Last night we were receiving more light frequencies moving in powerfully. I felt the electrical storm in my crown and third eye and then the energy flowing throughout my spine. As this new wave of Light moved in I felt the need to BE and go into deep stillness. Wonderful long nights sleep and feeling recharged, revitalized and NEW this morning.
I encourage any of you who are feeling very tired in this Now moment to honor your bodies intelligence and need for deep stillness and rest where all energies may move, integrate and find balance and harmony within.
