Throughout my life I have discovered just how true this statement is, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.” Or the new spin, “You can lead a human to knowledge but you can’t make him think.” Completely and utterly true! So what does a caring, compassionate, wise and aware empathic human do? I am so happy to share this wisdom with you. Now are You ready to listen?

You focus on Loving You. You focus upon how You FEEL, what triggers You, what You Love and appreciate. You STOP focusing on Making that horse drink, or making that other human think. You see, nothing knocks an aligned Human out of their alignment faster than trying to change others. I will speak only truth to you…You ready for it? You cannot change another human, nope you just can’t. So why waste precious valuable Vibrational Alignment trying to do what cannot, nor should not be done?

What you do have the power to change is how you react to misaligned humans, how you allow yourself to lose your center and get all freaked out! How you allow yourself to worry about pleasing anyone outside of yourself. You Can choose differently. Trust me when I say you can, because if I could change this lifelong habit then so can you. Granted I will not lose any sleep worrying about if you’ll listen to my wisdom or if you’ll start honoring yourself more. Nope, I share from the wisdom in my heart for the joy and pleasure of sharing. What you do with this wisdom, completely up to you!
I can’t even count the times in my past where I lost precious sleep, energy and joy because I felt I had to make people understand me, I had to defend myself to the haters of the world, I had to make sure others respected me. What a complete waste of my joy! And all it did was trigger me more and create more drama, more pain and more suffering. This path of trying to change others was freaking exhausting, I tell you! So I stopped, and You can too.

And like every wise empathic being, one day enough is enough. We open our eyes to finally SEE, we open our minds to finally understand, and we open our hearts to only Love whatever arises. This is a beautiful and empowering moment for a soul. The moment the soul chooses ease, acceptance, and empowerment. The moment this soul stops fighting and resisting life in any way. Everything shifts first on the inside, then shifts begin to occur on the outside. And life becomes joyous again! Hallelujah!!!
I’m serious here, you haven’t truly Lived, Loved and Thrived until you’ve chosen peace within. Until Nothing is more important than your inner peace. And what’s Amazing is you’ll soon realize your joy, happiness and peace were always yours to have. No one “out there” could ever take this gift from you. You realize that You kept your own joy, peace and happiness away, by choosing resistance, defensiveness and fighting.

Give yourself a Huge hug of forgiveness and acceptance because you needed to experience all that pain and suffering to assist you in your own awakening. So no need for judgment, just give yourself a big hug, look in the mirror and smile while telling yourself just how Bad-Ass you really are. You’ve Awakened!!! Now that’s something to truly celebrate. Go You!

This is a daily practice, one you can begin right here, right Now. For today, set the intention to stay Present with how You FEEL within. Stay Present with What thoughts You are choosing, are they limiting or liberating? Stay Present with the words You’re choosing to express. Are they helpful, beautiful, joyous? Or are You spitting out venom with your words. Be mindful that you shift your concern away from “what THEY” are doing, saying, creating. That is a distraction away from the only place you hold any power. Today You focus upon You!
That’s it, simple enough yeah? You got this, You were Born for this BABY!

Shhhhh listen. Feel your breath. Listen to the sounds around you. Enter Zen here. Listen to the stillness, the spaces between sounds. BE One with your breath. BE One with this New Sacred Now Moment. BE One with the stillness. Enjoy BEING fully present.

 

Today’s practice is simply to practice this awareness throughout your day. Listening, Feeling, and Being here Now. It may seem simple, however if you allow yourself to fully BE present with your breath throughout your day the gifts you will receive are beyond words or measure. Enjoy!

I Love this statement, so powerful, so truthful: “Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; ships sink because of the water that gets inside them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.” Such a powerful and wise reminder. We all have a wide variety of life circumstances occurring daily. Sometimes life offers us a path of ease and grace, other times we may face challenges. What’s so important is that we are mindful at all times of what’s going on within ourselves.

It’s important that we don’t allow what’s occurring”out there” to be pulled inside of ourselves. For example, if humans you live with and Love are going through their own challenges and projecting negetivity, it’s important that you choose to stay centered in Love and Ease.

So often the tension of others around us can unconsciously be sucked inside of ourselves, and the next thing we know… Boom we’re stressed out, we’re feeling anxiety, we’re feeling sick or unwell. We must stay present to how we are feeling within at all times. Allow this to be your primary focus and practice.
We are all experiencing our Human Moments, unless you are an incredibly intelligent animal that is reading this, if that’s the case I completely apologize! But I’m going to just assume that everyone reading this is in fact a human being for now.

We are going to have our challenging moments, we are going to be near other humans that are experiencing their challenging moments, this is part of life. However, we have the power to stay present, the power to stay aware and the power to choose our vibrational focal point.

Give yourself permission to Forgive yourself daily, and often. Now extend that forgiveness outwardly to others around you, daily and often. Humans experience lots of human moments. We often say things in less than Loving ways when we are afraid, stressed or tired. It’s important that we remain mindful so that we don’t allow all that external energy to get inside our metaphorical boat.

Observe the energies within yourself first and foremost, this is your primary focus. Then enjoy observing the countless energies “out there.” Stay present in a space of Love and Compassion for yourself and others at all times.

Life can be incredibly Fun, Enjoyable, Amazing, and Miraculous even. Allow yourself permission to really enjoy your life. Be mindful that you don’t allow your very picky and judgmental egoic mind to rain on your own parade. BE easy with yourself and with others… Forgive, Let Go, Love, Laugh and Live Fully!
We only get this Now Moment once, so really embrace it, BE present and enjoy every sacred moment to the fullest. BE slow to anger, and swift with forgiveness it costs you nothing and blesses you & others with everything!

The Power of Presence

Are you a person who stops, looks, and listens for Signs and Synchronicities in your life? Do you feel like looking for signs is silliness and irresponsible? Or do you find that life is always communicating with you?

I personally have found that when we are quiet and open enough, we can begin to put all the little puzzle pieces into place in our lives. Suddenly, all those pieces – when given honor and awareness – create a bigger picture. I have had my share of being heckled for being a believer in life. I’ve been called naive, gullible, and a dreamer. And like John Lennon once said:”You may say that I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.”

If you are someone that has been heckled and teased throughout your life, you may have allowed some of that doubtful energy, projected from others who’ve lost their faith, to taint your own mind. When that happens, we can start to become hardened, cynical, doubtful, and judgmental. That is a choice. And choosing to have faith, to stay open, to keep your dialogue with spirit and the entire universe, is another choice.

I choose faith, trust, openness, and listening. I truly listen to it all. I must then discern from what I am observing of course, and then make my next choice. Life is such a mystery at times, and yet I find it such a magical place when I remember to stay open, present, and listening.

The trick is that Source, God, the Universe is Always speaking. But are we listening? Are we really awake and aware and utilizing our power and connection? I observe so many humans that constantly attempt to force things, to make it happen, to try to control life. But why? Why do we seek so hard to try to control life and all those around us? My conclusion: Fear!

Plain and simple, it is fear every time. What I’ve observed is that when we are in a state of fear, or let’s say when we’ve temporarily forgotten how ONE We all truly are, we make less-than-Awesome-or-Loving choices. And we’ve all done that. Every one of us is evenly connected in this. We’ve all had our moments where fear has gotten the best of us, where we’ve started Freaking Out, forgotten our power, our purpose, and ultimately, our Connection.

The good news is, we’re all in this together! We are all in a constant state of evolution, so it’s never too late to awaken. It’s never too late to start listening, to start tuning into our higher guidance. Now the question is: Are You ready to listen? Are you ready to allow this entire Awesomeness of a Universe to guide You, to support You, and to assist You?  Because if You are, things are about to get a whole lot easier, and – most likely – a heck of a lot more fun!

Just for today, I encourage You to shift your awareness a bit. Open your viewfinder a bit wider and BE the observer. Just look out and observe Your world, Your chosen environment, Your peeps, Your story, Your drama, Your creation. Just observe it all. No judgement necessary; just watch. As you observe Your world, set an intention to remain Present and Open throughout your day. Give your ego/mind a day off. Let go of needing to know all the answers, needing to know what you’re going to be when you grow up. Just let go and observe for a little while.

Now start a dialogue with the Universe. You may refer to this “other” as God, Source, Goddess, The Unicorn Queen…It truly does Not matter what You choose to call this sense of “other.” What is powerful is remembering that You and the “other” are One. What’s powerful is remembering that You and this entire Universe are One and connected. So start a dialogue, right here, right now. Just simply ask a question. Shhhh, listen and observe how all of the energies of Your Universe will begin to respond. Don’t take my word for it – You must experience this to really know if it’s true.
Ask your question, and pay attention. Expect an answer, and Be grateful for this dialogue. Show honor and reverence as signs, clues and synchronicities show up…Get Excited and Shout out some WHOOO HOOO’S!!!

You may find it fun and helpful to jot your observations down in a journal to keep tabs on all incoming messages from the Infinite Universe. Have fun with this new way of being, and enjoy the journey as you allow the Abundant and Awesome Universe to guide you every step of the way!

There is No Spoon With Intuitive light worker Tawnya Love

I woke up from an incredible experience during dream time. I was in some sort of obstacle course it seemed, jumping off tracks and shooting down slides. Suddenly I was sitting in a room and a small child toddler age, named Matthew came up to me ad crawled into my lap. It was a sweet moment, and suddenly Matthew touched my third eye and drew some sort of symbol over my third eye and then smiled deep into my eye’s.

Suddenly I felt the atoms and energy within my physical form suddenly speeding up and swirling within. I felt almost like my body was breaking apart and suddenly my third eye area ripped open and light shot out from this area.

It felt amazing yet caught me off guard and so I felt a little anxious. Suddenly a woman walks up and says “it’s her!” “She’s the One”, she approaches me swiftly and looks deeply into my eye’s and says “do you remember who you are?” I look deeply into her eye’s and in every particle of my being I know who I AM. I say Yessss I remember. She says aloud, “You Are the Light of God”

At that moment my entire physical self explodes with light shining bright as the sun, shooting all around me. I stand up and move towards the doorway and I look outside and up in the sky and EVERY particle I Am feels draw to ascend and fly into that sky.

My entire being is vibrating so fast I cannot remain Earth bound any longer. My soul is exploding into motion, ascension and I remember I am infinite, limitless and I can freaking FLY!!!!
