Day 82 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Last night, I had a very vivid Psychedelic Disneyland-type dream. I was at this amazing place, like another dimension. I was walking through a shop like those huge stores at Disneyland with all kinds of fun stuff. I recall looking for these big furry hoods, like a giant furry hat that looked like a fun monster. I finally found some, and a little girl came up to me to ask me some questions. She wanted to hang out with me, but I felt pressured to keep moving with focus. Eventually I left her behind me. When I looked up, the hats were gone, so I moved on.

At one point, I received a bag with water and a Betta fish in it, a beautiful blue Betta. As I was walking, I was mindful not to shake the bag too much, as not to disturb the Betta. Suddenly, I felt something hitting my hand and the bag becoming turbulent. I looked down and saw that there were now two Bettas in the bag, my blue one and now a red one. I had no idea how this was possible.

I saw that the two Bettas were fighting inside, so I quickly searched for something else I could put them in so they wouldn’t harm each other. I found a used coffee cup and a water bottle that hadn’t been used.

So I placed one in the cup after I rinsed it out and the other in the water bottle. I felt like I was wandering around discovering this new place for hours and hours. I suddenly saw the exit, and I saw two ways to leave.

One way was a simple door that you can walk through and boom, you’re out. Easy. The other was a water pit you laid in as it moved you towards the exit then you had to propell yourself on to this nylon-like wall with straps and foot holds (think military boot camp). As I stood in the main line, I heard one of the guardians of the exit say after looking my way: “Ohh, she’ll take the easy way!”

This irritated me. How does she know which way I’ll go? So, to prove her wrong, I stepped into the challenging path and made my way into the water, and then propelled myself onto The wall. It was difficult, but I welcomed the challenge. I felt like I was in the circus, bending and twisting my body to align precisely with the very narrow exit.

The same woman said, “She’s taking too long.” When man in the line yelled, “Shut it, she’s doing awesome. I’m impressed. She’s going to do it.”

I held my focus, and finally I slipped through the opening and landed back in another Reality. As soon as I was back, I remembered that I was with companions when I went into this other dimension. I had left them here at the opening, and they were going to wait for my return.

I realized I had been gone a lot longer than I had anticipated, and now they were gone. So I set off on my own and then I woke up.

I feel this is a symbolic dream: there are times we must leave our known, comfortable realities, and often we go them seemingly alone. This was the theme of the dream: the Sacred Journey into the unknown. Meeting the child was an aspect of reconnecting with our inner child and healing any lingering pain. We then move forward, returning to our quest “life mission.” In a sense, leaving her (the wounded part of ourselves) behind. Focusing on the Here & Now.

The two Bettas I feel are symbolic of the two energies within us, our Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine. It is important that these energies find balance, or they will destroy us from within. Finding inner Balance equals Aligning with inner peace.

The two paths are symbolic of those who take the “easy way out” and those who choose to rise to the occasion, regardless of how challenging it appears. This cultivates a deep trust of self and builds confidence.

The heckling woman is those humans in our lives who shame us, mock us, and, Big picture, who help us prove our power to “Ourselves.” They are a gift. The man in the line represents those humans in life that cheer us on and encourage us when we’re on the brink of giving up…they are also a gift.

The exit is easy, challenging equal choices that will mold us as human beings. Easy isn’t always better, for nothing is learned. The realization as she exits the portal into another dimension, as she sees her travel companions have left, is a very important aspect of Evolution. Often as we choose to explore, evolve, and grow, not all those who once walked by our side will be there as we move forward. This is a natural part of growth and Evolution.

In truth, we are not alone, however, there may be times it feels as if we are, as everyone or everything we connected and related to has shifted. Every soul is on their own personal journey. We are never alone, however, it is wise to remain unattached to those who will Journey forward with you moment by moment.

I Love when seemingly chaotic strangeness ends up being a powerful symbolic message from Spirit! Aren’t dreams Awesome?! 🦋 I intuively know this message is also for one of my Soul Coaching clients today… Magical 💖 Thank You Higher Self.

Day 81 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

As we are Mindful and Present with our own Vibration we become Conscious of what we give to the Quantum Field of Creation. Now Creation will give back to You from your CHOSEN Vibration, Everytime!

For example, one Moment You (The Divine Creator of Your Life story) are focusing upon the Vibration of lack. A moment later, the Source Energy You Are Always One with mirrors back to you Your creation…ta-da Lack!!!

Contrastly, we may choose (regardless of our life situation) to Focus wholly on our Oneness with Source as we CHOOSE our Vibration of Abundance. Then we Observe, ta-da Abundance!!!

All that is required for Quantum Leaps in Consciousness is Your Presence & Your Awareness as a Creator. Once you’ve chosen to become aware, you can stop playing the unconscious game of victimization.

You suddenly realize (Self-Realization) that You have Never been seperate from Source Consciousness. You have only “Created” consciously or unconsciously at any given moment in Creation. You have drawn-in the Abundance Through Your choice to Align with this frequency, or contrastly You have drawn-in suffering, pain, lack, etc….Again Through Your choice to Align with this frequency.

Celebrate Your chaos, for when chaos arises this is a beautiful opportunity to transcend and transform all you have held unconsciously in your field of awareness. Once we allow ourselves to receive “Whatever” is arising Without resistance, without judgment, When we can truly receive it as the gift of Liberation that it is…We are Free!!!

Eventually we begin to remain in a state of Presence and Consciousness, therefore it may appear as if those Shit-Storms and times of chaos have faded away from our life situation. When In truth we have merely become Conscious and therefore we notice our choice in Vibration. We catch it if our Frequency has dropped and we prioritize our Ascension by swiftly returning to our state of Oneness, again and again.

Life appears to become more Peaceful, less chaotic. When in truth this Peaceful Experience has Always been One with You and available for You. Now you are simply Consciously choosing to Align with it. Here we realize that We, and We alone Choose our Vibration every second. We realize that remaining aligned with Joy, Gratitude and Love is Available for us at All times in our life situation, regardless of what that life situation is.

We may discover unconscious programs we’ve identified with that we’ve had playing out in our life situation unconsciously. Beliefs that there is a lack of anything, beliefs of No pain-No gain, beliefs that you must work hard to receive…and so on and so on…All man made ideas creating the Illusion of lack and limitation.

Once we identify these limiting thoughts and realize that we’ve been unconsciously playing them within our field of creation, magic happens. We now have Awareness, and with Awareness we can create Alchemy and change. Now this human begins to awaken from their slumber of separation. This human now remembers they are ONE with Source, they Are God/Creator manifest in human form.

And when this occurs, Everything shifts. For a Conscious being would not remain in the illusion of separation, a Conscious being would not remain in the illusion of enslavement. This is the life changing rebirthing Moment where We Realign with the Infinite Power,  Love, Joy, & Abundance…That We have always been, and shall Eternally BE ONE with.

From this moment All creations become Conscious, for this human no longer “plays small”….Rather, this human has chosen Through Consciousness to Reunite with Source God, as The Conscious Co-Creator, One with Source. Every thought, every emotion, every choice fuels your direction or focal point with Creation. Your Vibration Matters & affects All Matter or external Reality.

Therefore your belief that You are nothing…Boom you’re creating a Vibration and this Vibration is NOW drawing back to You confirmation of Your chosen belief!

However, any moment we choose to BE Conscious and catch that lower Vibrational thought, we choose to go higher…Magic occurs! Suddenly that hurting human temporarily lost in their own Illusion of smallness and separation becomes aware of themselves. Aware of their Infinite Power. And Now this God in human form begins to Create like a God Through Oneness with Source. Now this human is Conscious, Curious, Playful and Aware of everything that is arising for them in this Holographic Universe.

Now this God/Goddess has become aware of Infinite truth, Infinite possibilities and begins to Create Consciously, Courageously and Confidently.

This IS The Destiny of All Souls playing out various Vibrational patterns either through Consciousness or Unconsciousness. The out come is vastly different…The choice Always Yours!

Day 80 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

I just Experienced something really mind blowing during my Meditation. First off, I just “came back” – and I do mean that I “came back.” I wasn’t here in this body during this very vivid experience.

I was helping “Another me.” My mind is still processing if it was the future I was Assisting in or if in fact I was in a Parallel Reality Assisting.

Every moment was Incredibly detailed and felt Important. I laid down to Meditate at 2:00 PM after completing a healing session with one of my clients. I was brought back at 4:57 PM when my Beloved William called me and the phone call pulled me back into my body.

What’s interesting is that in this parallel/future place, I was passing down all the details of the experience to my Beloved William. That’s when he physically called me on the phone.

I feel like I was away a very long time, as I’m super woozy and hungry, like I used A Lot of my soul light during this experience. I was helping this other/future me via Consciousness. This place wasn’t Peaceful or Beautiful at all, it felt like All life competed with each other and the Consciousness was a very low, survival Consciousness. I was helping her/me navigate this dark place so she could break free of it.

I vividly recall this holographic keypad that she was struggling to open. I projected my Consciousness into her, and she remembered the code. It was so detailed: very neon colors and advanced technology, yet a very unconscious society driven by Fear.

At one point I warned her to watch her back, as there was someone who wanted what she had. They shot a poison needle at her and it barely missed. Later, she didn’t Dodge another one fast enough, and it hit her in the neck. I knew it was poison as I observed her collapse to the ground.

I was helping her when my “Now cellphone” began ringing,which called me back into my current Body/Reality. I truly feel I was Assisting in a Parallel dimension, one that I broke out of just in time.

My current Body is Incredibly recharged and Hungry! I’m in need of hydration as well, and I feel like I was away for a very long time. Trusting all I need to retain has been stored in my Consciousness. Very interesting experience!

Day 79 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

I hope this Divine Message is reaching You at the perfect, Divinely Aligned Moment, my beautiful soul family, for I trust that it is. As an observer of energy, I am feeling Inspired to speak from my heart on an important awareness that truly affects each of us. 

What is this important topic? It’s the choice to SEE and FEEL and CREATE from Unity Consciousness. It’s the choice to SEE the Divine within All life. 

Many of us can pull this off with no problem when things are what we like to call GOOD. And when those BAD things happen, or when those BAD people do their BAD things, we totally toss out Unity Consciousness and slide right back into judgment and we lose ourselves in the illusion.

This is a choice, and an important choice. We have the ability to remain centered in Unity Consciousness regardless of what another is choosing. Now, others’ choices may give us a nudge to move away from or move around an energy (Important aspect of Self Love). However, it is truly Never necessary to cast judgment or shame upon ourselves or others… It’s a choice and it lowers our own frequency.

That being said, shaming another or ourselves is Not the Highest choice let’s say, it’s one choice. And we can do this in a wide variety of creative ways, can’t we? If we’re still healing racism within, then we find it important to shame that other, “lost, messed up, less than us” race. Or if we find ourselves in a religious group, we can easily slip into the “Us against Them” game as we “Pray for all those sinners who don’t attend our church or religious group.”

 We can get super creative and start projecting our judgments upon others as we refer to other humans as Satanic or Evil. The ability to choose from a separation consciousness is Infinite. Fearful humans choose this shaming and separation as a tool to do the most hateful things as a way to justify to themselves that lower choice.

This is the Source wisdom Flowing through my awareness in regards to this creative shaming and separation game. It’s just that…A game! It isn’t the Truth. It is Not the Highest way!

As long as we look for what is wrong with others (or ourselves), we will always create and experience suffering. Observe your own life for validation. If you open your eyes to SEE, you shall SEE! When we open our hearts to Unconditional Love, we will FEEL that Unconditional Love flowing through our Consciousness.

Each of us, as a human being, has a huge spectrum of energy available within our DNA. We have All of it within: the darkness, the pain, the unconsciousness, the anger…but we also have genius, intelligence, Unconditional Love and Light within our DNA. 

Now, the magical Transformation occurs as we honor what is arising Within us, as we’re Present with the energy, as we listen to it and Love it, no matter what it is. It is through this choice to Love what is rising that we have the power to transform this energy into something higher. 

Each of us has the opportunity to reside in a shadow frequency for as long as we need to survive and create in the shadow. We also have the potential to move and ascend higher into our gift frequency, into a space where we become more Conscious as Creators and therefore we create from Love.

There is also the opportunity residing in our very DNA to Ascend into the highest Siddhic state of UNITY Consciousness. Here, a soul has transcended all Illusion of Pain and Separation Consciousness. Our souls have the opportunity to Rise into this State of Unity Consciousness. And we will know when it is time to leave behind All illusions of Separation, because the illusion will no longer control us. 

 

I Love to use movies to create a visual understanding, so let’s use the epic film series Star Wars as an example: We can use the energy of Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker & Yoda! 

In truth, All of these humans are Divine gifts from and are One with Source, or, in the case of Star Wars, The Force! Now, we can observe these characters as they move through their own unique journey of Awareness. 

Darth Vader we observe creating from deep fear on the far end of the Infinite spectrum. He relates so strongly with Fear that it controls him- Fear is his master. Every choice he makes stems from fear and the illusion of separation. However, his choice to create from Fear doesn’t make him Evil. His choices are Not coming from Unity Consciousness or Love, hence he continues to create Suffering for himself and others.  This is the SHADOW Frequency. And every time we allow Fear to make our choices, we are creating from this Frequency and we are creating suffering just like Darth Vader.

 

Now, Darth Vader has No problem killing anyone he sees as a threat, and when you reside in the shadow frequency, that threat is pretty much anyone and everyone who doesn’t live as you think they should. See how easy it is to slip into shadow? Anytime you’re feeling jealous, angry, competitive…Fear has hooked You!

Now we’ll Observe Luke Skywalker, aka Jedi in training. Many of us humans may relate to Luke because like this young Jedi, we want to be good. We enjoy moments of inspiration and hope, and we look for the good in life. Yet we often find ourselves balancing on a thin line of Trust and feeling that ohh so familiar pull towards the dark side of Fear. Luke is a soul who is on the Journey of Ascension. He’s learning to remember that he is One with the Force/Source. He stumbles, he gets back up. He feels anger and fear, and he learns to stay Present as these energies pass. In the gift frequency we are remembering that we have the power to choose, the power to focus and the power to create consciously. Awesomeness!

Luke is moving into the Gift Frequency. He is becoming more Conscious, more Awake and Aware. He’s learning to work with Universal Energy rather than fear it or control it. He’s starting to Experience more Love and Light in this space of remembering his Oneness. Life is getting better here. Whoo Hoo! 

Now, moving on to Yoda. Yoda is the archetype of the Self Realized Master, the Awakened One. Yoda has Ascended beyond Fear, beyond the illusions of Separation and we Observe him as a true Master in action. Yoda knows and is the embodiment of Oneness with The Force/Source. We Observe Yoda performing what many would call Miracles. And yet, to a soul dwelling on the far end of the spectrum of Unity and Unconditional Love, these Miracles are normal, everyday events. 

Yoda FEELS the disturbances in The Force, but he doesn’t lose himself in them. Yoda uses his sensory awareness to help him move intuively through life with great Mastery. We each have this potential lying dormant Within our DNA. Each and every one of us! 

In truth we are all One with Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, and Yoda. We each have the opportunity to choose which level of consciousness we choose to dwell in at any given moment. Every human you know or have ever known also has this same potential.
It doesn’t matter if you used to be a heroin addict, living and creating in a space of deep fear and pain. You have the potential to Rise! It also doesn’t matter if you are the purest saint. You have the potential to fall into the illusion of fear and separation at any moment. Presence and Awareness are Always the path to our Highest Alignment.

The ultimate Message here is: WE Are ONE! 

The sinner and the saint, the heroin addict and the healer, the judgmental Christian and the judged, the racist and the misunderstood. All ONE!

Shall I repeat this truth: We Are All ONE! Once You truly grasp this truth, once you truly ascend beyond Fear and the illusion of separation, You are Free! Remember this truth every moment as You consciously choose your next creation. All choices have a consequence, some choices drag us down, others lift us up…every Choice matters! 

If another movie or archetype works for you, use that, it really doesn’t matter…it is all Illusion. We can just as easily use the archetype of Satan, The seeking human, and Christ….it’s the same Journey of Ascension…The same Unshakable Truth. 

We ARE ONE!!!

Day 78 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Today I feel inspired to share from my heart in regards to the incredible Healing work I am sharing with others. After 3 Sessions today and observing some drastic shifts in my amazing clients, I just feel like sharing it.

It’s truly an incredible, fulfilling feeling to support another human (or animal) in their return to wholeness. I can’t think of anything much better. To observe someone who has temporarily lost their focus, their feeling of empowerment, and their clarity suddenly shift back into their highest alignment…It’s Awesome! 

My clients constantly express to me what a gift I have as a healer. They sense it. They FEEL it. And I absolutely Know this to be Truth. It is my Sacred gift, and I am eternally, infinitely Grateful to share it as much as possible.

To share our Sacred gifts is such an important part of living a fulfilling life. As we share our gifts, we support others’ joy, health and wellness and we are equally Blessed. When we are truly giving from our center of Love and Abundance, we thrive, and we receive. This is why it’s so important to truly be in our own highest alignment. If we are just doing “a job” to make money, it will feel very draining to us. We most likely will not support others through our authentic kindness because we aren’t aligning in kind and honoring ways for ourself. How can we give to others what we withhold from ourselves?

Alignment is key to success, and in my humble opinion, being happy is a great Gauge of true success. Ask Yourself right now…And often: Am I Happy? Does this job, relationship, or environment fulfill me–body, mind, and soul? Care about your Awareness, care about how you FEEL, care about Your fulfilment. 

I recently created this lil image from a beautiful photo titled “Kindness Changes Everything.” What a truthful statement this is! So often we as humans create so much drama and complexity, when in truth, everything is so simple. Kindness really does Change Everything! It shifts our focus to Love, it soothes the pain for another, it turns the other cheek when a hurting human attempts to start drama…esponding with kindness is Powerful! 

We can spend a lifetime – or several – trying to “make others kind.” This can be exhausting and frustrating, to say the least. It is only when we Realign with our inner Wisdom that we realize All Love begins Within. If we desire more Love, Ignite the Love Within. If we desire more understanding, BE more understanding with yourself and others. It Always begins Within. 🦋

So take a moment today and every day to look for the good, to notice the little simple things, and express your gratitude more. Don’t do it for a response–Do it for Love! Spend more time expressing gratitude and less time complaining, because Kindness really does Change Everything!

Day 77 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

So often our attention can be hooked or triggered by our opinions and day to day attachments, or our preference for a particular outcome. We can miss the vastness of our being when we are too focused on the drama of life. We get washed up on the superficial surface rather than plunging into the depth of the conscious connection we are capable of.

Life is in constant ebb and flow. Constant motion. Constant change & transformation.

Choosing to Align with life means choosing to flow with All of life from a center of Love & Acceptance. As we release deeply held unconscious fears we begin to blossom & grow through our choice of living in a state of Surrendered Trust.

This isn’t about control, this isn’t about only accepting certain parts of our self or others. This is truly a path of Surrender, Acceptance, Faith & Divine Grace.

As we Align with life we accept that birth & death are both a natural part of life’s cycles. We can loosen our grip and trust that life is truly Always working out for our highest evolution. We can accept times of challenge, times of sickness, times of transformation, accidents, lessons, and even endings such as death which are truly New beginnings. All of these experiences guide us, shape us and teach us as they alter our course through life’s Mystical Magical Journey.

There is truly no reason we should ever suffer, if we remember that we are One with life. If we remember that Life is One with us & is supporting our growth & evolution, Always. There’s no need to cling or attach to anything when we are Centered in Love & living in a state of Surrendered Trust. Relax, Let Go, take a few deep centering breaths & Smile with a heart full of Wisdom & Gratitude. Life’s Got You!

Day 76 of 365 days of Mindfulness

Recently my Higher Self guided me to take a day for deep inner reflection and balancing. During this deep inner journey of Stillness and Beingness I processed some valuable understanding. I’m always so deeply grateful for these days of Stillness and deep Listening as they always manifest great inner shift and awareness. I encourage each of you guided here to read this message to honor the Wisdom within, to pull away from the external noise often so that you may access valuable wisdom within. 

So often we’re unconsciously encouraged to run, run, run and do, do, do to our own demise. So many hurting, frustrated, fearful humans rushing here and there. So much unconscious creation. So much suffering. And yet there is another way! There is a powerful choice available for each of us moment by moment. We can continue to rush around unconsciously as slaves to our own egoic woundedness…or we can Stop! Right here, right now we can take a deep centering breath and slowwwww down.

The wise ones understand the value of slowing down, they have learned that great beauty, healing and Alignment are Always available when we allow this shift from within. So why do so many humans continue to rush? Continue to exhaust themselves? What are we searching for? Where are we racing towards? 

I can only speak as a Loving guide doing my best to express my own experience. You can choose to open yourself and receive this wisdom or choose to ignore the message, that will always be your choice. You must learn from Your own experience.

I can genuinely say that in choosing to slow down and focus within rather than racing around unconsciously will absolutely Change your life for the better…100%! I can share how quickly your body will be Supported to Realign and return to Wholeness. How Peaceful and Centered you will remember you are here. And how in choosing to Realign with the Source God within you will awaken as an Empowered co-creator once again. In the space of stillness you will receive Divine Solution, Divine Insight, and Healing. There’s truly nothing negative whatsoever in choosing to slow down and Be Still. 

So why aren’t more humans Choosing Stillness? Why aren’t those who are sick focusing inward with an intention to Realign and Balance? Why are so many humans chasing thrills, addiction, and distraction? Because so many haven’t yet awakened, so many are driven by Fear Not Love. So many humans still doing doing doing all they can to be good enough. 
The irony is that as we remember to slow down and realign, we also begin to remember that We Are Always Enough, We Are Good, We Are Worthy Now!!! It’s true I wouldn’t speak this if it weren’t true. And remembering that You are worthy is Incredibly Important to how you will choose to live out your existence. Incredibly Important.

I observe humans daily who race around, who tell themselves and others that they have to do this or that. That they don’t have a choice in this or that. They lie to themselves again and again at the cost of their own joy, and their own health. And I observe that they really believe they have no choice. They Believe!

So here’s where our inner work lies: In first discovering these limiting beliefs we run thru our minds like computer programs. And second, in being a conscious participant in dissolving, deleting and releasing these limiting beliefs that are Only Enslaving and Harming us!

You know that saying that many express to addicts, that you can only change something if you can admit you have a problem? Well it’s true for All Transformation. We cannot Heal while continuing to run unconscious scripts day in and day out about sickness, fear, worry, stress, anger, blame, guilt or shame. Healing IS available for All of us…Healing is Always within awaiting our return with its Alignment. And the same applies to Love, Freedom, Abundance and Joy. We can only Experience these Energies once we have Aligned with them from the inside out. If we refuse to Realign from within, then it will seem as if these Energies are lying “out there” beyond our grasp, and our Wounded Ego will continue to chase and seek.

As a healer, I’ve witnessed so many beautiful miraculous shifts within the beautiful open souls that we work with. These humans and animals allow themselves to realign within and often times instant shifts occur without. Their bodies heal, their minds center, their relationships find harmony, their bank accounts flourish. And not because they are continuing to rush around unconsciously and fearfully, it is because they finally have chosen to slow down, finally chosen to Realign from within and Miracles happen!

In an incredible book called The Gene Keys Richard Rudd states that the 27th Siddhi knows how to distinguish between that which is Alive and that which is decaying, and it gives unremittingly to that which is Alive. At the Siddhic level the 27th Gene Key becomes capable of Miraculous Healing. As long as there is an ounce of life force within something, the vast Love coming thru the 27th Siddhi can revive it. Because this Siddhi draws upon the entire bio-energetic field of Gaia, it has the capacity to heal any dis-ease or sickness, so long as the indwelling Awareness/Consciousness is Aligned more strongly with Life rather than with Death. 

This statement sums up the Miraculous Power of Healing and Transformation. Pay attention to what you’re giving your attention to, as this focus will deeply affect you on every level. A focus upon Life creates New Life, a focus upon death and decay invites more of the same. It is Universal Law and it is Powerful.

Day 75 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

There are moments when one Sees so clearly. Moments when one’s consciousness is fully open and aware. Moments when it seems that something so horrific is being completely ignored by the majority of humanity. It is in these moments that expressing Divine Truth is so important.

I’ve had some time to process and observe the insanity of humanity, and I have some important messages to share in regards to these observations, in hopes that we are ready to open our hearts, minds, and eyes. That we are ready to move in more Loving and Conscious directions. That we are ready to truly honor All life, rather than ignore how our chosen actions affect others. That we are ready to truly move in the direction of Unity Consciousness, as we Choose to Harm None!

As many realize, yesterday was July 4th, a holiday celebrated as a statement of Independence for America. A holiday that is celebrated in complete unconsciousness, disregarding the hundreds of thousands of Native Americans who were slaughtered so that these drifters from Europe could leave their own countries and “Own” their own land. The very beginning of how Europeans violently took this country is completely forgotten. How convenient!

From the place in Consciousness where I reside, I do not see any Independence here. I Observe unconsciousness, lies, illusion- humans pretending they are free and independent in a country that strips many others of their Independence daily. I cannot Celebrate such a misaligned holiday, one based on pure illusion. My question is: How can You? And why are you? Are you truly Conscious about this Choice? Or are you unconsciously part of a program via your traditions?

I write these words of truth for one reason alone: To help us each remember the truth and awaken. To Support our people in awakening for once to the Fact that All life matters, not just white Europeans, not just Americans, not just certain religions or political groups. All life is valuable, precious, and Important!

That being said, I have a question for everyone reading this. How can we continue to violently blow shit up while traumatizing thousands and thousands of animals and humans, while polluting our environment, while continuing to risk injury to any form of life, all in an attempt to celebrate a holiday rooted in violence and Unconsciousness? What exactly is celebratory about any of this, truly?

I can only speak from my own life and perspective. From my own life situation, last night I spent hours in my bedroom closet doing everything I could to comfort our sweet Honey Girl, our family dog. Our neighborhood sounded like a war zone, with loud explosives going off every couple seconds for nearly six hours! We were in our home with music playing, tucked into our quietest spaces to claim any sense of peace.

Year after year I have observed humans, many who struggle to pay their own bills, purchasing hundred and thousands of dollars worth of explosives in an attempt to celebrate our Independence, humans who continue to live unconsciously in their own enslavement. It’s truly INSANE!

Every year we Experience, Observe and hear about how many innocent animals, veterans, elders, and children are traumatized by our society’s choice of celebration. We KNOW that these loud explosives are harming innocent lives. We KNOW that often destructive fires occur because of this form of celebration. We KNOW that many people are seriously injured or killed from these explosives…And yet, I observe humans unconsciously recreating this violence year after year, with little Awareness or Compassion.

What will it take, Humanity? What do you need in order to wake up, to truly care about others more than you care about your program, your routines, your unconscious traditions? What is needed for you to truly care about the innocent animals and humans that these unconscious traditions are harming? What is needed to care about Honoring OUR Environment, OUR planet, OUR Home?

I’m truly interested. I want to understand. I’m ready for positive honoring change, so please, help me understand. Join me if your heart recognizes the Wisdom in my Heart-Expressed words. How can WE re-create New Honoring celebrations? How can WE honor the whole? How can we have fun, play, and Celebrate without harming one another, or Nature?

We can shift this. I know we can. But we must first Choose to Awaken. We must choose to live with Consciousness and Compassion for All life. I’m ready! Are You?

Sometimes we just need someone to sit with us and remind us to breathe, to remind us that All is well, and that we are Loved. To be reminded that We have the power to choose New choices with every Sacred Moment. 💖
