Any moment we find ourselves Feeling impatient, anxious, or judgmental Know that you have temporarily slipped out of Your Alignment of Source Oneness. In an instant we may melt back into Oneness via Presence and Acceptance of This Now Moment…Or we may choose to again slip into Unconsciousness and again play in the Illusion of Separation.

Each living being has free Will and the power to choose. No one enslaves You or Holds You in Suffering other than Yourself.

This dance of Oneness and dance of Separation are the playful way in which our soul’s Experience, Understand and Remember the Divinity that We Are Always One with.

Day 98 of Mindfulness

Blessings Beloved Soul Family,

Those who take advantage of hierarchy are as much victims of a misaligned system as the ones they take advantage of. We often observe this as fear emerging as unconscious anger, which will be expressed either up the hierarchy at leaders or down upon those deemed as less than. There is always a desire for control of the other, rather than an awareness of self.

Humans living in such ways behave irresponsibly in the sense that they do not feel they are accountable for their choosen actions. They will often point blame at anyone else they deem unworthy. They will commit hateful acts and then justify those acts through their unconscious fear.

These are the builders of empires, competitive business owners, corrupt political leaders, leaders/controllers of families. These humans always seek to control others with an obsession for personal gain and status. They also show up as the criminals, and rebels within all societies.

It is only once the deeper fears are truly faced that these humans are able to transcend these dysfunctional systems of hierarchy through their openness to be Conscious.

Moving into a higher frequency/experience requires social equilibrium which requires us to consciously fulfill the needs of both the individual and the group as a collective whole. A deep care, honor and respect are vital to the well being of all individuals within a group or society.

A focus upon the Alignment of individuals births a collective Alignment in which a Unified Consciousness is Honored and accessed for the betterment of the Whole. Love, rather than attachment must lead the way.

The path into Wholeness requires a great trust and honor of every individual to creatively find their own Alignment. It is by trusting each individual to take responsibility for their own contributions in any group that a very powerful energy field is built within the group in which all individuals thrive.

The path to Wholeness requires a playful, creative and Intuitive flow of freedom. It is only when individuals within a group are truly trusted that a community begins to embody and radiate optimal health. Without trust, fear will be guiding action.

True equilibrium and teamwork always occur as a self-organising energy that can never be successfully created through external control or manipulation. A true Collective Harmony and Unity can only be birthed through individual freedom as well as trust in the self-organising intelligence of that very freedom. An honor for the mystical/mysterious flow of intelligence and creation is helpful.

Day 97 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Good Morning Beautiful Soul Family,

This morning before waking up I had an interesting dream experience. I was with one of my guides and I had the desire to move quickly through this building/structure. It was a home I’d visited before and was very large, I needed to get across the home very quickly. She told me to “move through”. I said, you mean like walk through the walls? She smiled and said “well sort of, you set your intention to dematerialize and rematerialize in your desired location. To the untrained eye it appears as if you walked through the walls”.

So I did it, I held my focus on my desired location and internally activated my frequency to dematerialize and rematerialize in another location. It was Super Awesome!!!

As soon as I woke up this is what I received when asking my Higher Self to process this dream Experience.

Day 96 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Beloved Soul Family I have been having so many Astral Travel experiences lately during my sleeping dream time. There is a theme happening which totally makes sense to me. Each one of these planets/dimensions there are living beings that are being enslaved and trapped in some way. I understand that I am a Multidimensional Time Traveler and my mission is always the same. To Assist in awakening and liberating All living beings who are ready.

Last night I was on another planet it was more advanced than this planet currently. These beings where living in a HUGE Biosphere type structure. I saw Vivid details of it. The entire thing seemed to be constructed by a very strong glass and metal. There were automatic ways to open and close small vents around the entire structure.

I arrived and got myself familiarized with my new surroundings, not long after I arrived I saw a HUGE nasty looking dark terrifying storm cloud headed right for this structure with so many lives within it. I yelled as soon as I saw it for someone to close the ventilation areas immediately. We got them closed just in time.

At first this place appeared Beautiful and advanced. However the longer I was there the more truth I was given. Not long after the dark storm clouds passed over I realized all these living beings were being held here, this was not a place of Freedom or Liberation. These Beings were being enslaved and held prisoner within this fancy structure.

I soon after realized I was not supposed to have breached these walls, I was in danger just for being here as an outsider. Not long after the storm passed these other beings showed up and entered the dome from some secret area. An alert was sounded and I was telepathically told to hide Now.

I was hurrying to find a safe hiding place, at first I thought of hiding in this slated area in the walls that would open and close for storage. But intuively I felt it would be too obvious and would be an area they would search for sure (which they did) so I found an area to hide in plain sight. I decided I had to be right in plain sight to avoid being captured.

I saw these beings moving throughout this HUGE structure like a city in a gigantic glass bubble. They would hover/levitate up and down from great heights and moved very quickly. They were searching and scanning all around me. It felt scary.

They passed me by as I hid in plain sight, I felt I had gathered enough information for now and I swiftly returned to my human body and woke up. Very intense and trippy experience that I am still processing and allowing my higher self to discern the meaning and purpose of this traveling experience.

Have any of You been experiencing more Out of Body, Astral Travel, Remote Viewing experiences? I’m having them all the time these days.

Beautiful Soul Family, I have a question for you:  Have any of you felt a Heavy Darkness over the past couple of days? I ask because I was shown dreams a few days ago of a great big dark tower blasting out this toxic darkness (like a firework exploding but rather than Light, dark smoke). I have consciously remained very observant and aware and I’ve witnessed people I Love suddenly behaving very OFF in their Energy.

I had a close friend lash out and I could see an entity that was lashing out using her body. I’ve had some strange Energy trying to create chaos in my Twin Flame relationship that I had to stand strong in my Light and Awareness to ward off.

Today, many light workers have been expressing a similar calling to protect their own sacred spaces, as well as many who have been called in to work energetically clearing these Ancient Lower Vibrational Energies from our ever Shifting and Evolving planet.

I was in Meditation for hours today, completely still listening, and working with my Angelic Team in a great purge and cleansing. So many were called-in to hold space and offer their support and frequencies.

I’ve been reminded by my Angelic Team to reactivate Light grids, Pyramids of Light around my Sacred Space as well as our planet. If you’re feeling this calling please listen and trust in your inner knowing.

I’ve observed these lower Vibrational Energies attaching themselves to humans who are Not taking care of themselves, humans who are Not honoring themselves with Self Love and care. Your lowered Vibration is like an open door.

If you are a sensitive empathic human that has lost your Balance and that has forgotten to practice Compassion with yourself, please Honor Yourselves–it is so important for your own Alignment and Protection. Remember You Are Loved & Supported and WE ARE ONE 💞🙏💞

Here is a protective Intention for You to hold and express if you feel guided:

No human, No entity, No spirit nor Galactic beings are permitted in my space, who do not have my highest good in heart. All cabal related connections and all that this represents cannot and will not be allowed in my space, all deleted from the original attachments, right through to all lifetimes on this planet earth and any future lives.

Beautiful Soul Family, Spirit has clearly spoken to me today. I am once again employed only by Source God and my Amazing Clients. I am intuively understanding this change to leave misaligned employment as a necessary aspect of my own soul growth and alignment.

I share this to let Everyone know that this aligned and loving Healer walks her talk. I am open, available, and receptive to helping individual clients with Soul Coaching, Energy Healing, and Private Yoga and Mindfulness Mentorship. Day 95 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Often as humans conditioned to stay safe and comfortable, we measure our success in terms of maintaining our personal comfort and security. Yet the Universe measures our success by our experience and what we have learned, and how far we have evolved.

If we continue to use comfort and security as our measuring stick for success, we will continue to fear and suppress our own Intuitive genius. This genius speaks to all of us, all of the time. It is that subtle inner guidance encouraging us to move in a New direction, to embrace New cycles for our growth and evolution.

Oftentimes this moving in a New direction can feel uncomfortable, a feeling we must get familiar with if growth and evolution are our highest priority. Trust that you have a voice of genius speaking to you. Have the Self Love and Self Esteem to listen to and honor that voice. Consciously clear all your learned behavior to attach and Fear change.

If you will shift this One thing, I promise you will Experience an incredible year of growth and evolution. Here’s to moving in New Directions Humanity. Calling Forth a Mindful Conscious Year for Humanity. 🕉️

Day 94 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Holiday Blessings to You All, today I am inspired to share on the Importance of choice in each of our lives. Choice is the one thing we can count on every moment of every day. The very purpose of incarnating in these human bodies is all about choice and experience. So understanding the Importance of choice is vital to a joyous life of Freedom. In these ever growing choices we have responsibilities to our own Evolution and we must clearly understand what are Not our responsibilities and what are. Without this clarity a life of exhaustion and suffering may soon be our experience, an experience that we don’t have to have repeated once we are clear.

I help my Soul Coaching clients with charts like this often. This one is so beautifully clear. It’s so important to truly grasp one’s level of true responsibility as so many are allowing themselves to be drained by carrying others’ responsibilities upon themselves. This is such a common misalignment of our wounded egoic perspective, the perspective of “Over Responsibility”.

I often Observe humans who are controllers (or micro managers), who feel they must control everyone’s choices, and soon they become drained from such a misaligned perspective. These humans would greatly benefit in learning the art of delegation. They would benefit by trusting the genius in others and allowing them space to follow their own inner guidance. What a freedom to let go of any need to Control another. 

Controllers Always live with the flawed perspective that Everything is their responsibility. Their freedom lies in staying Aligned within the center of this chart and focusing on their own life choices, their own thoughts, words and actions. These humans often procrastinate their own inner/outer work as they avoid that One true responsibility of self, by overly controlling those around them. 

There are also those who are frozen, who are terrified of making choices, so they allow others to control them. They ignore their own power and ability to make their own choices. These humans often project a sense of powerlessness and encourage controllers to make their choices for them (victim energy). Often these very humans will then blame those controllers for their choices. It’s an exhausting and toxic cycle for both humans. And will never awaken true genius in either. 

My sage advice? Stay centered in your alignment with your Source Oneness. Make Your own decisions and choices, let go of any need to control what others say, do, feel, or think because that is Never your job or responsibility.  See the genius within others and trust in their ability to choose what is best for them. But most importantly, recognize the genius within Yourself and Make Your Own Conscious choices with courage and confidence. That is Your Only True Responsibility! 

Allow this One thing to be your greatest focus as you ignite an Awesome and Empowered New Year!
