Day 175 of Mindfulness Mastery by Tawnya Love

Blessings Beloved Soul Family,

Recently I watched the documentary called “Generation Wealth” by Lauren Greenfield. She has studied toxic wealth for over 25 years and has a very important message for humanity in this very real and raw documentary.

For years I have felt concerned for humanity and where we are going. Often feeling like I don’t belong here or fit in with such a misaligned societal system. Growing up as a girl in our society I’ve done my best not to fall for the lies and constant pressure placed on females in regards to our worth or lack thereof.

This documentary moved me and inspired me to speak up and to encourage anyone who is open and listening to take a couple of hours and really listen to what Lauren and her real life subjects have to say, really listen you’ll be glad you did.

I will warn you, this is a real and raw documentary showing the dark side of beauty, wealth and fame. So if you’re a parent watch it alone first and if you feel your children are at the age where they can understand this, watch it again with them being sure to have time to sit and share each of your perspectives and to listen to your children and take the time to help them understand.

This is a conversation worth having with our very impressionable and easily influenced children. I feel it is so important to open our eyes as a society and to stop making excuses for misaligned behavior. To stop saying and believing things like, “that’s just the world we live in.” Or “that’s just the way it is for girl’s.” Or “Boy’s will be Boy’s.” There are many misaligned beliefs we as a society believe and strengthen daily. It is time to dismantle the distortions and to stop telling ourselves and others they are okay. It is time to wake up and take our power back.

We are beautiful souls living in human form. It’s time we really remember this truth and heal ourselves from the inside out. It is never too late to heal and realign. We are incredibly powerful and capable of so much beauty and goodness. But we must remember who we truly are if we ever wish to live with true freedom and liberation.
