Staying Grounded

Your task for this week and every week if you choose it is to GET OUTSIDE! Keeping ourselves grounded is very important and necessary for health and well being. If we wish to develop our psychic gifts we must remain grounded and centered so that we can listen, trust and feel our way. This means daily connection with your body, mind and soul all synchronized as ONE. When we are not grounded we struggle to draw our full potential of energy throughout our body, and awareness so that we can connect with higher consciousness (the space where all truth, wisdom and solution lies). This is much like being an electronic device that is not plugged in, it just doesn’t work…we miss the opportunity to shine and use our full power and potential.

Connecting with Mother Earth is very healing and powerful for us, often when we are the most stressed out and disconnected we neglect this deep need for earth connection. I encourage you all to really practice the difference in daily nature connection as opposed to missing this connection…simply note the difference you will learn best through experience so journal your awareness as you make a point to connect with nature daily, as well as journal how you feel when you miss this opportunity. Wisdom will flow through your own experience so pay attention and learn.

How to know if we are NOT grounded:

~Our perceived fears are out of control, anxiety
~We tend to exaggerate our problems and obsessively worry
~Many become overly dramatic and defensive
~Feelings of insecurity and depression rise
~We begin to stumble, accident prone, flighty and are not present
~We find it a struggle to concentrate and BE present and focused in the Now
~We feel as if we are spinning our wheels getting nowhere, wasting energy and generating more stress…feelings of exhaustion

When we are not grounded and present our energy gets blocked and we struggle to connect mind and heart. If we are too mind focused we can obsess and get stuck in our head. This causes a disconnect and we struggle to connect mind and heart and therefore we feel cut off from inner knowing AKA intuition. Being grounded is our basic need to tuning into our intuition. As we consciously connect with Source we ignite our energy and we thrive, when we disconnect from Source we struggle and cause harm to our body, mind and spirit.

When we are cut off from Source and ungrounded we become defensive, crabby and emotional. It is wise to take notice of this shift in emotion immediately as you feel the feeling of being OFF, and get outside and move your body and clear the energy away. Being ungrounded will sneak up on us so pay attention and simply reconnect as soon as you notice these uncomfortable unpleasant energies.

We can observe the signs of being ungrounded:
~we feel anxious
~we feel crabby
~we start wasting energy complaining about how crappy we feel
~we lose your connection and feel uneasy, unfocused, or unhappy

The important thing to remember is to catch these shifts before we unravel and lose control of our energy. The good news is that it is easy to plug back in and get connected. Simply get back into your body breathe and move your body. Getting our bodies back into alignment and into Divine flow moves our energy and helps us feel reconnected and in this space we can FEEL our way and follow intuition and know thy self. Our solutions to life situations lie within and when we are connected we can easily access this higher consciousness and wisdom. We stop spinning our wheels and wasting energy and start flowing with ease, grace and efficiency.

Make it a habit to ground, and connect daily it will serve you and others in powerful and miraculous ways. Try it!

The Power of Love

What is power for you? What do you identify as your source of strength and power? How do you connect with your infinite power and strength? Power can be seen from many different perspectives and angles. Yet, is there one focal point in which we can all agree? Power in essence is an energy that can be felt and I believe shared with a clear intention.

I have observed many seeking power form all different sources of external creations, from money, fame, control, status, race, and even sex. However the only true source of power I have felt connected with comes from what I like to refer to as “Source”. Some refer to this as God, or Spirit, the Divine and many other names. I personally don’t feel it’s at all important what we name this eternal presence and energy. However I do feel that from observation, it is those that connect with this Source and open to its presence that are most aligned, alive, and happy.

As an intuitive healer and assistant to the Angels, Ascended Masters and many spiritual guides. I have placed all my trust, goodness and well being in Source, and it has served me well. This took a great amount of awareness on my end, and many years of cultivating a deep trust in the divine. I feel it is our inner voice, or as many refer to as intuition that is Source speaking through us. As we heal our wounded ness, and release our shame and fears and allow ourselves to fully connect again. We have the opportunity to tap into this Divine life spring of knowledge, Love, and healing light and this will benefit us as well as all we connect with.

I feel it is time for a Great Shift, a moving away from separation, and the need to control others, and a moving into Unity Consciousness, connection and trust. This trust must begin first in a trust of the Divine, and a deep connection to the wise counselor within, our intuition. All Love will blossom from a deep sense of Self Love, and all trust will open from a deep feeling of inner trust and alignment.

The Power we have the opportunity to connect with can come from an inexhaustible, infinite source. And when we have the courage and wisdom to tap into this True Source of power, Anything is truly possible!

How do you find ways to strengthen your intuition? What do you do each day to honor the wise voice of spirit within yourselves?

  Blessings, & Namaste~

What’s Your Number?

What’s Your Number?

So many people seem to place an amazing amount of their well being and energy into their numbers. Why do we as humans feel the need to do this? What is this obsession doing for us as individuals, as a society?

I am here to bring some new awareness to anyone who is open to receiving it, Your numbers are not as important as you’re making them out to be. What is important and powerful is the belief systems connected to these numbers.

For example, many of us feel that the number on the scale dictates what we should or shouldn’t do on any given day, and often how we feel about ourselves. Or perhaps it’s the number of years we’ve been on this planet that should in some way dictate how we should live, dress, act and so on. Many of us believe the number in our bank account identifies us, but does it really?

Think about it for a moment, what numbers do you give too much power and energy to? No need for judgment, this is simply about bringing greater awareness. Once we have this awareness we have the opportunity to break through old barriers, old belief systems that are no longer serving us. And we have the beautiful opportunity to be truly FREE!

Please share your feedback with us, we’d love to hear what you have discovered about yourselves. Have a blessed and beautiful aware day!  Namaste~
