When Opportunity Knocks

Recently I had an opportunity to travel to Peru for a women’s sacred spiritual retreat. I was reading on FB and saw the event and so I inquired to gather more information. The woman leading the retreat called me and told me the plan and that their group would be leaving in 6 days for Peru. I was excited at the idea of going and Peru was on my vision board as a place I wanted to go to and it’s been a dream of mine to work with a Shaman in the rain forest. So all of this was put in my face! I felt anxiety and a feeling of being rushed and so I told the woman I would research a lil more, meditate and get back to her with my decision in the next two days.
Later that afternoon I researched more about Peru to see what I might be getting myself into. I was concerned about my passport because I recently divorced and changed my name so I wasn’t sure if I could use my old name to travel under. So after sharing publicly on FB my opportunity to go to Peru and having so many say Go for it Tawnya! You should do it Tawnya! Wish I could go with you…I felt too much external pressure and distraction. So I went into a deep stillness meditation to feel my own aligned direction. During my meditation I released the energy completely and asked Source to bring me higher awareness on my most aligned direction. After meditation I felt calm and clear and a sense that if I went I may feel a disappointment in some way. So I asked for further understanding and clarity.
That night I asked Source and my angels to bring me a dream with messages with my aligned direction and I let go. During the night I dreamt about my beloved, our daughter and my son. When I woke up I felt I was needed here close to home at this time. So I trusted and I asked Source for guidance, all day I had things coming up that it was important for me to be there to handle. I had the awareness from Source flow in, that though at one time when I was seeking connection I may have been seduced by such a trip to find connection to Source, I knew better now. I am always connected to Source sitting here at my computer typing to you, walking in the forest, or connecting with wonderful soul sisters. It is not a destination that is needed for connection it is available right here, right now within.
There were a few things about this retreat that didn’t feel aligned with my soul as well. The use of medicinal herbs to connect on a vision quest also just didn’t feel aligned for me. So as I gathered all this valuable awareness, I felt in my heart that though I wanted to go to Peru at some point. I realized that this was not the best aligned time. I felt inspired by this opportunity as I truly am ready to travel and offer Sacred Healing Retreats; however I desire to go with my beloved and or my amazing soul sisters. And I also love to allow tings to flow with ease and grace and not feel rushed. A couple days later an urgent matter came up concerning my son, and I was so glad I was here to assist him and be here for him. Sometimes we can’t see everything in the future but we can feel a sense of illumination for our higher direction if we tune in.
The reason I felt led to share this is this, how often are you given opportunities that need your quick decision? How often do you pause and check in with your higher self for guidance and then trust it? How often do you feel external pressure to make a choice to please others? I felt this experience was powerful and that the sharing of it could be very empowering for others. I have found the wisdom in pausing and feeling my own direction from within, rather than making quick decisions from outer distraction. Think of all the wonderful gifts that await you as you remember to pause and reflect inward for your aligned answers and direction. No one else has your answers and often others will pressure you to make choices from their own needs and desires. So perhaps the wisdom that we can take with us is to always promise ourselves that we will pause and go within for our answers and then make our aligned decisions. Just imagine a world filled with aware human beings that all loved themselves enough to pause, reflect and then choose from their own alignment rather than from fear or external pressure. What a beautiful world this will be. Enjoy Feeling your own way sweet souls. Protect Our Sea Life Protect Our Planet

Today I woke up w a heavy heart. Ever since my Auric clearing for earth mother I’ve felt it. As I lay in my bed glancing out the window looking at the sunny sky and beautiful trees and birds it all was released. I began crying and I allowed the tears to flow for all of the beings that are suffering because of human’s misaligned living. I could feel the suffering within me and grief for animals and species that are dying right now because of humans.

I sat quietly as I spoke and listened to earth mother asking what more I could do. How can I efficiently help awaken the humans in time? Asking if we can still reverse this and how to do so. Source has shown me from a higher perspective that our earth is just like our bodies. If we have poison in our veins and do nothing to clear the poison eventually those toxins will flow throughout our entire body and we become sick or perish. Earth Mother is being poisoned and the oceans are carrying that poison to our rivers, and the veins of the earth will carry these toxins throughout the earth body. Unless we contain this poison and stop further abuse. This is not in theory, this IS happening right now on our planet. This should be important to all of us because in the end it has the potential to affect all of us. We can help, we can come together and many are, to assist with healing and clearing these toxins. To stop further abuse of our planet and to speak up and not turn a blind eye hoping it will just go away. Look at the relationship issues in your lives; look at the issues in your body. If you do nothing to shift and assist the health and alignment of your relationship or body there are consequences. It’s time for all of us to wake up!

So as I allowed the tears to flow and sent love to the ocean creatures, the polar bears, the seals, fish, dolphins, whales and all that are suffering and dying I pledged to give all I am to protect and awaken this planet One aligned aware soul at a time. You’re awakening and living with integrity and alignment is important for the whole, do you see this?

We must awaken and release the need to be enslaved. We must all consciously choose our alliances and stand up and take action to assist those who are counting on us to hear their silent cries. Because in case any of you forgot we all live on this planet and if the ocean is being poisoned it won’t be long before these toxins affect us. Please open your eyes, your hearts and your minds and have the courage to live with alignment it is so needed. Rise up and remember who you are and ask Source daily “How may I serve?” enjoy the stillness and allow the solutions and guidance to rise from within.
I encourage you all to let go of serving the master of fear and greed and rise up and serve the light and unite your energies powerfully so that we may assist our beloved planet and her beautiful and sacred living beings. I’m pretty sure if it was we who were slowly dying we’d hope someone would listen and offer us help. May we all awaken and see our powerful and important roles as stewards of this earth, and not possessors of the planet.

Nothing is more important than this urgent call no amount of money or fame will matter without a healthy planet to live on…please expand your vision and rise up! To all of the sea creatures and animals that are suffering, I am so very sorry I love you and I will do all I can to help you. Please forgive us.

My Year of the Phoenix

Greetings friends/clients, I am feeling guided to share with you a bit more of my own story of awakening from the past year. As I meditate and glance back over the past year I am both amazed and stunned of all I transcended, all I left behind to live a fully aligned and authentic life. It is in the glancing back that we can see all those lessons so clearly and come into a complete state of awareness in all we have shifted through. For many the BIG Shift will feel intense and often chaotic as you open your eyes fully for the first time with a heart guiding you to Know truth. Last year I had to burn down to ash in order to rise and evolve, it was frightening at moments as well as exhilarating. As I choose to leave all illusion and fear behind I had no other choice but to enter the vast unknown with trust and presence.

What made this past year different from other years was the fact that I knew if I did not leave I would die. I felt my soul fading I longed to escape this life, when I realized it was not life I needed to escape but simply a life situation that did not serve my soul I knew important choices had to be made. I knew that many who loved the illusion would lash out at me and blame me for rising, but I rose anyway. I knew that others had the power of choice to rise as well or to cling and I knew with every fiber of my being it was time to let go, and so I did.

Letting go is simple, yet I hear so many who are clinging speak of how letting go is so hard. I feel from living the experience of letting go time after time, that in truth it is so natural and easy when we just flow with life rather than try t control life’s flow.  Those who attempt to control life exhaust themselves I’ve observed this over my entire life. Those who choose to love and flow without attachment thrive and enjoy the current and see where it will carry them.  How we choose will greatly affect our entire lives, so I suggest you each really open your eyes and learn to See and choose from Love, Self Love. To thine own self be true…No greater words have ever been spoken. And my ohh my how my soul was taught this important lesson.  As we are evolving Source is guiding us to come home to us! To return to self Love and wholeness and to know with every fiber of our beings that we are loved, we are One with Source. When we understand this deep and infinite truth Everything changes and shifts. We begin to thrive not merely survive, no more need to manipulate or control or steal and take energy from others. We realize we have had it within the entire time. Much like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz realizes she had the power within to go home the whole time.

Last year I surrendered a physical home that was filled with fear, and control and abuse. It was the only home I had known for over 20 years, yet the entire time my soul was calling to me to expand to remember who I was.  I have learned that it is in the holding back of our natural need to expand that hurts us and causes discomfort and pain. It is in the fear of the unknown that we cling to the comfortably uncomfortable and suffer. My soul could not tolerate this misalignment another moment, and so I let go and walked away from everything I had known into the vast infinite unknown. And I quivered as I let go, as drop of water quivers before falling from a leaf. This quivering is natural, allow it to move through you and surrender anyway.

 

As I let go of all I had known for so long, I promised myself that I would trust in my angels and Source at all times. I would move with awareness and presence and that I would give myself body, mind and soul to serving the light and assisting in this awakening of consciousness rippling across our sacred planet at this time. I promised to walk with Courage and I summoned Arch Angel Ariel to be one with me, to move through me, teach through me, speak and heal through me….and ohhh has she ever! I knew that if I left I had to keep going, there could be no turning back. I knew that I would be tempted to return as I had been before, yet this time I was not leaving in anger or from fear. I was leaving for Love, for self Love and for Source. I was evolving and it was time to let go and flow again. I was out of practice, yet my soul felt so at ease with flowing and trusting as this is our natural state. It is the clinging that we have been taught and conditioned to do, and this clinging is not a natural space for our souls at all.

As I gave myself fully to the light everything shifted for me within and without. Life became very synchronistic and playful again, and fun. I realized that everything is energy and it is where we are holding our focus that we begin to align with energetically. I learned to focus on the miracles, the good, the Love, the Joy, the infinite possibilities, the abundance and wholeness. And I began to co create powerfully with Source. I stopped wishing for things and instead focused my energy on what was truth for me and allowed it to come to me. I no longer clung to anything, released all neediness for anything and allowed Source to surprise and delight me. I accepted friendships as they opened and released them if they fell away, I accepted gratitude and honor when it was shown and surrendered those who could not align with this higher vibration. I knew my worth, I knew my capabilities, I knew myself as One with God One with Source One with the Universe. And I knew that now that I was aligned, aware and awake that Anything and Everything Miraculous was not only possible, but was mine in truth. I started to simply Call it Forth!

Now I teach workshops and mentorships on the Art of Calling it Forth and am now living in full alignment with my soul’s highest mission. I am honored, I am respected, I am thriving financially, I am healthy, I am Free! And all I had to align with was the true infinitely powerful me. I share this with each of you because I know many of you may be struggling. Life may be feeling unbearable and intense and you know deep within your soul is ready to expand and evolve. I am here to mirror to humans that miracles are possible for each of you when you let go of what has never been working and allow yourselves to align with Source. I am here dedicated and committed to serving All living beings who are ready to shift and align. And Source and I are very powerful in assisting humans and animals with miraculous shifts in consciousness. All that is required is your openness and desire to shift and to release all no longer serving your souls highest mission. Are you ready? When you are we are here to serve and assist and absolute miracles await you in all forms.

Living with Awareness

Living with awareness is our highest calling. As great shifts in consciousness are opening for humanity at this time more powerfully than ever before, we are being tested. We are being given a very important choice to step into our power and align or to stay stuck in lower vibrational energy and continue co creating suffering for ourselves as well as others. Every day is a new opportunity for shifting and choosing aligned living. However I observed how the tests to stand in Love and alignment were very intense for so many during the holiday season. Perhaps this is because we as humans hold onto to the past in such a way that it causes us great suffering. We do it because we think this is love, we think not letting go of the pain or anger will help us in some way to control the past. Sadly we couldn’t be further from the truth. We as a species have much to learn about living in the Now, living in alignment and with integrity. We have much to understand in letting go and living in alignment and with Love as our guide.

How did you do during this holiday season? Do you feel you lived in alignment and centered in Love? Were you present and open to the energies connecting with you? Or did you connect with others with a heavy energy of past pain and anger or an expectation of negativity? Simply observing the truth is a powerful assistant in awareness and in breaking free of past behaviors and programming. It is vital for us as we evolve to drop the heaviness of past, to surrender ego and a need to control others. We will never feel freedom, Love or joy with such behavior. We are all being encouraged to evolve to let go and to enter a new space of trust. There are many Angels and Ascended Masters, spirit guides and ancestors are connecting with us humans to help us in shifting, in rising and ascending. It is we who must accept this assistance and call in these powerful spirits to assist us and awaken us to remembering who we truly are.

If you feel led grab a notebook and a pen and write down anyone your heart feels your holding onto, anyone you need to forgive (including you) and make a list of names, just let them flow onto the page. Now sit with each name and feel the emotion completely that you are holding connected to each name. Really feel it, allow yourself permission to cry and vent. Next feel what these beings, or experiences taught you. What did you learn? Once you’ve completed this, release each one with Love and Light and set them free.  Your angels can assist you with this if you call them in and the effects will be very powerful. Dare to release the heaviness of your past, dare to offer true forgiveness and let go. It is time to Set Yourself and others Free!

Once you’ve done this initial clearing, it would be wise to connect with your heart space daily and clear any pain, hurt or anger on a daily basis to keep your heart space open and free. This will be healing for your body, mind and soul just give it a try and see. I’d love to hear comments from you on what you discover from this process when you’re ready. Live in the eternal Now the space where it is All happening, Live with Love and Joy as your guide and enjoy your freedom.

It is Time for Inner Peace…Are YOU ready?

I am reading a fascinating book called The Source Field a hidden science and lost civilizations behind the 2012 prophecies…by David Wilcock Thank you Janick Lawrence FASCINATING!!!

I completely agree with this paragraph and felt nudged by spirit to share it with any ready and open to listen:

Dr. Claude Swanson, an MIT graduate and former applied physics consultant for a variety of government, military and private corporations, summed it up very nicely in his excellent book The Synchronized Universe:

Our Western culture has taught us that thoughts don’t matter. If each one of us goes around each day carrying anger and resentment, the Western belief is that it has no direct effect on the world. As long as we refrain from overt violent actions, the present belief is that no harm will be done to others. But in view of the present evidence, this can no longer be maintained. We are truly tied to one another, and even our thoughts effect one another. James Twyman has led several worldwide synchronized group prayers for peace. Those prayers had measurable effects, and even altered the physics of the quantum background and the level of chaos worldwide for a time. (as discovered in the Global Consciousness Project.)…He observes the following: “…conflict in the world is the result of conflict within us. we project that feeling into the world because we are not ready to accept that we are the cause, and therefore the solution, to that conflict. Thus wars have raged in the world since the beginning of time,because we are not ready to deal with the conflict where it really is-within us.”

I absolutely agree with this and as Source and my angels have led me to finding inner peace and well-being it is now my life’s mission and highest souls calling to assist any that are ready with the same.We all have work to do, we all have past to heal and WE must claim this and choose healing…IT IS TIME!!!

The Power of Love

What is power for you? What do you identify as your source of strength and power? How do you connect with your infinite power and strength? Power can be seen from many different perspectives and angles. Yet, is there one focal point in which we can all agree? Power in essence is an energy that can be felt and I believe shared with a clear intention.

 

I have observed many seeking power form all different sources of external creations, from money, fame, control, status, race, and even sex. However the only true source of power I have felt connected with comes from what I like to refer to as “Source”. Some refer to this as God, or Spirit, the Divine and many other names. I personally don’t feel it’s at all important what we name this eternal presence and energy. However I do feel that from observation, it is those that connect with this Source and open to its presence that are most aligned, alive, and happy.

 

As an intuitive healer and assistant to the Angels, Ascended Masters and many spiritual guides. I have placed all my trust, goodness and well being in Source, and it has served me well. This took a great amount of awareness on my end, and many years of cultivating a deep trust in the divine. I feel it is our inner voice, or as many refer to as intuition that is Source speaking through us. As we heal our wounded ness, and release our shame and fears and allow ourselves to fully connect again. We have the opportunity to tap into this Divine life spring of knowledge, Love, and healing light and this will benefit us as well as all we connect with.

 

I feel it is time for a Great Shift, a moving away from separation, and the need to control others, and a moving into Unity Consciousness, connection and trust. This trust must begin first in a trust of the Divine, and a deep connection to the wise counselor within, our intuition. All Love will blossom from a deep sense of Self Love, and all trust will open from a deep feeling of inner trust and alignment.

 

The Power we have the opportunity to connect with can come from an inexhaustible, infinite source. And when we have the courage and wisdom to tap into this True Source of power, Anything is truly possible!
