Do you ever feel hopeless about life and humanity? Ever wonder if We will ever figure out our shit and pull together? Yeah me too. I am a Lover of life. A true believer in the goodness within each and every living creature to choose higher. However we all can experience moments of doubt, fear and hopelessness. That’s so very human of us to dwell there in lower vibration. And yet I have experienced a higher vibrational way to live and create.

Sometimes we must pull away from the outside world, and go within to FEEL and KNOW our own truth. Sometimes it may seem as if every human being around us is going in a different direction. We may feel pulled on, pushed on and bullied into going “Their Way” into moving with the herd so to speak. And at times it may be more important than ever for us to boldly and defiantly move forward in our own aligned direction. Going with the herd, when the herd is headed straight off a cliff is not a great choice. Great courage may be called for. Luckily, You were born with plenty of courage within for whatever life may deliver.


During my life I have often felt like I did not fit in here with the collective consciousness. When I was a young girl I sometimes wondered if something was wrong with me? Why did misaligned and corrupt energies and behavior bother me so? As I matured into an awake and aware woman I realized that Nothing is wrong with me. Nothing at all. I realized that I was meant to be here on this planet and that I was born to go my own way, as a Way shower of a higher, more Loving and aligned way!
It took me years to accept myself and honor who I was, but it doesn’t have to take you that long. You can choose in this sacred New Moment to fully Love and Accept yourself for who You FREAKING are. Not for who others want you to be, not for what your own ego thinks you should be…But just Loving You fully and completely right here, right Now!


I’ll share a little secret, when we finally surrender all the “trying to be” and we just enjoy Being a great inner shift occurs and life suddenly opens for you, supports you, and provides for you. Again, you must have the courage to accept yourself and embark on this radical journey. Because I can only be a guide and Way shower through my words of wisdom. You must experience the shift to truly understand its potent power.

Take a few deep breaths and just allow yourself to ground your physical body into the here and Now. Give your mind permission to be still and silent. Allow inner peace and ease.
After several moments of inner stillness allow yourself permission to FEEL and connect with your inner body, the aliveness within you. Start with one place in your physical body and just FEEL the aliveness. Now place your awareness at your root chakra at the base of your spine. Visualize a venomous serpent, give this serpent a name. For example: You are the serpent of Fear!

Now affirm within as you slowly breath and relax, “I now release You serpent of fear. I thank You for all the lessons and wisdom. You must now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. You must now leave my sacred space, home and environment (You may command that this darkness leave Your planet and All the sacred life here). Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space. Thank You Beloved!”

Take a few deep breaths into your root chakra and then deep exhales from your root. Now visualize this dark serpent of fear shape-shifting into an energy or image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Maybe it becomes a golden butterfly, or a dancing dolphin. Allow your intuition to guide You perfectly.


Now draw your attention up to your Sacral Chakra below your navel. Breathe into this area of your body and enjoy a deep exhale out of the Sacral Chakra. Again, visualize a dark venomous serpent and give this serpent a name. You are the serpent of Shame!
Again, affirm within as you breathe and relax, “I now release You serpent of Shame. Thank You for All the lessons and wisdom. You must Now leave my body, mind, soul and energy field. Leave my sacred space, home and environment. Go now, never to return in all directions of time and space Be Free. I AM Free!”

Enjoy a few deep centering breaths. Visualize this dark venomous serpent shape-shifting into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. FEEL the aliveness within you growing. FEEL the Unconditional Love and Light flowing within and without.


Continue moving upwards and visualize a dark venomous serpent at each of your energy centers. Giving each energy a name and commanding this darkness leave Your body, mind, soul and energy field. Remember to shape-shift each dark venomous serpent into an image of Luminous Light and Unconditional Love. Connect with Your solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. One by one. Once you’ve completed this healing activation enjoy a few deep centering breaths and enjoy several moments of Being.
Once you’ve practiced this healing on yourself for awhile, feel free to command lower vibration to leave your world leaders, your family members, your planet and beyond. YESSSSS You and Source God are incredibly powerful!

The Power of Presence

Are you a person who stops, looks, and listens for Signs and Synchronicities in your life? Do you feel like looking for signs is silliness and irresponsible? Or do you find that life is always communicating with you?

I personally have found that when we are quiet and open enough, we can begin to put all the little puzzle pieces into place in our lives. Suddenly, all those pieces – when given honor and awareness – create a bigger picture. I have had my share of being heckled for being a believer in life. I’ve been called naive, gullible, and a dreamer. And like John Lennon once said:”You may say that I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.”

If you are someone that has been heckled and teased throughout your life, you may have allowed some of that doubtful energy, projected from others who’ve lost their faith, to taint your own mind. When that happens, we can start to become hardened, cynical, doubtful, and judgmental. That is a choice. And choosing to have faith, to stay open, to keep your dialogue with spirit and the entire universe, is another choice.

I choose faith, trust, openness, and listening. I truly listen to it all. I must then discern from what I am observing of course, and then make my next choice. Life is such a mystery at times, and yet I find it such a magical place when I remember to stay open, present, and listening.

The trick is that Source, God, the Universe is Always speaking. But are we listening? Are we really awake and aware and utilizing our power and connection? I observe so many humans that constantly attempt to force things, to make it happen, to try to control life. But why? Why do we seek so hard to try to control life and all those around us? My conclusion: Fear!

Plain and simple, it is fear every time. What I’ve observed is that when we are in a state of fear, or let’s say when we’ve temporarily forgotten how ONE We all truly are, we make less-than-Awesome-or-Loving choices. And we’ve all done that. Every one of us is evenly connected in this. We’ve all had our moments where fear has gotten the best of us, where we’ve started Freaking Out, forgotten our power, our purpose, and ultimately, our Connection.

The good news is, we’re all in this together! We are all in a constant state of evolution, so it’s never too late to awaken. It’s never too late to start listening, to start tuning into our higher guidance. Now the question is: Are You ready to listen? Are you ready to allow this entire Awesomeness of a Universe to guide You, to support You, and to assist You?  Because if You are, things are about to get a whole lot easier, and – most likely – a heck of a lot more fun!

Just for today, I encourage You to shift your awareness a bit. Open your viewfinder a bit wider and BE the observer. Just look out and observe Your world, Your chosen environment, Your peeps, Your story, Your drama, Your creation. Just observe it all. No judgement necessary; just watch. As you observe Your world, set an intention to remain Present and Open throughout your day. Give your ego/mind a day off. Let go of needing to know all the answers, needing to know what you’re going to be when you grow up. Just let go and observe for a little while.

Now start a dialogue with the Universe. You may refer to this “other” as God, Source, Goddess, The Unicorn Queen…It truly does Not matter what You choose to call this sense of “other.” What is powerful is remembering that You and the “other” are One. What’s powerful is remembering that You and this entire Universe are One and connected. So start a dialogue, right here, right now. Just simply ask a question. Shhhh, listen and observe how all of the energies of Your Universe will begin to respond. Don’t take my word for it – You must experience this to really know if it’s true.
Ask your question, and pay attention. Expect an answer, and Be grateful for this dialogue. Show honor and reverence as signs, clues and synchronicities show up…Get Excited and Shout out some WHOOO HOOO’S!!!

You may find it fun and helpful to jot your observations down in a journal to keep tabs on all incoming messages from the Infinite Universe. Have fun with this new way of being, and enjoy the journey as you allow the Abundant and Awesome Universe to guide you every step of the way!

Power of Vibrational Alignment

This morning, I enjoyed leading a beautiful, relaxing restorative Yoga Meditation class in my local community. The highlight of this class was when one of my sweet students came up to me and said, “Tawnya, you gave me the most important Christmas gift of all this year.” I was pleasantly touched by this awareness. She went on to explain the great amount of pain she had been in for so very long- so long that pain had become her “normal feeling.” This particular student has been attending my Restorative Yoga Meditation, as well as my Pilates Yoga Fusion classes for a couple of months now. She had begun to notice subtle shifts happening in her body. She then told me that on Christmas morning, while standing in her kitchen, she suddenly realized: WOW, no more pain?! She wasn’t feeling pain any longer; her hips felt good and strong.

I was so delighted to hear this, to be a witness to her body’s re-alignment with wholeness. It touched my heart so deeply. I explained to her that, partly, this shift was from the physical practices she was offering her body as she honored and strengthened herself back into health and wholeness. The Yoga and Pilates offered her ease and relaxation; these exercises offered joint health through lubrication and physical movement. I also reminded her of the power of presence and listening, of Being, and helped reprogram her consciousness into a state of wholeness and wellness once again; her natural state.

Every day, spirit speaks through me with powerful words of truth and wisdom, reminding us of the power of our vibrational alignment with our Source. It can happen, a slow and gradual change as we focus our thoughts upon wholeness, and suddenly, we are back in our optimal alignment. 

The same journey occurs in regards to the manifestation of sickness or dis-ease. It is a gradual lean into a lower vibration- we lean into tension, worry, stress and feelings of dis-ease and the next thing we know, BAM: “How’d I get so sick?” “How’d I get so angry?” “How’d I get so broke?” Through a consistent focus upon sickness, tension, fear, worry, and anger, and voila: we create disease, pain and suffering. The good part is that suffering is optional. It truly is a choice.

It’s all vibrational. You are primarily vibrational, a vibrational being experiencing life in your human meat suit. We have the power and choice to enjoy our journey while we are here on this Earth, as well as the power to choose suffering. Everything is ignited via your chosen vibration and focal point, through your chosen thoughts and your chosen emotions. Take a moment and think about it: who chooses your thoughts? You do. Who chooses which emotions you dwell on or get stuck in, or identify yourself with? You do. Not your mom, your brother, or your neighbor…no one else chooses this except you. This is POWERFUL my friends! You and you alone hold your power, so this is exciting shape shifting.

Life-changing awareness you’re onto here. Congratulations!

Take a moment to close your eyes. Unless you’re driving. If you’re driving then pull the heck over and sit…why are you reading this while you’re driving?! I know, I Know, I have some great stuff here. But pull it over and chillax a minute. All joking aside, close your eyes and take a deep, centering breath. Take a moment to connect with your human meat suit of a body. Notice what’s going on within your day; notice your energy. Do you feel tense? Anxious? Just observe, without any judgment. Your simple task is to observe and be One with your body for a just a few moments, without distraction. Observe your thoughts. Are they racing? Bouncing all over the place? Or are your thoughts clear, calm, and centered?

Now on your next inhale, hold the thought and feeling of “I AM Peaceful.”  As you exhale, hold the thought and feeling of “I AM Present.” Continue to hold onto this one simple thought and feeling as you breathe in…I AM Peaceful…and as you breathe out…I AM Present. Notice how your body begins to relax; how tension begins to fall away. Notice that this is a powerful practice, as you are allowing and guiding your body, mind and emotions back into the highest optimal alignment with the Source.

Now, doesn’t that just FEEL better? I Know- You’re so smart and Awesome! Now open your eyes, and go enjoy this day as you practice Being Peaceful and Present.

Permission to Play

Has life started to feel like a chore? Do you feel drained, tired, anxious or just plain pissed off? It might be time for you to let off some steam and forget being a big grown up for a little while. We can benefit greatly when we choose to let go, relax and go have a little fun. Sometimes when life feels the most tense and overwhelming is exactly the time to step away from it all and give yourself a little breathing space. Allowing your inner child to play, laugh and just BE will give you instant returns for your investment. I know that logically this is going to Freak your lil ego self out! I get it, trust me I do. However I have learned from a lifetime of experimenting and have observed that when I can step away, and give myself a little space I can relax, let go and allow myself to flow again. Life gets FUN!!

Many of us have grown up with societal programming telling us that we need to be responsible, serious, keep it down, be polite, focus on our future, plan, plan and yes make more plans. Yet if you look around and notice you may be surprised to see how many adults look exhausted, tense and on edge. Why is that? What can we do about this? Is it too late for us?

I say NO, it is never too late to make a positive life change, to shift our attitude and therefore our life. Life is all about change, growth, evolution, and flow. Observe nature, go  outside and sit under a tree, or near a nice river or ocean…and just BE with nature. Observe the movement, the sounds, the pulsation of life all around and within yourself. Observe the dance of life happening all around you. Heck if you’re feeling it stand up and sway, flow and start dancing with the rhythm of life right now!

Observe as you allow yourself to flow, to play how this creates an inner shift in your body, your mind and your emotions. Enjoy the sensation of flowing for a little while without any mental noise telling you where you should go, or what you should be doing. Just allow yourself to FEEL the flow and Be One with it. Look around you, notice all the beauty that you are One with take it all in. Take a deep appreciative breath and a BIG sigh of relief as you shake off that Egoic time obsessed pattern and just BE here Now! Ahhhh Now isn’t that better, I thought so. Your welcome!

Are you honoring your inner child?

As a healer and Yoga/Meditation leader, spirit brings the awareness of honoring and loving our Inner Child up constantly. I have observed “grown-ups” break into tears as they truly silent the mind’s constant chatter and listen to their Inner Child’s needs with Love and compassion. Such a simple act really, and yet incredibly powerful when we “tune inward” on a daily basis. Listening to our Inner Child’s needs creates a profoundly powerful inner shift that, once ignited, will magically shift and transform your outer reality in amazing ways. Just asking yourself: “How can I love you today?” or “Is there anything you need from me?” can ignite great inner transformation.

I know this much to be true: No matter your Earth age, we all have an Inner Child. The question is, are you listening to them? Are you loving them fully with compassion and acceptance? Or are you neglecting your Inner Child? Are you even aware of the voice within?

Take a moment right here, right now and take a deep, centering breath. Sit upright or if you’re in a comfortable safe place to lie down, then lie down and connect with your breath. After a few deep slow breaths, set your intention to connecting with your Inner Child. Just set the intention without any expectations or judgments. Be Open!

Now ask your Inner Child: “How are you?” Shhhh listen.

Then ask, “How can I Love you today?” Shhhhh listen again.

Stay present with any emotions or feelings that may arise as you make this important connection with your Inner Child.  Observe what arises, and Love whatever that may be. You may visualize your inner child. Notice what age your Inner Child appears to you as, and any significance to that age. Often times we have cellular memories trapped or lingering within. Pain that we didn’t know how to process as age four may still linger in the cells of your body and mind.

Our intention is to make this important connection, and to Love whatever emotions may arise; to fully accept yourself with compassion and care; to release all the programming you’ve been taught in regards to shaming and degrading yourself over the years; to release all need for perfection and control, and to just enjoy Being with our selves. This New habit of connecting daily with your Inner Child will offer you profound healing, freedom, and release. Soon you’ll feel more aligned with your Source, more joyous, trusting, peaceful and at ease. This moment with yourself, this choice to Love yourself fully, to accept yourself as you are, will offer you more nurturing and transformation than I am capable of writing here.

This Self-Love stuff is truly powerful. Happy Shifting!

Synchronicity with Spirit & Tawnya Love

Happy Holidays Beloved Soul Family,

Wow!!! Spirit You BLOW MY FREAKING MIND!!!

So I’m still processing all of the events of this evening. And I may just do a live video soon to share this w you all in person because it’s freaking AMAZING.

So today would have been my dad (Joe’s) birthday. This morning I was laying in meditation and I asked my beloved “baby what’s today’s date?” He told me it was the 10th. I said, ” I knew it! I could feel my dad just now during meditation I thought his birthday was today or tomorrow”. Then I show him the memory that FB posted today from 4 years ago that I shared in honor of my dad. It’s a picture of Arch Angel Michael a very warrior image that I love.

So then tonight my beloved and I were going to go get dinner and then see a $3 movie. But we got hungry sooner so we decided to go to eat earlier and Will checked on movies and told me he found one I’d Love and for me to trust him. I teased him and said, “it better be better than the last movie you chose for us man (it was a terrible movie last time he’d agree w me on that) so he says “ohh lover, trust me you’ll love it”

So we go to see this AMAZING documentary of this beautiful courageous warrior girl that becomes the eagle huntress, first girl to ever be an eagle huntress in this area of the world anyway. I must have cried like 6 times during this amazing film. The story is incredible on its own…but it gets better.

My dad since passing into spirit in 2001 has brought me countless incredible signs in dragonflies and eagles. I’ve had incredible miraculous events occur connected with eagles always at key times where I knew it was my dad delivering these signs.

I suddenly connected all the synchronistic dots and saw this story about a daughter and a father w an incredible bond that transcends boundaries and tradition. My dad and I had an incredible bond, my dad taught me to always seek truth, to follow my own heart, to trust and love God and to know that I can do anything I choose to.

So as I’m watching this beautiful story unfolding I realize HOLY MOTHER my dad’s spirit nudged Will to bring us to this exact film on his birthday. The tears were flowing, so amazing and so incredibly special. To be honest I’m still processing it all as I type this for you all.

Then after the movie Will wanted to show me a couple pictures he had on his phone from over a year ago of this eagle huntress and her eagle. So he’s scrolling along w his thumb super fast passing by hundreds of photos when suddenly his thumb “accidentally” hits a photo and it stops and up pops the exact image of warrior Arch Angel Michael I had pop up today on my memories on FB in honor of my dad’s birthday.

All I can say is Wow, Thank You Dad, Angels, Source God, William and this incredible magical miraculous blows my mind daily adventure called LIFE!

Allowing the Divine Life Spark within!

Greetings Soul Family,

I hope this message finds you safe, supported and peaceful.

So I’ve been listening to my inner voice, that spark of life force that is always calling to us. I know I am to write inspiring and helpful books, lead mindfulness seminars, retreats and journey and travel across the mysterious ocean that calls to me so powerfully.

I had a dream where I was sitting with Doreen Virtue as she was getting her materials all gathered together for print. She was explaining her process in production of her tools. I was deeply listening. Then she looked at me and said, “it is time Tawnya Love for you to share your gifts with the world”. I agreed with her and said, “I AM Ready!”.

The healing message of Pyrite the spark of life

“You say your world is fast paced, tiresome and all consuming of life force. Those that are under this spell have forgotten their heritage of perfection and boundless energy. I have come to carry you upon my shoulders and anchor deep,the golden solar breath from the center of your sun, the same breath that gave you the spark of life at your birth into this world. Let Ra rise again in your heart.

Pyrite is a master deva that works on levels not accessible to many other minerals. This mineral is able to activate and enter the Soul Star Chakra located above the head. The gift of Intuition With Intuitive healer/light worker Tawnya Love

Greetings Beautiful Soul Family,

I truly Love the subtle power of our intuition. Today during a healing session I suddenly felt a child’s spirit in the room with us, a little baby girl. I then thought Hmmm I’m feeling this child wants this client of mine to know they are near.

I also suddenly thought of Disneyland and the fun and playfulness of that magical place. I caught myself thinking this and thought, hmmmm why the heck am I thinking about Disneyland?

After the session while I was reading cards I had drawn for this beautiful client. I told her about her baby girl making her presence known. I could emphatically FEEL my clients emotions in response to this information. She smiled I told her that often I’ve observed that our loved one’s who have left their physical bodies and that have chosen to stay close as spirit guides will often make their presence known at special times like the holiday’s. She was grateful to know her daughter was close.

Then we were discussing shifts in her friendships and she mentioned that she was getting ready to fly to California soon but after our session saw her friend had texted about changing her flight. I asked her where she lived, she said “close to L.A. near Disneyland” I laughed and said, “so that’s why I had sudden thoughts about Disneyland!”

I encouraged her to trust and flow and to go to the places her inner child desired to go. To be playful and spontaneous.

I felt inspired to share this only because I truly feel WE are All intuitive. It’s just that so many of us discount the subtle images and thoughts we receive as random. I’ve found that when I Tune In and trust that Every thought is flowing in for a reason I can allow for clarity by staying open and present.

Intuition is subtle, it’s like receiving these beautiful little puzzle pieces throughout our day. Some of us are staying present for the next piece and honoring it’s arrival with reverence and respect. For others countless puzzle pieces are lost and dropped away as “random”, “weird” events.

Trust in yourselves, trust in your inner guidance and Oneness with your Source and stay playful through it all.
