What a deeply accurate statement, I have observed that when I am open to new awareness, understanding and wisdom life progresses, and evolves smoothly. Yet how often do we stand rigidly in our own limiting belief systems, judgments and ideas?
If we truly desire progress and evolution, we must remain open and receptive to change. We must release our tight grip on life. Let go of all our limiting belief systems and old judgments we hold for ourselves and others. If we can handle this one thing, we can set ourselves free!
