I just have to express my deep gratitude for all the love and honor that I am now attracting into my life. This was not always the case, in fact for most of my …life (40) years I am 42 now. I had been attracting such deep abuse. Many of you see the aligned courageous Tawnya Love today, yet many may not clearly see how much I had to heal and clear on my own to get here.

From age 4-18 I was beaten and shamed by my mother and father and though I loved these humans I never felt connected to them. Most of my life I felt like a freaking alien on this planet. I was harassed and bullied as a child and physically beaten up just for being me. I could feel everything I felt sick to my stomach most the time. I used to cry and cry to my Angels as a little girl begging them to bring me home. This life on planet Earth made No sense to my soul. This planet was heavy, the humans around me were all suffering and angry, so much woundedness so many lies and manipulation that my little empathic being felt physically ill.

I have been through the darkest experiences beaten, bullied, molested, raped, rejected, betrayed, gun pointed to my face…you name it I have probably been through it. I do not share this for pitty, not at all. I share this for the sake of expressing truth and Inspiring hope for those who are still walking silently with pain, abuse or fear. I feel such gratitude for my aligned life it is so beautiful and blessed and I had to claim it. I had to fight like hell at times, I had to claw my way out of the swamps and choose to fucking Rise like the warrior I am. I had to choose to forgive, choose to understand, choose to believe and choose to heal. And I did, I worked intimately with my Angels invisible make believe friends according to many lost humans. And working with these beyond words awesome Angelic warrior’s made all the difference.

I like so many of you have been lost and suicidal I have longed for release of the pain brought on from choosing this human incarnation. I was trapped in an abusive marriage, raped by my own husband, shamed and rejected by a family I felt no connection to. Yet every time what kept me here, what inspired me to trust….my Angels. I Love them more than any man made words can ever express and they are more real to me than any human torture, any human experience. I owe my very life to my Angelic family who have always been there encouraging me to heal, to walk away from the abuse, to speak my truth regardless of the outcome, to Rise and Shine like the true Angelic being I am.

It took me 40 years, in this lifetime and holy shit sooooo many lifetime’s of enslavement prior to choose liberation and freedom. So I encourage you all to be easy on yourselves be gentle. Love yourselves and know that if you see anything beautiful or hopeful in my life, that like yourselves I have been down low as well. And that I chose to Rise and you can too. At a soul level I know that I walked through the darkness on purpose for my soul wanted to understand it, it desired to experience it all and then it desired to Rise and Shine once again while inspiring a planet full of enslaved humans to Rise with me, it was no coincidence or random event…it is our destiny to Rise and I know in my soul that if I can heal and Rise Anyone can…so who will join me? Who is Done with abuse? DONE with tolerating it or enabling it, Done with suffering. DONE with feeling unworthy unlovable and alone?

Because one thing I know is you each must come to that moment where you are FUCKING DONE! who’s ready to forgive, ready to thrive, ready to Ascend, ready to Love and be Loved. You and You alone must choose. A soul like mine simply points the way. I wouldn’t change a thing from my journey I have learned so much. I now wake up each new day with a heart filled with gratitude and the question How May I Serve on my heart and mind…start healing today, choose higher because we all deserve Love everyone of us!

I had a beautiful soul reach out to me privately last night. Telling me how much my honest inspiring posts meant to them, that my energy had kept this human alive. This soul has been hurting silently like so many yet was courageous to express truth to me. My heart felt led to express the fullness of my experience to offer a beacon of light in a dark suffering world. You are All so incredibly Loved, so infinitely worthy…my hope is that one day You All see yourselves as the Angels and I see you…You are All so Beautiful and Mighty…Awaken sweet humans and RISE!!!!

Living with Honor, Integrity and Reverence w Intuitive healer Tawnya Love & the Angels

Greetings beautiful souls,

I am hoping that each of you had a beautiful blissful holiday with much to be grateful for. What if we embodied an energy of gratitude each and every day of the year, imagine the profound shifts from each of us choosing to live in such a way. Absolute miracles will unfold as we all enter the Now with Love honor and deep reverence. I would like to express my heart felt gratitude for each and every one of you. I am so grateful for your honor, reverence and kindness. I am grateful for your trust in me as a healer, and for your unwavering support. I wake up every morning with a heart filled with gratitude and the question “How may I serve?” on my heart and mind. Living in this way is such a blessing and life is always a beautiful surprise and gift.

Today I am feeling guided to share messages on the importance of Integrity, honor and reverence. I have observed this past week how I have had energies coming in challenging me to take a stand for what is aligned and Just. I have also observed how so many of my soul family and clients have also been challenged with this as well. So today we shall address the value of Honor, Integrity and Reverence in the hopes that simply reading these words will create a shift within each of you. Or perhaps a desire to live more truthfully, more honorably and to choose to embody and share your gift of reverence with all you connect with every moment of every day.

There is nothing more beautiful to my soul than a heartfelt moment of honor, Love and reverence. I LOVE and ADORE moments like these. Yet I observe how so many humans continue to participate with the lackful consciousness by living out of alignment, misleading others with their words only to fail to honor those commitments. I observe the hostility shown to those who stand up to them to challenge them to live with integrity and I observe how this choice slowly destroys the Loving connection. Why do humans choose to mislead each other? Why do they disrespect the very one’s who have come to offer them loving assistance? What leads a soul to express a commitment only to later choose to dishonor that commitment? I can answer this from my souls inner knowing…Fear!

When humans make their choices from fear and from a consciousness of lack they often create disruptive energy wherever they are, because they themselves are out of alignment. As humanity awakens to the importance of showing Love, honor and reverence for all of life, not just the people or places or animals you feel are worthy… great shifts will unfold. Every moment we are all given a sacred gift, the gift of this next breath, this moment. As we all awaken to the gift of the Now and begin to see the sacredness of how we treat each other, how we treat ourselves and how we treat the planet we will repair and heal much that in our unconsciousness we have destroyed.

Every moment is worth your presence and reverence, every human is of value yet do we show this? Do we treat each other with the respect we’d like to be shown? Do we honor our agreements? Do we lash out at others when they have the courage to speak their feelings to us, or do we listen and honor what they are feeling? Are we communicating clearly with others? Are we taking the time needed to call someone up and explain our situation to bring clarity and understanding? Or do we just ignore others when they open up to us, do we tune them out and pretend other things are more important? These questions if answered honestly have the potential to turn a life in a completely new aligned direction. And once these shifts are made the miraculous changes within ourselves and all of our relationships will be profound and powerful. A choice must be made, made by each and every one of us every moment, to tune in and listen…or to tune out and ignore. I highly encourage the first choice as it will bless your life and the lives of everyone you are privileged to connect with. Why not give this shift in awareness your full attention and priority for the remainder of the month? Truly care for others, release your focus on just who you think matters and really observe everything and honor everyone. I promise those of you who have the awareness to choose this new perspective will be blessed many times over, as will all those who share sacred space with you on this miraculous and honorable journey called Life!

Know this….at this moment someone is taking their last breath. Awaken to the realization that this next breath you are blessed with is a gift. Choose to use each breath with Love, power and honor do not die with your gifts and music within you…Let the Love flow & Grow!

As the Angels and Ascended Masters assist us with Angelic Auric Clearing powerful changes and shifts occur within and around the human, animal, plant or planet. As we set our intention and call in for energetic activations amazing shifts occur. This is like a universal catapult launching and shifting your consciousness into higher states of awareness and therefore heightened states of being. We assist with many soul activations that must happen over a course of time as the human or living being adapts to the higher frequencies of energy channeling in. You can think of this like Soul Training, sort of like when you purchase sessions with a personal trainer to get your body into shape. You wouldn’t expect to change your body in one session now would you? You understand that it takes a little time for you to adapt and allow for powerful shifts to occur as you shift your behaviors, your patterns and your expectations. So typically you would purchase a few months worth of Personal training and you’d show up to each session ready to learn, shift and release that which is no longer serving your goals dreams and desires you’d show up ready to do your own work. Those of you who hold your focus experience quantum shifts, what you like to refer to as miracles. Here is the issue with humanity, most of you do not hold your focus long enough to experience the shift and so you doubt the power of your own intentions and you tell yourself you are lost again, and again. This is causing you unnecessary suffering, yet it is the process you have called forth to learn from the contrast. Therefore even this sense of “lostness” is ultimately assisting your higher mission for understanding. Does this make sense to you?

Awakened beings such as myself are here on the planet at this pivotal time to assist those who are courageous enough to have their illusions shattered, those who see that the ways they have been going about things are not efficient or enjoyable, and those that are ready to take quantum leaps forward in consciousness as they fulfill their own souls highest mission. Our angelic family is here supporting each of us, some of us are aware of this and can recall amazing miracles that have occurred throughout our lifetime. And some of you may just be opening up to this possibility and asking for signs and confirmation. Do not fear your confirmation will be given in ways each of you can easily understand, trust that your angels are very near.

As I assist the Angelic Realms as well as many Ascended Masters and Galactic beings of heightened awareness and intelligence, I listen and follow the intuitive guidance I am given in the Eternal Now. Each session I assist with will be completely personal and focused upon the living being opening up for this assistance. The first step the Angles begin with is the Auric Clearing for the human or living being. Think of this in how you construct buildings upon your planet, you realize that you see a more efficient way so you must take down the structure already in place to clear the way for the new structure to be built. Release your fears they are illusions you have believed in, allow them to fall away to clear the foundation you will now powerfully rebuild upon.

Once the clearing process has been activated you will feel the inner guidance to go with life’s flow and release the need to control things. You will learn to live in trust and in the light of Love. When your soul is ready to expand we will assist you with The Unity Consciousness Activation, The Universal Sphere, or the Code of Awakening Activation as some of you refer to it. This activation will activate all chambers of your brain and allow the hard walls you’ve created around your so called reality to soften into a penetrable membrane. After this activation is completed you will allow information, energy and healing light to pass easily in and out of your auric field. You will begin to SEE from the eyes of greater awareness and Oneness with All life. You will begin to recall and remember what your soul mission is for this incarnation and you will align with the power and confidence that you are One with Source and therefore All is possible for you. You will have to surrender your ego’s, as clinging to the ego will hold you behind the brick walls that your ego’s have created and you will continue to suffer there.

With each session you work through with me as your healing mentor you will feel more of your old identity falling away, and more evolution occurring as you embody you’re newly aligned awakened self. Gentleness and much self love is necessary as you evolve so working with a healing assistant you trust is very important for you. You will sense more what you like to refer to as magic, or miracles and greater synchronistic flow. Life will become more beautiful, more harmonious and peaceful as you easily attract all you need to you. This will occur as you release all ego and allow for universal flow, this is the evolution all of you are calling out for. It is important that you trust and believe in infinite possibilities, as they are possible for you here.

I encourage you to reevaluate where your spending your time, your money, your energy and dare to shift this into a space that will actually assist you with manifesting your goals, dreams and desires. Many of you over commit to things and people that drain your energies and until you clear the misalignment within yourself you will continue to over give of yourselves to the very ones who will keep you drained and confused. Great heightened awareness is necessary for you to shift and evolve into more abundant spaces. Pay attention to the ones amongst you that are living in this alignment, sit with them work with them and learn from them they are here to assist you. Now if you are ready for quantum shifts, beautiful inner peace, powerful connections with loving beings, a healthy beautiful healed body and peaceful mind, more abundance on every level and a life lived with passion, power and purpose. Enter with Peace, Enter with Presence, Enter with Love

This morning while in a beautiful meditative state I came back into my body and these words were flowing into my consciousness…Enter with Peace, Enter with Presence, Enter with Love. In my vision I was speaking these words to a friend and soul sister, assisting her at a soul level in dreamtime which I often do. As I came back fully into my body I felt the truth of this phrase and the deep wisdom being offered for all of us to embrace with each new moment. For every moment are we not given the same freedom to choose to enter this next moment with Peace, Presence and Love? Or we can continue to operate from the human conditioning mind and enter this new moment robotically attached to anger, worry, jealousy, and fear. You see when we are awaken, aware and completely honest with ourselves we must see the truth. The truth that WE and WE alone choose how we enter each and every moment, every connection, and every conversation. It isn’t hard to observe how many continue and may for generations continue to choose robotically from fear. However Today we are going to focus on LOVE, focus on a New direction that is here to liberate you and inspire you body, mind and soul.

As you take a moment now while reading these words, notice your breath. Close your eyes for a moment and just BE here fully in this Now moment with all your awareness. Feel your breath as it flows in and out. Feel your energy flowing throughout your physical form perhaps begin with your hands and just FEEL them. Give them all of your focus and Love. Continue to enjoy this feeling of Being for a few moments and simply observe your thoughts as they flow in and out much like your breath. Just allow the ebb and flow without any need to control it, simply observe.

This simple breathing experience has the power to transform your entire life. Yet you must continue to come back to this awareness again and again. And I assure you that one day this new way of connecting with Peace, presence and Love will be your natural response that will serve you and so many you will connect with through your life’s’ journey. Deal is you must choose to Enter each New moment just this way every day all day. Don’t let that overwhelm you however, just stick to this moment right here, and here, and here. I promise you it will get easier over time and the rewards are beyond any words I can offer you. You must experience this to understand it’s deep wisdom.

Wow what an interesting vivid clear dream! I LOVE when I wake up and Source uploads the topic for our show that morning. Talk about living in trust, which is a big aspect of what I am to share today. The literal words that flowed onto my consciousness right as I awakened where: Time to Rise! Self Worth, Self Esteem, Self Love. I had a vivid dream of a woman who had been betrayed by a man she loved…disappointed in Love. She tore up the hotel room they were planning to spen…d the night in and I was counseling her about this situation. I told her that I had great compassion for her as I had also had my share of disappointments I life. I shared with her how life is always changing and for ever evolving and moving us forward in some way. Sometimes we welcome that flow, sometimes we ignore the subtle messages and the lessons feel harsh.

Sometimes life seems disappointing like we are all alone in the world and life is against us, and none of our plans are working out. I promise you that as you shift your focal point on living in trust, the first step is trusting that this expanded universe has a very important plan for YOU…YES YOU!
You will begin to SEE that life is and will always and forever bring us greater awareness and understanding as well as the opportunity for greater expansion. I have learned it is not what happens to us that matters most, it’s what we do with what happens to us. It’s who we choose to become from all that has happened to us that helps us Rise or keeps us down…Every day we are all given new opportunities to choose, so choose well and RISE!

“Depression” Societies Soul Sickness W Intuitive Healer Tawnya Love

Greetings beautiful souls,

A lot has happened since my last blog entry and from all these shifts that have occurred it has opened my being to greater wisdom concerning what Arch angel Ariel has called Societies Soul Sickness. Many Doctors label this soul sickness as Depression. From my observations of family members who have struggled with “Depression”, I have witnessed Doctors quickly pushing for these hurting humans to numb the pain with drugs. I recently assisted a dear family member who has been through a true battle. I love this person very much and out of respect for their privacy I will not share personal information. However, I have been called to speak on this important topic as an angelic messenger to any who are open and listening as the healing of these issues lies in our own hands to heal.

First of all it would serve us greatly as a society to truly listen to those who are hurting. To tune into them at an energetic and soul level. For what I have been shown, it is vital that we address this issue with soulful awareness if we truly wish to heal it. As far as I am aware we have all had sad days here and there so feeling sad is not the issue. It’s what we do with this energy that makes all the difference in our return to wholeness and joy. I am sure that each of you reading this has struggled at some point with feeling off, or sad. This is part of our collective issue in need of honor, awareness and healing.

From what the angels have been channeling through me this past couple weeks, we have much to face and shift on our planet if we desire to live joyously and free. They are guiding me to be very simple and very clear…One cannot BE Depressed if One is focused upon gratitude and joy. Now this may seem too simple for some of you, why? Because part of this soul sickness is the love of suffering, the habitual need to focus upon the problems, as well as what’s wrong and what’s lacking. It is one thing to focus on what is bothering you and face it, address it and then swiftly open yourself to solution. It’s another to focus on the problems, the pain, and talk about it with no desire to learn from it, or to dwell on it with no desire to release it. One chooses to stare at the closed doors with feelings of powerlessness rather than look for the new doors opening for us now. We must embody Self Love and release the conditioning of Self Hatred.

Therefore your first step towards liberation and joy is your awareness of your chronic thoughts. Now if you’ve lived a life where you were trained to dwell on the negative and embody the role of victim…face this with awareness and learn from it. Your first step to freedom comes from opened eyes of Awareness. You must SEE that you’ve been conditioned to SEE this way. Next step as I have assisted so many clients with is ‘You must FEEL these emotions fully and learn from them’. What is this anger or sadness teaching you? Why is it here? Having the courage to face our emotions is an important part of evolution. One of the reasons we see more depression and more suicide is because we have a society that is terrified of facing the darkness, afraid of feeling the emotions and then releasing them. We live in a very misaligned society that celebrates problems and limitation, always searching for what’s wrong and then needing to label the wrongness and talk about it. As we come back to our basic understanding of the Laws of Attraction, we quickly see the misalignment with this. We realize that what we focus on we give energy to. Therefore if we desire transformation and healing we must focus upon the healing and wholeness. As long as we stay stuck in fear, anger and denial of feeling our stuff we will continue to suffer and project suffering upon others. This is why your awakening, yes YOURS is so vital and important. Each one of you has great influence upon all the other humans you come into contact with, some of you may realize this some of you may not. It is truth!

As each of us claims back our power and full responsibilities for our thoughts, words and actions, we shall experience true healing and liberation and not a moment sooner. The angels are channeling this awareness as many of you need to hear it. I will share some tips and a plan of action for all who are open and listening.

* I encourage you all to get a special journal to write your awareness and your positive affirmations into for future reference. Each day as you awaken from dream-time be still and allow yourself a few moments to process your dreams, ask your angels for clarity and guidance and then listen.

Journal any awareness that bubbles up, be patient with this NEW process and give it some time and honor your unfolding with gentleness. Now before you get out of bed, affirm your groundedness (I AM Grounded!) Affirm your connectedness (I AM Connected!) and affirm your protection (I AM Divinely Protected!) Ask from your heart’s wisdom…How May I Serve? Then as you move into your daily moving meditation stay present and aware of ways you may serve and assist self and others.

*Spend an hour a day exercising your body, mind and soul. Find activities you Love and activities your soul is curious to try. Dancing is a powerful way to shake off heaviness and clear our chakras and energy centers for vital health and well-being. Yoga and meditation are powerful tools to not only cultivate greater strength on body mind and spirit, but they also assist us in living with greater awareness and mindfulness, ease and flexibility. Enter these activities with awareness. Thank spirit for guiding you to a high vibrational teacher. There are awake, aware and empowering teachers… and there are enslaved and punishing teachers as well. Pay attention and choose wisely!

*Spend time in Nature truly connecting and honoring nature and listening for higher guidance. The angels showed me a vision of a camp in nature with hundreds of children healing from depression. I saw them learning the sacred arts of Shamanism, learning to connect with and honor nature, healing from being with the trees, the water and the wind. Arch Angle Ariel tells me that our constant need to stimulation, entertainment and distraction is causing many great suffering. We are being guided to step away from the technology we have created as a means to “connect” and to truly connect with one another and with nature. Daily nature time of an hour or more will do wonders for your soul and your body and mind will benefit greatly from this sacred soul time.

*Connect with each other. Look around you… do you notice how many people are tuned into electronic devices? Do you see how families are not even speaking to each other; they escape into rooms with electronic devices and check out. This constant need for distraction, entertainment and stimulation is causing many of you great anxiety and emptiness. Make use of your electronics with mindfulness and balance your NEED for them. Limit the amount of time you allow your children to be on electronic devices. They need your guidance and awareness. Many parents that ignore this are doing so because they are burnt out and therefore use these devices as virtual babysitters. There is a high price to this lack of connection. Share family meals together and leave all electronics out of these family gathering spaces. Talk to each other and practice really listening to what you are all saying. Caring for yourself and for your family is vital for your overall happiness and well being. Make this family time a priority.

Connection with your community is very important as well. Sign up for empowering soul healing workshops, spend time with high vibrational people, share your gifts and talents and volunteer, give back and pay it forward in your community. The angels have been guiding me to create Soul gatherings and to lead my tribe. We will benefit greatly as a society to come back to the place of remembrance of the tribal community. We are One! It will serve us greatly to connect once again with the highest good of all as our focal point. Pay it Forward in your own beautiful ways daily there is great beauty and power here.

*Spend 20-60 min daily in quiet meditation. This practice will benefit all parents in need of higher guidance, solution and as a place to enter conscious creation. As all the adults begin a daily meditation practice you will all powerfully mirror this important soul time to your observant children. This 20-60 may truly be the most important and powerful time you spend each day. Do not underestimate the importance of connecting with your true Source of energy daily. Make this time of stillness, listening and releasing of all resistance a top priority immediately. Unless you enjoy chaos, confusion, suffering, sickness and pain. I encourage daily soul time a wonderful space to connect with Source, your Angels, and spirit guides.

*Hydration: We are made mostly of water so needless to say hydration is a vital part of well-being. Keeping a clean water bottle with you at all times is wise. Be mindful and train your children to do the same, you will empower them for life. Making sure your furry friends are well supplied with fresh clean water is the loving thing to do. The angels also guide me to put clean tumble amethyst crystal in my water bottle and my pets water dish. This crystal raises the vibration of the water and is wonderful for flushing out toxins from the body. Amethyst is powerful in assisting anyone who is ready to shed additive behaviors as well. I also add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt to my water bottle. Read up on the importance of adding sea salt to our water on watercure.com (thank you Nina for this information) Many of us are chronically dehydrated which leads to all kinds of medical issues.

*Healthy diet: Yes it is true that what you eat has the power to greatly affect you body, mind and soul. We will all benefit greatly to cut out excess sugar, fat and chemicals from our diets as these substances are the primary cause for many ailments and sicknesses. The best place to begin with diet is to listen to your body as it guides you away from certain foods. Our bodies are very intelligent and are constantly communicating with us. Question is are you listening? When you get a tummy ache and gassy after eating that cheeseburger, this is how your body is guiding you away from this food choice. Or when you drink too much soda and feel low energy and anxious, also another way your body is sending you a signal to listen and choose wisely. So rather than get all dogmatic on what is good or bad to eat…I leave you with this: Listen to your body and care about what it has to say, thank your angels for clearing away addictions and cravings that are not healthy or honoring your body they will help you if your open.

I highly encourage everyone to add some daily greens; be it in salad form or in a freshly blended green smoothie. Our bodies Love greens and giving your body a fresh daily dose will greatly improve your energy levels and raise your vibration.

Today I saw this post by Jeff Brown on FaceBook which was so synchronistic as I was just having Source upload me with messages to share with you all on this very topic…don’t you just love synchronicity! I do 🙂

Depression is frozen feeling. The mystery begins
with our history. Although the physical body
travels forward chronologically, one’s emotional
consciousness always lingers at any point of
departure. Before we can fully surrender to the
mystery, we have to go back and heal the wounds
and memories that obstruct us. This is the ‘power of
then.’ We’ve got to be there then, before we can be
here now.

I was just assisting a beautiful soul today with an angelic auric clearing. The angels channeled in messages of the importance of clearing. Messages on how this clearing process is our very evolution. We as Souls are experiencing a human awakening. For us to rise higher in vibration and therefore life situation and heightened consciousness we must first clear away the heaviness of past vibrationally.

Think of this as a symbol of renewal. If we want to build a beautiful new building, say an art museum in the city, we have to clear out the old crumbling structure that is condemned and no longer serving us. This is what is for now…we must clear away the rubble of past to rebuild the new structure. Think of my healing abilities and services I offer as an assistant to clearing away the rubble of your heavy past. Until we feel, process, learn from it and then clear it away vibrationally…it shall come around again and again and again…and again 🙂

The shifting path to building and aligning with your power and potential must occur once you have cleared away the heaviness of past. Until you release, you truly hold yourself back and you get this “stuck” feeling which for many we call depression. Once we address, learn from and clear away any old energies, we have flow and our soul’s LOVE flow. Yet for many the need of the ego to stay “stuck” and attached to an old sense of self even when it is causing great suffering is the choice many humans make daily. Why do we choose that? Fear! Every time it is from a fear of the unknown, a fear of who will I be without this energy. A fear of what will change in my life. I promise you as an intuitive healer that has witnessed so much, you have nothing to fear. Yet you must chose to embody courage and move into the unknown spaces. This is the path of evolution and it will never stop. Every single client I have assisted that chose to let go and flow has had amazing and powerful life transformations. Then there are those clients, friends, family who refuse to let go. They refuse to see their stuff and face it. They dwell on it, identify with it, and then choose to be “stuck”. This choice always leads to great suffering and resistance.

So let us as powerful spiritual beings realize we are in the amazing process of a human awakening. We know who we’ve been. Learn from it, process it, face it, feel it and release it. Because your soul is NOW ready to flow into who you are becoming!

I have been away for a while listening within the sacred spaces of nature and ohhh my has that quiet time brought in beautiful sacred truth and awareness that I am now so eager and excited to share with each of you. Please know that if I am ever away for a little while that there are important reasons and that I hold you ALL in such Love at all times as I listen to Source. I have much to share with you all today and I wanted to begin by expressing honor for each of you that inspire me daily. For all of your courage and your beauty and all you are each going through daily during this human awakening, have faith in your abilities and power…for you each are truly Powerful beyond measure! So Thank YOU for Being YOU!

On that note, I was recently inspired by a face book friend Jeff Brown. When I read his post I was so excited in how beautifully and clearly he expressed such truth and wisdom. I knew I was led to share this with each of you and I hope these words will open up any closed spaces within each of you in miraculous ways. enjoy!

” I grew up in a home where love was measured by abuse. Not only did they abuse those they loved, but they measured our love for them by the amount of pain we were willing to endure at their hands. Talk about a recipe for a disaster in later life, where pure, vulnerable love appeared suspicious by contrast. Little did they know that our willingness to endure their abuse was not a measure of love- it was a reflection of our self-hatred. You don’t endure abuse because you love someone- you endure it because you don’t love yourself. Once you do the work to regain your sense of worth, abuse becomes an impossible path.” -Jeff Brown

Pretty powerful right! How did this expression affect you personally? I’d love to hear from you. Did you experience energies such as these growing up? Are you presently experiencing energies such as this? Are you lashing out and projecting this energy upon others, the ones you say you love? No need to judge, simply allow yourself the freedom for truth to arrive through your openness and your awareness. Now as you take a few centering breaths and allow yourself to feel…what is coming up for you? How are you feeling about this awareness? Allow your feelings to surface and then allow these energies to flow out of you. Deep breaths…Now how do you feel? This is the simple yet profoundly powerful process necessary for an energetic release or clearing and you are completely capable of shifting your own energy and vibration, please know that.

This post from Jeff is completely in alignment with what my angels spoke to me two years ago as I was called back to serve the light full time and to leave a broken abusive marriage and family. It was at that time I started to truly SEE. I gathered all my power and strength and I set out on my own. Loving self takes great courage amongst families like these I learned that first hand. For I was judged, lashed out at and called crazy by many I thought loved me, many who told me with their words they loved me…my reply as I soared out of The lower vibrational realm…”I used to be crazy YES, crazy for EVER tolerating such abuse…I AM FREE! And I will FOREVER LOVE and HONOR Me for Me!”

I have been guided again and again by my awesome angelic family to be mindful that I do not take other’s abusive ways and choices personally. Why? Because it really isn’t about me and if people who say they love you are lashing out, well it’s not about you either. It is an internal battle with the one lashing out, the one hating, the one degrading, shaming or abusing in any form. It is about their own inner conflict. Get away from their energy if your intuition guides you to and send them Love knowing it is their own inner battle. DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONALLY…or go ahead and do that if it makes you happy. The Point is; Your taking it personally is Your choice. Your staying near their abusive energy is Your choice and Your Loving self and flowing in new directions of Love and honor…you guessed it Your Choice! It is important to understand you have power and to be clear on what you have power over. It will serve humans to claim their own responsibility for their own choices and use their power in a loving and aligned way. Rather than lash out and try to control other’s energy, something we truly cannot maintain for long. Yet we always have the power to make out own choices, to Love rather than hate, to walk away rather than fight, to release rather than cling…Always a higher choice available.

Letting go takes courage and a deep belief in self and therefore a deep love for self. We cannot truly Love another when we withhold love from ourselves. Source recently channeled “The most important relationship you will ever experience is the one with yourself.” I personally have found this to be true. For we are forever with ourselves, may as well get comfy and get to know who you truly are. Because no matter what happens externally, YOU and YOU alone must deal with these shifts. Loving self will make all the difference in a beautiful happy journey or a punishing fearful journey. The choice is up to YOU…No one can make this choice for you, not even your angels.

I do encourage you all to call to your angels and to open yourself to the support of Source. For I understand the power of this spiritual assistance. I offer my services and gifts to any of you who are ready, open and willing to face yourself and do your own inner work. Which like I’ve shared before isn’t; truly work, it’s simply a call for awareness and presence and the gifts and miracles awaiting you are beyond words! I AM Ready to serve you, are You ready for powerful shifts in consciousness and therefore powerful shifts in ALL areas of your life situation?

Synchronicity & Serendipity the language of the Universe

Greetings beautiful souls. I hope this message finds you all healthy, happy and aligned with your Source. We send you great Love and Light at this time to illuminate your chosen path and direction. Ever have one of those days where everything in the universe seems to be aligned for your highest well-being? One of those days where things just magically fall into place for you, the doors are held wide open for you, gifts and abundance show up at the perfect divine time, support and helpers arrive just when you need them to? This can be called many things Synchronicity, Serendipity, and destiny to name a few. For some of us this is an occasional experience, maybe we are lucky enough to enjoy a few times during our lives. Yet for other’s, those who have unlocked important wisdom and understand the laws of the universe, this is a daily experience. Experiencing miracles and magic and synchronicity are in truth our natural state of being. And I am here to express from my hearts deepest truth that this way of life is available for us all, if we align and listen.

I have always loved the magical moments and absolutely loved the syncronistic moments that arrived to surprise and delight me. I LOVED them! Yet they seemed to flow in and then out again just a swiftly. However, now after much life experience of living the contrast I understand how to stay connected with the universal flow. I have learned the importance of our vibration and our own alignment with Source. This Alignment is Key to experiencing magic and miracles and it is the most natural thing we were born to BE…The trick is to realize and awaken from the fact that we as humans have been conditioned to betray our own alignment, we have been conditioned to live in lack and in fear. We have been conditioned to doubt and to try to control the flow from fear and this lifelong conditioning has caused us great suffering.

I am here to shine the light for those who are ready to choose another way, the aligned, magical, syncronistic way! Living a flowing free LOVE filled and LOVE inspired life is your natural state, it is your souls highest calling…But YOU must choose it! Our first step is to awaken and be honest with the fact that we have been trying to control the universe from a vibration and frequency of fear. This lower vibration will only continue to bring us more fearful, stressful, lackful situations and experiences. For us to realign with the magic and miracles, for us to reignite the passion and purpose of our soul, we must go higher!

What does higher look like? Or more importantly what does higher FEEL like? Higher always FEELS Higher 🙂 Truly its a higher vibration, it feels loving, it feels hopeful, it feels exciting, it is a space of ease and grace and allowing. If you begin a daily practice of simply allowing, simply releasing resistance and stepping into alignment you will awaken and you let go! You surrender to the universal flow and you allow the infinite powers of the universe to support and provide for you abundantly in the perfect way.

Simply spending 20-30 min a day in meditation and entering a space of ease will start to swiftly shift your vibration to a vibration of having, to a frequency of alignment and the magic and the syncronicity will flow powerfully in your direction. You will start to manifest your true goals dreams and desires and it will be very playful, magical and fun.

Truth is, the universe has always been communicating with you and has always sent you signs and guidance, you just weren’t open, you weren’t paying attention. Now you can. Now is the time for great shifts. Now is your moment to step in let go and listen…Are you ready?
