Throughout my life I have discovered just how true this statement is, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.” Or the new spin, “You can lead a human to knowledge but you can’t make him think.” Completely and utterly true! So what does a caring, compassionate, wise and aware empathic human do? I am so happy to share this wisdom with you. Now are You ready to listen?

You focus on Loving You. You focus upon how You FEEL, what triggers You, what You Love and appreciate. You STOP focusing on Making that horse drink, or making that other human think. You see, nothing knocks an aligned Human out of their alignment faster than trying to change others. I will speak only truth to you…You ready for it? You cannot change another human, nope you just can’t. So why waste precious valuable Vibrational Alignment trying to do what cannot, nor should not be done?

What you do have the power to change is how you react to misaligned humans, how you allow yourself to lose your center and get all freaked out! How you allow yourself to worry about pleasing anyone outside of yourself. You Can choose differently. Trust me when I say you can, because if I could change this lifelong habit then so can you. Granted I will not lose any sleep worrying about if you’ll listen to my wisdom or if you’ll start honoring yourself more. Nope, I share from the wisdom in my heart for the joy and pleasure of sharing. What you do with this wisdom, completely up to you!
I can’t even count the times in my past where I lost precious sleep, energy and joy because I felt I had to make people understand me, I had to defend myself to the haters of the world, I had to make sure others respected me. What a complete waste of my joy! And all it did was trigger me more and create more drama, more pain and more suffering. This path of trying to change others was freaking exhausting, I tell you! So I stopped, and You can too.

And like every wise empathic being, one day enough is enough. We open our eyes to finally SEE, we open our minds to finally understand, and we open our hearts to only Love whatever arises. This is a beautiful and empowering moment for a soul. The moment the soul chooses ease, acceptance, and empowerment. The moment this soul stops fighting and resisting life in any way. Everything shifts first on the inside, then shifts begin to occur on the outside. And life becomes joyous again! Hallelujah!!!
I’m serious here, you haven’t truly Lived, Loved and Thrived until you’ve chosen peace within. Until Nothing is more important than your inner peace. And what’s Amazing is you’ll soon realize your joy, happiness and peace were always yours to have. No one “out there” could ever take this gift from you. You realize that You kept your own joy, peace and happiness away, by choosing resistance, defensiveness and fighting.

Give yourself a Huge hug of forgiveness and acceptance because you needed to experience all that pain and suffering to assist you in your own awakening. So no need for judgment, just give yourself a big hug, look in the mirror and smile while telling yourself just how Bad-Ass you really are. You’ve Awakened!!! Now that’s something to truly celebrate. Go You!

This is a daily practice, one you can begin right here, right Now. For today, set the intention to stay Present with how You FEEL within. Stay Present with What thoughts You are choosing, are they limiting or liberating? Stay Present with the words You’re choosing to express. Are they helpful, beautiful, joyous? Or are You spitting out venom with your words. Be mindful that you shift your concern away from “what THEY” are doing, saying, creating. That is a distraction away from the only place you hold any power. Today You focus upon You!
That’s it, simple enough yeah? You got this, You were Born for this BABY!

Enlightenment is Always available to us

Greetings beautiful soul family,

I hope this message reaches each and everyone of you exactly when you most need to remember. I trust that it most certainly will, as all is occuring at the divinely aligned time. Over the past several weeks I personally have been clearing some deep down heaviness and darkness. Deep pain and trauma that I am moving and clearing from within as well as collectively through my awareness.

Many of us are dealing with life situations where we may be experiencing external chaos or disturbances. Yet we each have the power to remain in our center as the witness to all seen thing’s. We can choose to remain the calm center of any perceived storms, or we can lose ourselves in the chaos of the world, and the chaos of our inner emotions.

All that is required to transcend this turbulence is your awareness. When you experience an emotion such as fear or anger, pay attention to who is watching these emotions. Who is witnessing the energy? You will soon realize that you are consciousness, you are the eternal force moving through. You are the light that touches all seen and unseen things. Once you rediscover who you really are transcendence can become an enjoyable experience. A daily practice of observing.

The Angels, Source God constantly communicates with me, reminding me to pull away, detach, witness and observe. Through our willingness to SEE we shall SEE, through our willingness to KNOW we will KNOW. All that is required is our awareness, right here, right now!

The more we choose to observe the emotions within and without, and not cling to them. Releasing a need to give them a story, we will set ourselves free. All it takes is awareness, constant, steady awareness. Eventually all the pain, trauma, and fear will stop. Because you remember you are the Light. You are Love. This is your true nature.

Your busy creative mind may thrash around, scream and attempt anything and everything to hold you within its prison. Yet you simply observe this and stay present. You transcend all pain all fear and eventually the story ends. Your awake, your free from the prison of your own mind. Your free from the pain of your external reality, your free!

I personally feel each one of us wants to experience Love, Joy, Bliss and Peace. Because it’s our true nature to stay centered in the sanctuary of your own experience. It’s your true nature to enjoy ocean waves of Love and Light bathing you in Bliss. You are Love. You are Light. You are the witnessing consciousness of it all.

How do we return to this center sacred space? You simply observe all your emotions, all life situations you watch and witness and transcend any darkness to light, by placing your awareness upon anything. You are like the sun bathing every life situation, every thought with your light. And as your light touches the shadows they are illuminated instantly. It’s very simple and yet it requires your courage to let go. To detach and release your minds idea of right and wrong, your tendency to cling and attach to anything. You let go, again and again. You let go of your story, your limiting beliefs and all your judgments.

The sun doesn’t judge the shadowy spaces in the forest, it simply illuminates them. We must release our inner judge. We must release the need to judge others and the need to judge ourselves. When we surrender the judge we are free. We are Light. We are Love, this is the truth.

We can all read these words, and we can observe them, feel for truth in them, or we can allow our inner judge to cast them aside and dismiss them. That is your right and freedom to choose.

I have made the choice to witness, again and again to be the watcher. To remember I am Love I am Light and to cast my light upon all darkness with unconditional Love.

Thank You for connecting, Thank You for all you are contributing in freeing yourself and casting your Light and Love upon All life. For me Love has already won!

I am seriously soooo freaking excited to host our first Embodying the Goddess Transformational Retreat at Cannon Beach. This has been a dream held within my heart for sometime, and now its bursting to be birthed into being…It’s TIME!!! So here is the deal I need to put the money down now to hold this gorgeous condo, so I am requesting for those who are serious please send your payment ASAP. This way I can make sure we have the room paid for and then allow others to sign up right up to the end. What I’m going to offer is this first ones to sign up will get first pick of the room. There is a common area outside where we can meet if we feel inspired, and quick beach access right across the road for morning yoga, mediation and a Full Moon Fire Ceremony….Sooooo Awesome!!! I will see if I can gather some great photos to show you soon. Ok so onto the cost, I’m being guided to charge $777 for this 2 night 3 day transformational retreat. I apologize for jumping the gun with first price. I needed to figure out total expenses and it turned out a bit higher than I thought. I am planning on getting groceries for some breakfast items to add to complimentary breakfast and for snacks and lunch. Then I am figuring we can all bring some spending cash for dinners out and shopping on the Sunday. You will have time to rest, relax, renew and reunite with your inner Goddess. I am planning for morning yoga/mediation after breakfast. Group circle time, lunch and meditation journal time. Then we can walk along the beach and or meditate at the beach. And come back and get ready for dinner, then first night is Full Moon so I would LOVE to build a bonfire and have a sacred Goddess Ceremony on the beach under the full moon Awwwooooo!!!! Depending on if were tired or not we can watch a movie after and chillax. I encourage you to arrive around noon on Friday if possible and we can connect and play at the beach until we can check into our condo. I am planning on bringing my amazing board game called “Illumination” which is truly an amazing opportunity to connect at a soul level with one another and spirit for life direction and clarity. You’ll LOVE IT!

For anyone flying in I recommend flying in Thursday afternoon and let me know when your coming so if there are more of you I can try to have you all arrive at the same time and pick you up. Cindy I know you’ll be flying in so as we discussed I can pick you up at the airport and you can stay on my nice super soft couch that night and Sunday night. I recommend flying home anytime after 2 PM on Monday the 19^th this way I can drive you to the airport after I teach morning yoga (which I’d love if you’d like to join me for). We will have so much fun I have many beautiful ideas planned and of course those who know me well know I will be in the flow of the now.

The dates are September 16^th-18^th and lets all visualize gorgeous weather. Its pretty gorgeous that time of year here. Please pack with clothing you can dress in layers, sweatshirts and tank tops would be wise, maybe even water proof jacket and beanie hats in case. Time for Self Love with Tawnya Love

Greetings beautiful soul family,

I had so many messenger dreams last night I feel guided to share with anyone that is open to receiving them. One of the dreams I was speaking with a woman who lived with a family member she cared about. The problem was that this family member did not care for her. In fact they were absolutely abusive to her. She stayed and tolerated this abuse because it was coming from an attachment she had with this family member. She also felt she had to stay with this person because of the family attachment. I spoke with her and was clear as I looked deep into her eyes. I told her “I understand that you love this person, it is clear how much You care. However this person does not care for you. In fact they are very dangerous and are not showing you honor in anyway. This situation is not safe for You. You must learn to love yourself and protect your own boundaries and sacred space.” She cried with me but understood that things had to change for her own safety and well-being.

I feel this is a very timely message for many that are feeling the intensity of our ascension process. We must cut the anchors the Angels say, cut off all that is heavy and weighing you down so you may rise!

Some humans struggling with addiction in particular are really feeling pulled down vibrationally and they will take you with them. Cutting the ties that bind in situations of abuse is wisdom and self love in action. Release your fear, your insecurity, your codependency and let go. Invite your angel’s in to assist and intervene. You must ask for the help and allow the solution for your own growth and evolution my beloved family. It is time!

The second dream I was observing a family that had all gathered around to surprise a young woman and her boyfriend and baby. I watched how eagerly the family prepared to surprise this couple w an older car they had all pitched in on to help this family that needed a vehicle.

When the couple arrived I observed how they saw the car and just walked around it, criticizing how old it was. Complaining and not showing any gratitude whatsoever. I saw the family and I felt the family’s pain. The couple just walked off to get food saying nothing.

I walked over to the young woman and I said to her, “do you have anything you’d like to say to your family right now?” She just shrugged at me saying, “what?” I told her that I could feel her family’s pain in her lack of gratitude. I said even if you don’t love that car, it would be the loving thing to say thank you. She complained about how old the car was and about the color. I stood there staring at her showing her that I wasn’t going to waver on this. She finally looked up and told her family thank you for doing all the work they had done to provide her with a car.

As I observed and processed this dream I feel it’s spirit expressing to each of us the importance of genuine gratitude. Gratitude is healing for both the giver and the receiver. Gratitude opens doors to Miraculous shifts and solutions. And yet I observe daily how so many humans walk around with a hunger, a neediness, and entitlement. And how those very humans rarely express gratitude.

It’s time for this to shift my friends, like living with abusers living with a lack of gratitude is just another anchor dragging one down. This is a simple fix, it only takes each of our awareness to look for the goodness and then express it moment by sacred moment. It’s always the season for a grateful heart.

Greetings Soul Family,

Omg!!! I had the most incredible meditation this morning in preparation for this very special class of ancient arcane knowledge in regards to spiritual alchemy.

As I sat up I felt so disoriented the best way to describe the feeling is to imagine you were a computer that just had an entire over haul done with all old useless information being deleted and new information and wisdom uploaded.

In meditation I was guided to a deeper understanding of our Merkaba “light vehicle” which I am so excited to share with the select few.

I am psychic anyway, however this morning as I spoke to my beloved over the phone I knew exactly what he was about to say before he spoke. I said aloud what I heard telepathically and he said “yes baby wow!”

I will admit sometimes in my human moments I feel frustration with humans need to delay, distract and procrastinate. I LOVE assisting and serving each of you that are open and receptive. I know the power of living in alignment with our Source God and I Live my life as an example. There are times the ego likes to say “wow you only have one student, what a failure”. Yet higher self has explained it so simply and beautifully. I was told “trust that the ones who are open and receptive are coming. They will FEEL the inner Guidance to show up and listen so they may remember. Do not be distracted or disappointed in how many are ready. For your needs will Always be provided.

I then saw a picture of the film Star Wars and how Yoda and Obi-Wan only had a couple true focused students. They traveled throughout the galaxies and had a couple focused and ready Jedi. I share this because in a world that celebrates #’s and gain as a symbol of power and success. This is not always successful from a spiritual perspective.

I have been guided to share this invitation and to allow each of you that are guided to read these words to make your choice. That is my part to share, to invite, to teach. Convincing anyone to do their work or show up consistently is not my job.

I am seriously excited to BE in the Now with this new ancient wisdom wanting to be shared. Thank You Hermes Trismegistos, Thank You Metatron and Thank You Source God and Christ Consciousness ♡
