Today I took my daughter to see a beautiful film called Moana. What I Loved most about this film was the portrayal of the journey we all are given to honor the voice within. I loved and related to Moana as she struggled with wanting to please her family and live up to their expectations for her life, and yet she could not silence the voice within constantly calling to her. I feel we can all relate to this in our own way. Perhaps at times we have lost ourselves in the pursuit of pleasing others, especially our family.

What I have learned so far in my life, is that having the courage to listen to that voice within makes All the difference. There were times in my life when I suffered greatly, and these were always times I was afraid to listen to my own voice and honor its calling. Some of us can become so accustomed to the FEELING of suffering that we choose it over and over, constantly ignoring our own inner voice. We can become so skilled at this game that we even convince others and ourselves that we are heros because of how deeply we suffer.

I feel suffering is a clear sign that we are out of alignment with our own soul’s authentic path. The choice to remain lost is up to each one of us as is the choice to suffer. When we have the courage to be still and listen to our inner voice we can find our center and get onto our authentic path again. We suddenly find the flow and honor that inner nudge and FEELING of aliveness and we’re off!
Listening to our inner voice doesn’t mean we won’t have challenges to face and transcend, I’ve definitely had my share. When we honor our inner voice every challenge comes as a gift to bring us greater wisdom, strength and understanding. Every obstacle, prepares us for that next step of growth on our authentic path. So if you feel like you’ve failed simply because you’ve been challenged, please reconsider. Take a deep breath and acknowledge just how far you’ve truly come. No one outside can truly tell you where you should be. Only You can truly know Your authentic path, by listening to Your inner voice. Remember who you are!

Take a few deep centering breaths and just enjoy being present with your breath. Lay down some place where you won’t be disturbed. Relax your muscles in your body one-by-one as you slow down and deepen your breathing. Allow yourself space to BE, to listen and to FEEL. Let go of any need to tune out, float away, rise up or out or anywhere else for that matter. Go within, your answers are awaiting you here. Set your intention to remember who you are. To listen to Your authentic voice and give it honor. Enjoy listening for a little while as you relax and breathe.

Do you ever feel hopeless about life and humanity? Ever wonder if We will ever figure out our shit and pull together? Yeah me too. I am a Lover of life. A true believer in the goodness within each and every living creature to choose higher. However we all can experience moments of doubt, fear and hopelessness. That’s so very human of us to dwell there in lower vibration. And yet I have experienced a higher vibrational way to live and create.

Sometimes we must pull away from the outside world, and go within to FEEL and KNOW our own truth. Sometimes it may seem as if every human being around us is going in a different direction. We may feel pulled on, pushed on and bullied into going “Their Way” into moving with the herd so to speak. And at times it may be more important than ever for us to boldly and defiantly move forward in our own aligned direction. Going with the herd, when the herd is headed straight off a cliff is not a great choice. Great courage may be called for. Luckily, You were born with plenty of courage within for whatever life may deliver.

During my life I have often felt like I did not fit in here with the collective consciousness. When I was a young girl I sometimes wondered if something was wrong with me? Why did misaligned and corrupt energies and behavior bother me so? As I matured into an awake and aware woman I realized that Nothing is wrong with me. Nothing at all. I realized that I was meant to be here on this planet and that I was born to go my own way, as a Way shower of a higher, more Loving and aligned way!
It took me years to accept myself and honor who I was, but it doesn’t have to take you that long. You can choose in this sacred New Moment to fully Love and Accept yourself for who You FREAKING are. Not for who others want you to be, not for what your own ego thinks you should be…But just Loving You fully and completely right here, right Now!

I’ll share a little secret, when we finally surrender all the “trying to be” and we just enjoy Being a great inner shift occurs and life suddenly opens for you, supports you, and provides for you. Again, you must have the courage to accept yourself and embark on this radical journey. Because I can only be a guide and Way shower through my words of wisdom. You must experience the shift to truly understand its potent power.

Take a few deep breaths and just allow yourself to ground your physical body into the here and Now. Give your mind permission to be still and silent. Allow inner peace and ease.
After several moments of inner stillness allow yourself permission to FEEL and connect with your inner body, the aliveness within you. Start with one place in your physical body and just FEEL the aliveness. Now place your awareness at your root chakra at the base of your spine. Visualize a venomous serpent, give this serpent a name. For example: You are the serpent of Fear!

Now affirm within as you slowly breath and relax, “I now release You serpent of fear. I thank You for all the lessons and wisdom. You must now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. You must now leave my sacred space, home and environment (You may command that this darkness leave Your planet and All the sacred life here). Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space. Thank You Beloved!”

Take a few deep breaths into your root chakra and then deep exhales from your root. Now visualize this dark serpent of fear shape-shifting into an energy or image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Maybe it becomes a golden butterfly, or a dancing dolphin. Allow your intuition to guide You perfectly.

Now draw your attention up to your Sacral Chakra below your navel. Breathe into this area of your body and enjoy a deep exhale out of the Sacral Chakra. Again, visualize a dark venomous serpent and give this serpent a name. You are the serpent of Shame!
Again, affirm within as you breathe and relax, “I now release You serpent of Shame. Thank You for All the lessons and wisdom. You must Now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. Leave my sacred space, home and environment. Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space Be Free. I AM Free!”

Enjoy a few deep centering breaths. Visualize this dark venomous serpent shape-shifting into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. FEEL the aliveness within you growing. FEEL the Unconditional Love and Light flowing within and without.

Continue moving upwards and visualize a dark venomous serpent at each of your energy centers. Giving each energy a name and commanding this darkness leave Your body, mind, soul and energy field. Remember to shape-shift each dark venomous serpent into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Connect with Your solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. One by one. Once you’ve completed this healing activation enjoy a few deep centering breaths and enjoy several moments of Being.
Once you’ve practiced this healing on yourself for awhile, feel free to command lower vibration to leave your world leaders, your family members, your planet and beyond. YESSSSS You and Source God are incredibly powerful!

Are you honoring your inner child?

As a healer and Yoga/Meditation leader, spirit brings the awareness of honoring and loving our Inner Child up constantly. I have observed “grown-ups” break into tears as they truly silent the mind’s constant chatter and listen to their Inner Child’s needs with Love and compassion. Such a simple act really, and yet incredibly powerful when we “tune inward” on a daily basis. Listening to our Inner Child’s needs creates a profoundly powerful inner shift that, once ignited, will magically shift and transform your outer reality in amazing ways. Just asking yourself: “How can I love you today?” or “Is there anything you need from me?” can ignite great inner transformation.

I know this much to be true: No matter your Earth age, we all have an Inner Child. The question is, are you listening to them? Are you loving them fully with compassion and acceptance? Or are you neglecting your Inner Child? Are you even aware of the voice within?

Take a moment right here, right now and take a deep, centering breath. Sit upright or if you’re in a comfortable safe place to lie down, then lie down and connect with your breath. After a few deep slow breaths, set your intention to connecting with your Inner Child. Just set the intention without any expectations or judgments. Be Open!

Now ask your Inner Child: “How are you?” Shhhh listen.

Then ask, “How can I Love you today?” Shhhhh listen again.

Stay present with any emotions or feelings that may arise as you make this important connection with your Inner Child. Observe what arises, and Love whatever that may be. You may visualize your inner child. Notice what age your Inner Child appears to you as, and any significance to that age. Often times we have cellular memories trapped or lingering within. Pain that we didn’t know how to process as age four may still linger in the cells of your body and mind.

Our intention is to make this important connection, and to Love whatever emotions may arise; to fully accept yourself with compassion and care; to release all the programming you’ve been taught in regards to shaming and degrading yourself over the years; to release all need for perfection and control, and to just enjoy Being with our selves. This New habit of connecting daily with your Inner Child will offer you profound healing, freedom, and release. Soon you’ll feel more aligned with your Source, more joyous, trusting, peaceful and at ease. This moment with yourself, this choice to Love yourself fully, to accept yourself as you are, will offer you more nurturing and transformation than I am capable of writing here.

Greetings Beautiful Soul Family,

I truly Love the subtle power of our intuition. Today during a healing session I suddenly felt a child’s spirit in the room with us, a little baby girl. I then thought Hmmm I’m feeling this child wants this client of mine to know they are near.

I also suddenly thought of Disneyland and the fun and playfulness of that magical place. I caught myself thinking this and thought, hmmmm why the heck am I thinking about Disneyland?

After the session while I was reading cards I had drawn for this beautiful client. I told her about her baby girl making her presence known. I could emphatically FEEL my clients emotions in response to this information. She smiled I told her that often I’ve observed that our loved one’s who have left their physical bodies and that have chosen to stay close as spirit guides will often make their presence known at special times like the holiday’s. She was grateful to know her daughter was close.

Then we were discussing shifts in her friendships and she mentioned that she was getting ready to fly to California soon but after our session saw her friend had texted about changing her flight. I asked her where she lived, she said “close to L.A. near Disneyland” I laughed and said, “so that’s why I had sudden thoughts about Disneyland!”

I encouraged her to trust and flow and to go to the places her inner child desired to go. To be playful and spontaneous.

I felt inspired to share this only because I truly feel WE are All intuitive. It’s just that so many of us discount the subtle images and thoughts we receive as random. I’ve found that when I Tune In and trust that Every thought is flowing in for a reason I can allow for clarity by staying open and present.

Intuition is subtle, it’s like receiving these beautiful little puzzle pieces throughout our day. Some of us are staying present for the next piece and honoring it’s arrival with reverence and respect. For others countless puzzle pieces are lost and dropped away as “random”, “weird” events.

Trust in yourselves, trust in your inner guidance and Oneness with your Source and stay playful through it all.

Enlightenment is Always available to us

Greetings beautiful soul family,

I hope this message reaches each and everyone of you exactly when you most need to remember. I trust that it most certainly will, as all is occuring at the divinely aligned time. Over the past several weeks I personally have been clearing some deep down heaviness and darkness. Deep pain and trauma that I am moving and clearing from within as well as collectively through my awareness.

Many of us are dealing with life situations where we may be experiencing external chaos or disturbances. Yet we each have the power to remain in our center as the witness to all seen thing’s. We can choose to remain the calm center of any perceived storms, or we can lose ourselves in the chaos of the world, and the chaos of our inner emotions.

All that is required to transcend this turbulence is your awareness. When you experience an emotion such as fear or anger, pay attention to who is watching these emotions. Who is witnessing the energy? You will soon realize that you are consciousness, you are the eternal force moving through. You are the light that touches all seen and unseen things. Once you rediscover who you really are transcendence can become an enjoyable experience. A daily practice of observing.

The Angels, Source God constantly communicates with me, reminding me to pull away, detach, witness and observe. Through our willingness to SEE we shall SEE, through our willingness to KNOW we will KNOW. All that is required is our awareness, right here, right now!

The more we choose to observe the emotions within and without, and not cling to them. Releasing a need to give them a story, we will set ourselves free. All it takes is awareness, constant, steady awareness. Eventually all the pain, trauma, and fear will stop. Because you remember you are the Light. You are Love. This is your true nature.

Your busy creative mind may thrash around, scream and attempt anything and everything to hold you within its prison. Yet you simply observe this and stay present. You transcend all pain all fear and eventually the story ends. Your awake, your free from the prison of your own mind. Your free from the pain of your external reality, your free!

I personally feel each one of us wants to experience Love, Joy, Bliss and Peace. Because it’s our true nature to stay centered in the sanctuary of your own experience. It’s your true nature to enjoy ocean waves of Love and Light bathing you in Bliss. You are Love. You are Light. You are the witnessing consciousness of it all.

How do we return to this center sacred space? You simply observe all your emotions, all life situations you watch and witness and transcend any darkness to light, by placing your awareness upon anything. You are like the sun bathing every life situation, every thought with your light. And as your light touches the shadows they are illuminated instantly. It’s very simple and yet it requires your courage to let go. To detach and release your minds idea of right and wrong, your tendency to cling and attach to anything. You let go, again and again. You let go of your story, your limiting beliefs and all your judgments.

The sun doesn’t judge the shadowy spaces in the forest, it simply illuminates them. We must release our inner judge. We must release the need to judge others and the need to judge ourselves. When we surrender the judge we are free. We are Light. We are Love, this is the truth.

We can all read these words, and we can observe them, feel for truth in them, or we can allow our inner judge to cast them aside and dismiss them. That is your right and freedom to choose.

I have made the choice to witness, again and again to be the watcher. To remember I am Love I am Light and to cast my light upon all darkness with unconditional Love.

Thank You for connecting, Thank You for all you are contributing in freeing yourself and casting your Light and Love upon All life. For me Love has already won!

I am seriously soooo freaking excited to host our first Embodying the Goddess Transformational Retreat at Cannon Beach. This has been a dream held within my heart for sometime, and now its bursting to be birthed into being…It’s TIME!!! I apologize for jumping the gun with first price. I needed to figure out total expenses and it turned out a bit higher than I thought. I am planning on getting groceries for some breakfast items to add to complimentary breakfast and for snacks and lunch. Then I am figuring we can all bring some spending cash for dinners out and shopping on the Sunday. You will have time to rest, relax, renew and reunite with your inner Goddess. And come back and get ready for dinner, then first night is Full Moon so I would LOVE to build a bonfire and have a sacred Goddess Ceremony on the beach under the full moon Awwwooooo!!!! Depending on if were tired or not we can watch a movie after and chillax. I encourage you to arrive around noon on Friday if possible and we can connect and play at the beach until we can check into our condo. I am planning on bringing my amazing board game called “Illumination” which is truly an amazing opportunity to connect at a soul level with one another and spirit for life direction and clarity. You’ll LOVE IT!

For anyone flying in I recommend flying in Thursday afternoon and let me know when your coming so if there are more of you I can try to have you all arrive at the same time and pick you up. Cindy I know you’ll be flying in so as we discussed I can pick you up at the airport and you can stay on my nice super soft couch that night and Sunday night. I recommend flying home anytime after 2 PM on Monday the 19^th this way I can drive you to the airport after I teach morning yoga (which I’d love if you’d like to join me for). We will have so much fun I have many beautiful ideas planned and of course those who know me well know I will be in the flow of the now.

The dates are September 16^th-18^th and lets all visualize gorgeous weather. Its pretty gorgeous that time of year here. Time for Self Love with Tawnya Love

Greetings beautiful soul family,

I had so many messenger dreams last night I feel guided to share with anyone that is open to receiving them. One of the dreams I was speaking with a woman who lived with a family member she cared about. The problem was that this family member did not care for her. In fact they were absolutely abusive to her. She stayed and tolerated this abuse because it was coming from an attachment she had with this family member. She also felt she had to stay with this person because of the family attachment. I spoke with her and was clear as I looked deep into her eyes. I told her “I understand that you love this person, it is clear how much You care. However this person does not care for you. In fact they are very dangerous and are not showing you honor in anyway. This situation is not safe for You. You must learn to love yourself and protect your own boundaries and sacred space.” She cried with me but understood that things had to change for her own safety and well-being.

I feel this is a very timely message for many that are feeling the intensity of our ascension process. We must cut the anchors the Angels say, cut off all that is heavy and weighing you down so you may rise!

Some humans struggling with addiction in particular are really feeling pulled down vibrationally and they will take you with them. Cutting the ties that bind in situations of abuse is wisdom and self love in action. Release your fear, your insecurity, your codependency and let go. Invite your angel’s in to assist and intervene. You must ask for the help and allow the solution for your own growth and evolution my beloved family. It is time!

The second dream I was observing a family that had all gathered around to surprise a young woman and her boyfriend and baby. I watched how eagerly the family prepared to surprise this couple w an older car they had all pitched in on to help this family that needed a vehicle.

When the couple arrived I observed how they saw the car and just walked around it, criticizing how old it was. Complaining and not showing any gratitude whatsoever. I saw the family and I felt the family’s pain. The couple just walked off to get food saying nothing.

I walked over to the young woman and I said to her, “do you have anything you’d like to say to your family right now?” She just shrugged at me saying, “what?” I told her that I could feel her family’s pain in her lack of gratitude. I said even if you don’t love that car, it would be the loving thing to say thank you. She complained about how old the car was and about the color. I stood there staring at her showing her that I wasn’t going to waver on this. She finally looked up and told her family thank you for doing all the work they had done to provide her with a car.

As I observed and processed this dream I feel it’s spirit expressing to each of us the importance of genuine gratitude. Gratitude is healing for both the giver and the receiver. Gratitude opens doors to Miraculous shifts and solutions. And yet I observe daily how so many humans walk around with a hunger, a neediness, and entitlement. And how those very humans rarely express gratitude.

It’s time for this to shift my friends, like living with abusers living with a lack of gratitude is just another anchor dragging one down. This is a simple fix, it only takes each of our awareness to look for the goodness and then express it moment by sacred moment. It’s always the season for a grateful heart.
