner integrity that is Truth for you. Once you’ve mastered this inner Alignment then You can if you desire it call forth an Aligned & Honoring Soul Partnership to Joyously & Consciously Co-Create the experience of Heaven on Earth. This last year I embarked on a painfully brave journey to heal. I was sickened with a lack of confidence, no boundaries, and I was burnt out. I recognized that I was neurotic and in full-blown fight or flight mode. I had “success” or at least success in the way that society views it. Yet, inside of myself I was spiraling. I became apathetically disassociated with the world, I was always sick to my stomach no matter what I put in it. I felt defected, even my dreams turned into nightmares that were haunting me.

For many of us we live in a world that is very loud, busy and chaotic. It is easy to allow all that external noise into our minds, and the next thing we know we are feeling tense, stressed, fearful and anxious. This Wisdom of choosing daily stillness is nothing new. All the great sages, masters, and artists have spoken about the importance of choosing stillness. And this same wisdom applies today. Stillness Speaks!
Often times we can get caught up in our fears, and our egoic mind seems to run us rather than acting as a powerful tool for our aware Spirit. This is the gift ready to give itself to You. Stillness holds unimaginable gifts within its vastness. And the only way we can ever access these gifts is by choosing to quiet the Egoic chatter, by choosing to go within and BE Still and Listen. In this deep listening, we receive, we are guided, we find understanding and deep knowing.

If you enjoy being lost, keep searching “out there” and if you are ready to come home, go “within.”. It’s as simple as that. It doesn’t take a lifetime or many lifetimes to gain enlightenment. It only requires your presence and stillness Now in this sacred precious moment.
Today claim time to pull away from external noise, pressure, and story. Allow yourself to receive your sacred gifts by going within. Open yourself to feel, listen, receive and process whatever wisdom would like to reveal itself to you now. Trust and BE present today.

I Love this statement, so powerful, so truthful: “Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; ships sink because of the water that gets inside them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.” Such a powerful and wise reminder. We all have a wide variety of life circumstances occurring daily. Sometimes life offers us a path of ease and grace, other times we may face challenges. What’s so important is that we are mindful at all times of what’s going on within ourselves.

It’s important that we don’t allow what’s occurring”out there” to be pulled inside of ourselves. For example, if humans you live with and Love are going through their own challenges and projecting negetivity, it’s important that you choose to stay centered in Love and Ease.

So often the tension of others around us can unconsciously be sucked inside of ourselves, and the next thing we know… Boom we’re stressed out, we’re feeling anxiety, we’re feeling sick or unwell. We must stay present to how we are feeling within at all times. Allow this to be your primary focus and practice.
We are all experiencing our Human Moments, unless you are an incredibly intelligent animal that is reading this, if that’s the case I completely apologize! But I’m going to just assume that everyone reading this is in fact a human being for now.

We are going to have our challenging moments, we are going to be near other humans that are experiencing their challenging moments, this is part of life. However, we have the power to stay present, the power to stay aware and the power to choose our vibrational focal point.

Give yourself permission to Forgive yourself daily, and often. Now extend that forgiveness outwardly to others around you, daily and often. Humans experience lots of human moments. We often say things in less than Loving ways when we are afraid, stressed or tired. It’s important that we remain mindful so that we don’t allow all that external energy to get inside our metaphorical boat.

Observe the energies within yourself first and foremost, this is your primary focus. Then enjoy observing the countless energies “out there.” Stay present in a space of Love and Compassion for yourself and others at all times.

Life can be incredibly Fun, Enjoyable, Amazing, and Miraculous even. Allow yourself permission to really enjoy your life. Be mindful that you don’t allow your very picky and judgmental egoic mind to rain on your own parade. BE easy with yourself and with others… Forgive, Let Go, Love, Laugh and Live Fully!
We only get this Now Moment once, so really embrace it, BE present and enjoy every sacred moment to the fullest. BE slow to anger, and swift with forgiveness it costs you nothing and blesses you & others with everything!

A Time for Balance with Intuitive healer Tawnya Love

Greetings Beautiful soul family,

So synchronistic for this image representing balance to pop up on my feed, spirit has been speaking through me a lot lately on the importance of balance. The wisdom and understanding that we all, male or female have a Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energy available to us.

In our current society I observe a deep wound ready to be acknowledged and healed. It is in regards to the Divine Feminine energy. For so many years we’ve bought into the idea and participated in this idea that somehow the feminine is associated with weakness.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. Our Divine Feminine energy is our intelligent way to manifest. We attract, draw in, and magnetize our dreams and desires into our physical reality. Not by force, rather by our beingness. There is a valuable gift in allowing ourselves to receive Sacred Restorative Rest. Nothing weak about this choice, a choice that will strengthen us when inspired action has arrived.

We individually as well as collectively must each tune inward. We must really have the courage to SEE how we participate in this insanity, observe how this choice to push, force and make things happen is hurting us and other’s. We must acknowledge this insanity if we are to heal this deep collective wound.

How many of you reading this have ever pushed yourselves beyond what honored your body? How many of you still push, push, push yourselves as well as those around you and feel this is the Right way? How many of you doing this struggle with Joy, Peace, Happiness? How many of you are suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction?

We can all continue to live this way, out of balance, out of alignment with our soul’s wisdom. Yet we won’t feel like we’re living, surviving perhaps but not thriving. So many of us participate actively and aggressively in supporting misaligned masculine energy.

If your doing anything where your forcing yourself or another in a direction, you have healing work awaiting you. If your dishonoring yourselves in Any way, you have important healing work awaiting you. If you are harming or dishonoring Anyone human or animal, you have important healing work awaiting you.

The first step in healing is in our awareness that something indeed is out of balance. The next step is responding with Love, care and compassion as we dive deeply within. Allowing ourselves to connect with our Divine Feminine energy is an important aspect to our wholeness. This is the important moment for deep listening, receiving, allowing, a powerful sacred moment of drawing all we need into our physical reality with ease, and grace.

Again honoring our Divine Feminine is far from weakness, it is intelligent manifestation. And I SEE it is so in need of being honored, acknowledged and integrated for so many. Our busy, fearful, insecure egoic minds will surrender and bow to the hearts wisdom sooner or later. What if we all chose this sooner, what if we chose balance Now?

Enlightenment is Always available to us

Greetings beautiful soul family,

I hope this message reaches each and everyone of you exactly when you most need to remember. I trust that it most certainly will, as all is occuring at the divinely aligned time. Over the past several weeks I personally have been clearing some deep down heaviness and darkness. Deep pain and trauma that I am moving and clearing from within as well as collectively through my awareness.

Many of us are dealing with life situations where we may be experiencing external chaos or disturbances. Yet we each have the power to remain in our center as the witness to all seen thing’s. We can choose to remain the calm center of any perceived storms, or we can lose ourselves in the chaos of the world, and the chaos of our inner emotions.

All that is required to transcend this turbulence is your awareness. When you experience an emotion such as fear or anger, pay attention to who is watching these emotions. Who is witnessing the energy? You will soon realize that you are consciousness, you are the eternal force moving through. You are the light that touches all seen and unseen things. Once you rediscover who you really are transcendence can become an enjoyable experience. A daily practice of observing.

The Angels, Source God constantly communicates with me, reminding me to pull away, detach, witness and observe. Through our willingness to SEE we shall SEE, through our willingness to KNOW we will KNOW. All that is required is our awareness, right here, right now!

The more we choose to observe the emotions within and without, and not cling to them. Releasing a need to give them a story, we will set ourselves free. All it takes is awareness, constant, steady awareness. Eventually all the pain, trauma, and fear will stop. Because you remember you are the Light. You are Love. This is your true nature.

Your busy creative mind may thrash around, scream and attempt anything and everything to hold you within its prison. Yet you simply observe this and stay present. You transcend all pain all fear and eventually the story ends. Your awake, your free from the prison of your own mind. Your free from the pain of your external reality, your free!

I personally feel each one of us wants to experience Love, Joy, Bliss and Peace. Because it’s our true nature to stay centered in the sanctuary of your own experience. It’s your true nature to enjoy ocean waves of Love and Light bathing you in Bliss. You are Love. You are Light. You are the witnessing consciousness of it all.

How do we return to this center sacred space? You simply observe all your emotions, all life situations you watch and witness and transcend any darkness to light, by placing your awareness upon anything. You are like the sun bathing every life situation, every thought with your light. And as your light touches the shadows they are illuminated instantly. It’s very simple and yet it requires your courage to let go. To detach and release your minds idea of right and wrong, your tendency to cling and attach to anything. You let go, again and again. You let go of your story, your limiting beliefs and all your judgments.

The sun doesn’t judge the shadowy spaces in the forest, it simply illuminates them. We must release our inner judge. We must release the need to judge others and the need to judge ourselves. When we surrender the judge we are free. We are Light. We are Love, this is the truth.

We can all read these words, and we can observe them, feel for truth in them, or we can allow our inner judge to cast them aside and dismiss them. That is your right and freedom to choose.

I have made the choice to witness, again and again to be the watcher. To remember I am Love I am Light and to cast my light upon all darkness with unconditional Love.

I apologize for jumping the gun with first price. I needed to figure out total expenses and it turned out a bit higher than I thought. I am planning on getting groceries for some breakfast items to add to complimentary breakfast and for snacks and lunch. Then I am figuring we can all bring some spending cash for dinners out and shopping on the Sunday. You will have time to rest, relax, renew and reunite with your inner Goddess. For any of you that can pay in full now, please do this will help me a ton! For those who really want to go but need to make payments I can help you with payments for slightly more: Please send $200 or more every two weeks for a total of $888 (there is a $200 non refundable deposit to reserve your space) so make sure you are committed to this ok. So invite your girlfriends, family, soul sisters…I can only take 7 Goddesses for this retreat so it is going to be small, beautiful, powerful and intimate. So if you really want your friend, sister, or aunt to come invite them right away and get them booked with you. If you want to bring your daughters (and they are old enough to appreciate this connection and want to be apart of this with you I will give you a $100 off for booking two people for this retreat so $100 discount from your 2 fees)

The rooms are 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with twin beds and a nice pull out bed in the living room. So like I said First to sign up get first room pick. You will be sharing a bed with a Goddess so keep that in mind. Those who don’t feel comfortable sharing can sleep on the twin beds (there’s 2)

I am planning for morning yoga/mediation after breakfast. Group circle time, lunch and meditation journal time. Then we can walk along the beach and or meditate at the beach. And come back and get ready for dinner, then first night is Full Moon so I would LOVE to build a bonfire and have a sacred Goddess Ceremony on the beach under the full moon Awwwooooo!!!! Depending on if were tired or not we can watch a movie after and chillax. I encourage you to arrive around noon on Friday if possible and we can connect and play at the beach until we can check into our condo. I am planning on bringing my amazing board game called “Illumination” which is truly an amazing opportunity to connect at a soul level with one another and spirit for life direction and clarity. You’ll LOVE IT!

For anyone flying in I recommend flying in Thursday afternoon and let me know when your coming so if there are more of you I can try to have you all arrive at the same time and pick you up. Cindy I know you’ll be flying in so as we discussed I can pick you up at the airport and you can stay on my nice super soft couch that night and Sunday night. I recommend flying home anytime after 2 PM on Monday the 19^th this way I can drive you to the airport after I teach morning yoga (which I’d love if you’d like to join me for). We will have so much fun I have many beautiful ideas planned and of course those who know me well know I will be in the flow of the now.

The dates are September 16^th-18^th and lets all visualize gorgeous weather. Its pretty gorgeous that time of year here. Please pack with clothing you can dress in layers, sweatshirts and tank tops would be wise, maybe even water proof jacket and beanie hats in case.
