Millions of women, children and men are marching today all across our great nation for the Women’s March. So many beautiful humans coming together not to fight anything or hate on anyone. They Unite for Love, they Unite for the pleasure of Uniting, they Unite to express their sacred hearts. So many humans are choosing to focus on Love, Peace, Harmony and Unification and it’s beautiful.

Regardless of whether you chose to literally take a stand and march with others, or if you vibrationally are choosing this alignment within yourself, the choice to focus upon Unity, Harmony, Peace and Love is POWERFUL!

For myself I AM Free Now, I make my choices Now, I honor my body Now, I choose my employment Now, My partnerships, My choices! I hold Only Love and Compassion for the many humans that are still awakening to reclaim their own power. The many humans who are opening themselves to choose from a space of Self-Love, Freedom and Empowerment. The many that are still activating Love, Peace and Unity within themselves. I celebrate every single soul that is choosing LOVE, for Your choice is so powerful beyond measure and as you return to Love and Heal yourself You assist in Healing the whole.
I observe so many shifts occurring at this time, positive shifts, healing shifts, so much beautiful transformation taking place within and outside for each of us. We are forever moving, shifting, growing, and evolving to allow ourselves permission to fully embody our Divinity…And it’s truly beautiful.

My Beloved and I recently watched an incredible film called Lion, a true story, an amazing story, a beautiful life long story of the power of our human connection, unity and the return to Love. Each one of us is living this story out in our own unique way. Each one of us forever Feeling the inner call to return to Love. In this story this young boy is lost, seeking, and struggling to find home…For him it’s a literal home. Yet I also observe the universal metaphor being mirrored to each of us, if we choose the eyes to see for we are All on our individual journeys returning home to Love are we not?
So often we fight, conceal and supress our feelings, numb or deny our pain all in an exhausting effort to avoid the unavoidable. That sooner or later we all will choose to stop fighting and return home to Love. What if we each made that choice right here, right now? Just let go of the anger, the fear, the need for control or the need to be understood. What if we chose to Love, to listen, to give, to forgive, and to open ourselves to understand? I can give you a hint, and it’s spelled MIRACLES!

Take a moment and feel within yourself, connect with your heart. Take a few relaxing centering breaths and just BE with yourself. Quiet that mind chatter for just a bit, give your mind permission to slow down and BE Still.

Now feel Your heart listen to your own needs. Give yourself the time and space You need to find ease, to return to Love. Let go of needing anyone to see you, hear you or understand you just for Now. Give yourself the Love You need, listen to your own needs and honor them, SEE yourself clearly and without judgment. Take the pressure off of needing anything externally just for Now. Allow yourself permission to relax, rest and return to Love. BE Love, FEEL Love, SEE with eyes of Love, LISTEN with Compassionate ears of Love. LOVE is Your home, it’s safe to come back home!

Today in America, it is Inauguration Day for the 45th president of the United States. One may question the very title of this country at this time as ironic in deed, for “United” is but an illusion on the external level. As I look outside of myself, I observe so many hurting humans. So much anger, fear and hate. At times like this, it may be a challenge to remain centered and at ease within oneself. Yet choosing to remain centered and at ease shall set us Free.

So many of us as humans feel lost, stuck, and imprisoned in our own fears, in our own external creations of Hell. Fighting, screaming, and resisting simply invites more of the same energy, and so we go on and on, at war within and at war without, for it can BE no other way. You see, We hold the power within ourselves at all times. We and We alone choose where we focus our attention. Do we tune into the hate, anger and violence until it ignites within ourselves? Or do we turn our focus to Beauty, Love, Hope, and Gratitude?

Do we choose to argue and shame those who have a different perspective than ours? Or do we move on, allowing others to focus where they wish to as we choose to focus upon that which we Love?

You see, Your chosen focal point is where you are activating energy within and without. No one has the power to make you choose hate…You choose it. No other has the power to make You choose to focus upon fear, lack, or limitation, You choose to focus there. As You choose to focus on a focal point, You give it more energy, more life, and magnetically You begin to invite the chosen energy that You’re focusing on into your life. Many may want to blame their family, their government, their brother, spouse or even their dog for their suffering…But it is always You!

Every human handles their life situations differently. Some have been told that they are forever limited or lacking in some way, and many will choose to believe in this illusion. They start to focus on lack, on limitations, and BAM – next thing they know, Look at what is happening in their external reality…Lack and Limitations in bucket loads.

The same programming can be told to another human being, and this human may choose to ignore external opinion. This human chooses to go inward, and FEEL their vastness and spaciousness. This human focuses on Love, Hope, Liberation, Unity and Oneness, and BAM – next thing you know, check out that external reality baby: it’s Beautiful, Miraculous Solutions unfold, answers arrive, and Abundance is delivered.

Now, as Spiritual beings experiencing our human experience, we are Free Now, free to make our choices, moment by sacred precious moment. We can choose to get caught up in the external reality and Fight, Fight, Fight or Shame, Shame, Shame or Blame, Blame, Blame. And you got it baby, that fight comes right back around like a boomerang! We are the Creators of it!

The alternate path is the path I highly recommend, and the path I choose: The path of Love, Surrendered Trust, Hope, Freedom, & Expansion, the path of Oneness and Unity within. If you haven’t witnessed the manifestation of complete unity externally, please don’t lose faith and return to the path of doubt and fear again. Maintain your focus, your chosen vibration, and trust in life’s ability to transform your outer world as you find Alignment and Balance within and transform Your inner world.

It’s easy to hate, it’s easy to shame and blame, it’s easy to lose faith and expect the worst. And many humans will continue to create from this heaviness until they have suffered enough.

It’s wise to choose Love, to choose patience and surrendered trust. This does not mean we lose our voices, or become complacent in a space of inaction. It just means we allow our primary focus to BE focused upon OUR Beingness, and our inspired actions will become the secondary focus with Love guiding said actions. We may feel guided to take a stand for Love. Just be mindful that as you stand, you stand firmly in Love.

Many of you may be viewing a society at war, perpetuating hate, anger, fear and separation. Throughout history, humanity has Co-Created war and violence over and over. Personally I AM DONE with the violence, the fear, the war. I choose to set myself free by focusing upon the Infinite Love within.

Do not look “out there” for your answers or your guidance and Inspiration…but rather go within, and return to Love. You have freedom Now to choose this, you’ve always had this freedom, and you always will. Choose wisely, and it will transform your entire reality!

For the next few days, I invite you to practice awareness and discernment in regards to your chosen focal point. Observe how you feel if you’re listening to the news or radio. Observe how you feel when you’re watching the news on television. Now, consciously choose to Not tune into TV, radio, internet, the news, and social media. Choose to go within; choose to sit in nature and just BE with nature; listen to the rustling leaves, the trickling stream, the bird song. Choose to go into stillness meditation daily, not because something is wrong that you need answers to, but for the sheer pleasure of Being. Make notes in your journal or just mental awareness of how you feel. Now choose to be very selective about where you place your sacred focus moment by sacred moment… Because We are Always in a space of perpetual creation! Choose Wisely, my friends.

Today I took my daughter to see a beautiful film called Moana. What I Loved most about this film was the portrayal of the journey we all are given to honor the voice within. I loved and related to Moana as she struggled with wanting to please her family and live up to their expectations for her life, and yet she could not silence the voice within constantly calling to her. I feel we can all relate to this in our own way. Perhaps at times we have lost ourselves in the pursuit of pleasing others, especially our family.

What I have learned so far in my life, is that having the courage to listen to that voice within makes All the difference. There were times in my life when I suffered greatly, and these were always times I was afraid to listen to my own voice and honor its calling. Some of us can become so accustomed to the FEELING of suffering that we choose it over and over, constantly ignoring our own inner voice. We can become so skilled at this game that we even convince others and ourselves that we are heros because of how deeply we suffer.

I feel suffering is a clear sign that we are out of alignment with our own soul’s authentic path. The choice to remain lost is up to each one of us as is the choice to suffer. When we have the courage to be still and listen to our inner voice we can find our center and get onto our authentic path again. We suddenly find the flow and honor that inner nudge and FEELING of aliveness and we’re off!
Listening to our inner voice doesn’t mean we won’t have challenges to face and transcend, I’ve definitely had my share. When we honor our inner voice every challenge comes as a gift to bring us greater wisdom, strength and understanding. Every obstacle, prepares us for that next step of growth on our authentic path. So if you feel like you’ve failed simply because you’ve been challenged, please reconsider. Take a deep breath and acknowledge just how far you’ve truly come. No one outside can truly tell you where you should be. Only You can truly know Your authentic path, by listening to Your inner voice. Remember who you are!

Take a few deep centering breaths and just enjoy being present with your breath. Lay down some place where you won’t be disturbed. Relax your muscles in your body one-by-one as you slow down and deepen your breathing. Allow yourself space to BE, to listen and to FEEL. Let go of any need to tune out, float away, rise up or out or anywhere else for that matter. Go within, your answers are awaiting you here. Set your intention to remember who you are. To listen to Your authentic voice and give it honor. Enjoy listening for a little while as you relax and breathe.

Do you ever feel hopeless about life and humanity? Ever wonder if We will ever figure out our shit and pull together? Yeah me too. I am a Lover of life. A true believer in the goodness within each and every living creature to choose higher. However we all can experience moments of doubt, fear and hopelessness. That’s so very human of us to dwell there in lower vibration. And yet I have experienced a higher vibrational way to live and create.

Sometimes we must pull away from the outside world, and go within to FEEL and KNOW our own truth. Sometimes it may seem as if every human being around us is going in a different direction. We may feel pulled on, pushed on and bullied into going “Their Way” into moving with the herd so to speak. And at times it may be more important than ever for us to boldly and defiantly move forward in our own aligned direction. Going with the herd, when the herd is headed straight off a cliff is not a great choice. Great courage may be called for. Luckily, You were born with plenty of courage within for whatever life may deliver.


During my life I have often felt like I did not fit in here with the collective consciousness. When I was a young girl I sometimes wondered if something was wrong with me? Why did misaligned and corrupt energies and behavior bother me so? As I matured into an awake and aware woman I realized that Nothing is wrong with me. Nothing at all. I realized that I was meant to be here on this planet and that I was born to go my own way, as a Way shower of a higher, more Loving and aligned way!
It took me years to accept myself and honor who I was, but it doesn’t have to take you that long. You can choose in this sacred New Moment to fully Love and Accept yourself for who You FREAKING are. Not for who others want you to be, not for what your own ego thinks you should be…But just Loving You fully and completely right here, right Now!


I’ll share a little secret, when we finally surrender all the “trying to be” and we just enjoy Being a great inner shift occurs and life suddenly opens for you, supports you, and provides for you. Again, you must have the courage to accept yourself and embark on this radical journey. Because I can only be a guide and Way shower through my words of wisdom. You must experience the shift to truly understand its potent power.

Take a few deep breaths and just allow yourself to ground your physical body into the here and Now. Give your mind permission to be still and silent. Allow inner peace and ease.
After several moments of inner stillness allow yourself permission to FEEL and connect with your inner body, the aliveness within you. Start with one place in your physical body and just FEEL the aliveness. Now place your awareness at your root chakra at the base of your spine. Visualize a venomous serpent, give this serpent a name. For example: You are the serpent of Fear!

Now affirm within as you slowly breath and relax, “I now release You serpent of fear. I thank You for all the lessons and wisdom. You must now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. You must now leave my sacred space, home and environment (You may command that this darkness leave Your planet and All the sacred life here). Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space. Thank You Beloved!”

Take a few deep breaths into your root chakra and then deep exhales from your root. Now visualize this dark serpent of fear shape-shifting into an energy or image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Maybe it becomes a golden butterfly, or a dancing dolphin. Allow your intuition to guide You perfectly.


Now draw your attention up to your Sacral Chakra below your navel. Breathe into this area of your body and enjoy a deep exhale out of the Sacral Chakra. Again, visualize a dark venomous serpent and give this serpent a name. You are the serpent of Shame!
Again, affirm within as you breathe and relax, “I now release You serpent of Shame. Thank You for All the lessons and wisdom. You must Now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. Leave my sacred space, home and environment. Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space Be Free. I AM Free!”

Enjoy a few deep centering breaths. Visualize this dark venomous serpent shape-shifting into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. FEEL the aliveness within you growing. FEEL the Unconditional Love and Light flowing within and without.


Continue moving upwards and visualize a dark venomous serpent at each of your energy centers. Giving each energy a name and commanding this darkness leave Your body, mind, soul and energy field. Remember to shape-shift each dark venomous serpent into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Connect with Your solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. One by one. Once you’ve completed this healing activation enjoy a few deep centering breaths and enjoy several moments of Being.
Once you’ve practiced this healing on yourself for awhile, feel free to command lower vibration to leave your world leaders, your family members, your planet and beyond. YESSSSS You and Source God are incredibly powerful!

Power of Vibrational Alignment

This morning, I enjoyed leading a beautiful, relaxing restorative Yoga Meditation class in my local community. The highlight of this class was when one of my sweet students came up to me and said, “Tawnya, you gave me the most important Christmas gift of all this year.” I was pleasantly touched by this awareness. She went on to explain the great amount of pain she had been in for so very long- so long that pain had become her “normal feeling.” This particular student has been attending my Restorative Yoga Meditation, as well as my Pilates Yoga Fusion classes for a couple of months now. She had begun to notice subtle shifts happening in her body. She then told me that on Christmas morning, while standing in her kitchen, she suddenly realized: WOW, no more pain?! She wasn’t feeling pain any longer; her hips felt good and strong.

I was so delighted to hear this, to be a witness to her body’s re-alignment with wholeness. It touched my heart so deeply. I explained to her that, partly, this shift was from the physical practices she was offering her body as she honored and strengthened herself back into health and wholeness. The Yoga and Pilates offered her ease and relaxation; these exercises offered joint health through lubrication and physical movement. I also reminded her of the power of presence and listening, of Being, and helped reprogram her consciousness into a state of wholeness and wellness once again; her natural state.

Every day, spirit speaks through me with powerful words of truth and wisdom, reminding us of the power of our vibrational alignment with our Source. It can happen, a slow and gradual change as we focus our thoughts upon wholeness, and suddenly, we are back in our optimal alignment. 

The same journey occurs in regards to the manifestation of sickness or dis-ease. It is a gradual lean into a lower vibration- we lean into tension, worry, stress and feelings of dis-ease and the next thing we know, BAM: “How’d I get so sick?” “How’d I get so angry?” “How’d I get so broke?” Through a consistent focus upon sickness, tension, fear, worry, and anger, and voila: we create disease, pain and suffering. The good part is that suffering is optional. It truly is a choice.

It’s all vibrational. You are primarily vibrational, a vibrational being experiencing life in your human meat suit. We have the power and choice to enjoy our journey while we are here on this Earth, as well as the power to choose suffering. Everything is ignited via your chosen vibration and focal point, through your chosen thoughts and your chosen emotions. Take a moment and think about it: who chooses your thoughts? You do. Who chooses which emotions you dwell on or get stuck in, or identify yourself with? You do. Not your mom, your brother, or your neighbor…no one else chooses this except you. This is POWERFUL my friends! You and you alone hold your power, so this is exciting shape shifting.

Life-changing awareness you’re onto here. Congratulations!

LIGHT 2

Take a moment to close your eyes. Unless you’re driving. If you’re driving then pull the heck over and sit…why are you reading this while you’re driving?! I know, I Know, I have some great stuff here. But pull it over and chillax a minute. All joking aside, close your eyes and take a deep, centering breath. Take a moment to connect with your human meat suit of a body. Notice what’s going on within your day; notice your energy. Do you feel tense? Anxious? Just observe, without any judgment. Your simple task is to observe and be One with your body for a just a few moments, without distraction. Observe your thoughts. Are they racing? Bouncing all over the place? Or are your thoughts clear, calm, and centered?

Now on your next inhale, hold the thought and feeling of “I AM Peaceful.”  As you exhale, hold the thought and feeling of “I AM Present.” Continue to hold onto this one simple thought and feeling as you breathe in…I AM Peaceful…and as you breathe out…I AM Present. Notice how your body begins to relax; how tension begins to fall away. Notice that this is a powerful practice, as you are allowing and guiding your body, mind and emotions back into the highest optimal alignment with the Source.

Now, doesn’t that just FEEL better? I Know- You’re so smart and Awesome! Now open your eyes, and go enjoy this day as you practice Being Peaceful and Present.

So I’ve been listening to my inner voice, that spark of life force that is always calling to us. I know I am to write inspiring and helpful books, lead mindfulness seminars, retreats and journey and travel across the mysterious ocean that calls to me so powerfully.

I had a dream where I was sitting with Doreen Virtue as she was getting her materials all gathered together for print. She was explaining her process in production of her tools. I was deeply listening. Then she looked at me and said, “it is time Tawnya Love for you to share your gifts with the world”. I agreed with her and said, “I AM Ready!”.

The gift of Intuition With Intuitive healer/light worker Tawnya Love

Greetings Beautiful Soul Family,

I truly Love the subtle power of our intuition. Today during a healing session I suddenly felt a child’s spirit in the room with us, a little baby girl. I then thought Hmmm I’m feeling this child wants this client of mine to know they are near.

I also suddenly thought of Disneyland and the fun and playfulness of that magical place. I caught myself thinking this and thought, hmmmm why the heck am I thinking about Disneyland?

After the session while I was reading cards I had drawn for this beautiful client. I told her about her baby girl making her presence known. I could emphatically FEEL my clients emotions in response to this information. She smiled I told her that often I’ve observed that our loved one’s who have left their physical bodies and that have chosen to stay close as spirit guides will often make their presence known at special times like the holiday’s. She was grateful to know her daughter was close.

Then we were discussing shifts in her friendships and she mentioned that she was getting ready to fly to California soon but after our session saw her friend had texted about changing her flight. I asked her where she lived, she said “close to L.A. near Disneyland” I laughed and said, “so that’s why I had sudden thoughts about Disneyland!”

I encouraged her to trust and flow and to go to the places her inner child desired to go. To be playful and spontaneous.

I felt inspired to share this only because I truly feel WE are All intuitive. It’s just that so many of us discount the subtle images and thoughts we receive as random. I’ve found that when I Tune In and trust that Every thought is flowing in for a reason I can allow for clarity by staying open and present.

Intuition is subtle, it’s like receiving these beautiful little puzzle pieces throughout our day. Some of us are staying present for the next piece and honoring it’s arrival with reverence and respect. For others countless puzzle pieces are lost and dropped away as “random”, “weird” events.

Trust in yourselves, trust in your inner guidance and Oneness with your Source and stay playful through it all.

There is No Spoon With Intuitive light worker Tawnya Love

I woke up from an incredible experience during dream time. I was in some sort of obstacle course it seemed, jumping off tracks and shooting down slides. Suddenly I was sitting in a room and a small child toddler age, named Matthew came up to me ad crawled into my lap. It was a sweet moment, and suddenly Matthew touched my third eye and drew some sort of symbol over my third eye and then smiled deep into my eye’s.

Suddenly I felt the atoms and energy within my physical form suddenly speeding up and swirling within. I felt almost like my body was breaking apart and suddenly my third eye area ripped open and light shot out from this area.

It felt amazing yet caught me off guard and so I felt a little anxious. Suddenly a woman walks up and says “it’s her!” “She’s the One”, she approaches me swiftly and looks deeply into my eye’s and says “do you remember who you are?” I look deeply into her eye’s and in every particle of my being I know who I AM. I say Yessss I remember. She says aloud, “You Are the Light of God”

At that moment my entire physical self explodes with light shining bright as the sun, shooting all around me. I stand up and move towards the doorway and I look outside and up in the sky and EVERY particle I Am feels draw to ascend and fly into that sky.

My entire being is vibrating so fast I cannot remain Earth bound any longer. My soul is exploding into motion, ascension and I remember I am infinite, limitless and I can freaking FLY!!!!

Greetings Beautiful soul family,

Has anyone else been highly aware of their divine wizardry lately? I’m talking about instant swift manifestation of what you either want or desire, or don’t want showing up super-fast? Have you felt extra sensitive in what your body is able to tolerate in regards to diet and sensitivities to environment?

Are you taking your power back and seeing and experiencing great shifts in choosing from a space of empowerment and self-Love? I myself have been enjoying swift instant manifestations that have been super fun and helpful. I was recently challenged by a human that had made a financial agreement with me. They then choose to dishonor that commitment and avoid me, as well as avoiding clear honest communication. Rather than going into the “old” fearful paradigm of lackful consciousness or fear, I choose to stay ONE with my Source. I choose to focus upon what I needed and deserved and I used my laser beam focus of consciousness to attract what I wanted rather than attract from a consciousness of fear and lack. The results were absolutely Magical!

Practicing self-awareness and mastery of our minds can be very fun and rewarding. I truly feel we are all Beautiful, intelligent, infinitely powerful beings. When we stay conscious and choose to remain ONE with our Source Magic Happens. Miracles are the Norm for a Master wizard. We all have the potential and power to create miracles or the option to create from a space of lack and fear…It all simply comes down to choice!

What are you focusing on right now, at this moment? Are you remembering you are ONE with your Source? Are you remembering to stay calm, centered and aware? Are you visualizing what you love and appreciate and desire? Or are you focused on fear, lack, anger, blame? We all have the divine right to choose where WE place our focus and attention. No one, I repeat No one has the power to make you choose. You and You alone must choose again and again as to where you will place your focus. And believe me where we focus makes a HUGE difference in what we will attract and therefore experience in our lives.

Since my situation involved financial need, I chose to focus all my attention to abundance, a focus of having my needs abundantly met in fun and joyous ways. I didn’t beg or plead with Source, I claimed my ONENESS and called forth my needs with power and faith. I then released this request with trust and surrender knowing my needs matter and will be honored. Maybe not by this particular human, but they will be honored and met by my Source. And they were. I playfully requested that I receive an $888 day. I thought that would be fun and would assist with my needs. I then let this request go with full faith my request was on its way.

The next day I received over $888 by the end of that day, only 24 hours later BOOM request delivered! So then for fun I put this request out again same request in a fun relaxed playful way…and you know what more healing clients showed up, a new renter showed up to put down their deposit with joy and gratitude. So another over $888 day! Nothing hard about this, simply laser beam focus upon needs being abundantly met rather than denied. I do this ALL the time, I have thousands of moments I could share just like this and I promise once you really decide to master your mind you’ll also see and experience just how much fun conscious creating really is.

My sharing this is to inspire you, yes YOU to believe in your own needs. And to have the courage and faith to request what you need from this abundant universe with full faith and trust that your needs are absolutely being met! This is where many lose their vibrational alignment with their abundantly supportive Source again and again. This is where we can sometimes choose separation, fear and forgetfulness of our own divine nature.

Your see, receiving goodness is not hard, it’s just a higher vibrational reality from receiving what you hate, and what you fear. I repeat, it’s just a different vibrational reality! Therefore all you must learn to master is your vibrational alignment with your desires. Then just observe what shifts for you, no matter what others may or may not choose to honor in their lives.

We will empower ourselves as we refuse to hand others our power, no one can cause you dis-ease unless you choose to focus upon dis-ease, this one took me sometime to really understand and master and now I understand how truthful this statement is. You and You alone hold YOUR power and potential, remember this and remind yourself daily as you break free from old enslaving habits and belief systems.

CONSCIOUSNESS

Here’s the simple clear truth…We are ALL powerful Creator’s, we are ALL One with our Source. Some of us remember this and align with that wisdom in all of our creation moments, others are choosing to play small and forget their Oneness and their worth.

I reach out through the worldwide web with the intention of inspiring, awakening and reminding the masses that YOU are ONE with your Source/God Creator. As masters who have come before me have repeatedly shared with us their wisdom, such as…BE Still and Know that I AM GOD…Ask and it shall be given…I AM the Great I AM…These things I do, you shall do greater…and so on. Everyone one of these statements are truth, and this truth, this gift of manifestation is for every one of you reading these words to enjoy. This IS an abundant Universe my friends, ABUNDANT start to focus upon Abundance no matter what’s going on in your current life situation, Become the Vibrational match to your desires and observe the Magic!

Enjoy and learn from the journey!

I just have to express my deep gratitude for all the love and honor that I am now attracting into my life. This was not always the case, in fact for most of my …life (40) years I am 42 now. I had been attracting such deep abuse. Many of you see the aligned courageous Tawnya Love today, yet many may not clearly see how much I had to heal and clear on my own to get here.

From age 4-18 I was beaten and shamed by my mother and father and though I loved these humans I never felt connected to them. Most of my life I felt like a freaking alien on this planet. I was harassed and bullied as a child and physically beaten up just for being me. I could feel everything I felt sick to my stomach most the time. I used to cry and cry to my Angels as a little girl begging them to bring me home. This life on planet Earth made No sense to my soul. This planet was heavy, the humans around me were all suffering and angry, so much woundedness so many lies and manipulation that my little empathic being felt physically ill.

I have been through the darkest experiences beaten, bullied, molested, raped, rejected, betrayed, gun pointed to my face…you name it I have probably been through it. I do not share this for pitty, not at all. I share this for the sake of expressing truth and Inspiring hope for those who are still walking silently with pain, abuse or fear. I feel such gratitude for my aligned life it is so beautiful and blessed and I had to claim it. I had to fight like hell at times, I had to claw my way out of the swamps and choose to fucking Rise like the warrior I am. I had to choose to forgive, choose to understand, choose to believe and choose to heal. And I did, I worked intimately with my Angels invisible make believe friends according to many lost humans. And working with these beyond words awesome Angelic warrior’s made all the difference.

I like so many of you have been lost and suicidal I have longed for release of the pain brought on from choosing this human incarnation. I was trapped in an abusive marriage, raped by my own husband, shamed and rejected by a family I felt no connection to. Yet every time what kept me here, what inspired me to trust….my Angels. I Love them more than any man made words can ever express and they are more real to me than any human torture, any human experience. I owe my very life to my Angelic family who have always been there encouraging me to heal, to walk away from the abuse, to speak my truth regardless of the outcome, to Rise and Shine like the true Angelic being I am.

It took me 40 years, in this lifetime and holy shit sooooo many lifetime’s of enslavement prior to choose liberation and freedom. So I encourage you all to be easy on yourselves be gentle. Love yourselves and know that if you see anything beautiful or hopeful in my life, that like yourselves I have been down low as well. And that I chose to Rise and you can too. At a soul level I know that I walked through the darkness on purpose for my soul wanted to understand it, it desired to experience it all and then it desired to Rise and Shine once again while inspiring a planet full of enslaved humans to Rise with me, it was no coincidence or random event…it is our destiny to Rise and I know in my soul that if I can heal and Rise Anyone can…so who will join me? Who is Done with abuse? DONE with tolerating it or enabling it, Done with suffering. DONE with feeling unworthy unlovable and alone?

Because one thing I know is you each must come to that moment where you are FUCKING DONE! who’s ready to forgive, ready to thrive, ready to Ascend, ready to Love and be Loved. You and You alone must choose. A soul like mine simply points the way. I wouldn’t change a thing from my journey I have learned so much. I now wake up each new day with a heart filled with gratitude and the question How May I Serve on my heart and mind…start healing today, choose higher because we all deserve Love everyone of us!

I had a beautiful soul reach out to me privately last night. Telling me how much my honest inspiring posts meant to them, that my energy had kept this human alive. This soul has been hurting silently like so many yet was courageous to express truth to me. My heart felt led to express the fullness of my experience to offer a beacon of light in a dark suffering world. You are All so incredibly Loved, so infinitely worthy…my hope is that one day You All see yourselves as the Angels and I see you…You are All so Beautiful and Mighty…Awaken sweet humans and RISE!!!!
