Day 56 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Each and Every day we are all given yet another opportunity for growth, evolution and expansion. Even if you feel like your life has become stagnant and full of life’s robotic routines, there is movement happening for all of us. When we start to bring Consciousness to All that we are Doing and Being we become aware of this subtle movement; We become aware of this New Now Moment. 

It may sound silly or just plain simple, however by simply bringing greater presence to our lives we activate an incredible power from within. As we become aware that we are One with an indescribable, Infinitely Powerful Source of ever shifting energy we become aware of life’s movement. Now, becoming aware of the fact that all matter is in essence moving and never stagnant is Liberating and Empowering. We can give ourselves permission to drop any scripts where we’ve been playing the victim card. We can trust that because we are One with Infinite Source then we are safe and secure, as we Shapeshift throughout our lives.

When I was younger I had a great fear of dying, not exactly sure why or when that fear crept in. But nonetheless it was there stirring up anxiety from within me. Before I become Conscious, truly aware and awake that fear of death drove me to take on more, to compete with myself and with anyone around me. It drove me to want more, more, more. And yet no matter how much I gained be it money, relationships, jobs, a sense of status–no matter what IT was that I felt I needed more of, IT was never enough. That constant dis-ease within cried out for more! Perhaps you can relate to this feeling? 
The good news is that through life’s perfect and beautiful mystery, enough became enough already. I experienced great pain and through that pain and suffering I chose to awaken. I say I chose because that is a vital part of the great shifts in my life. And nobody did my healing work for me, nope I had to choose Love over Fear. I had to choose Presence over Illusion. I had to choose to Live my life with joy and surrendered trust rather than Fearing Death and allowing that unconscious fear to drive me into the depths of suffering.

It takes great courage and awareness to Step Out of Our old familiar comfort zones. We can grow very uncomfortably comfortable living with such unconsciousness. Soon we start to identify with our victimization, and our limiting “Stories” seem to control us because we believe we Are our old stories. When we live unconsciously fear drives us, negetivity feels normal, we live with distrust and suspicion and we suffer. 
So how does one get out of this “old” routine of doom and gloom? How does one drop the limiting scripts that have possed us for so long? How does one Release the shackles of lack and limitation? 

It’s a choice. A choice You must make for yourself as no other can make it for you. It’s a choice to BE One with life again, a choice to breathe out All that old familiar fear and breathe in Love and Trust. It’s choosing to trust in life’s flow, to trust in more than your eyes can see, to trust in your worthiness. It’s choosing to open ourselves to receive, not because we’ve had to work hard, or because we have sufferrd, or because we are better than another. But simply because We are Here, living and thriving. It’s a choice to Step Out of Our Comfort Zones in whatever way our hearts are guiding us towords.
Your heart knows if you are settling, your heart knows if your passion lies elsewhere. Your heart knows what it wants to thrive. The question is are you still enslaved and shackled in fear? Are you still so afraid of death that you’ve become suffocated by it? Or are you ready to listen and trust in your heart’s wisdom and intelligence? Are you ready to start Thriving rather than merely surviving? Are you ready to move and flow with surrendered trust?

Life is happening, life is movement and flow, life is expansion and evolution. Catch the wave life is bringing to you, let go and allow yourself to be lifted to your highest most joyful and honoring shore! Don’t waste another day, another moment shackled in fear. Love is calling, can you hear her? What is your answer?

Day 55 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

On this day many years ago I chose to pop into a human form and come and play on planet Earth for awhile, why not!? Some called this my Birthday. Yet I have observed that every single day, every sacred New Moment is yet another opportunity for a Re-Birth Day. We are not stagnant humans held within this one Reality or Dimension. We are Multi-Dimensional Spiritual Beings of Love and Light, and hopefully for the most part we are enjoying our human experience.
I like to point this out because so often we are conditioned and taught that we are held, attached and bound by those we first meet upon entering this human form. For many, this is their reality because they feel that it is all that is possible, or is honorable to be bound by blood. And so often even when they are abused, disrespected, and enslaved they cling to their tribe.

I can only speak from my own heart and from my own personal experiences (because I have lived them) and am here to Illuminate these “old” programmed beliefs and limitations. Of course, if you’re enjoying your bindings then by all means keep them. However, if you’re a shape-shifting, life transcending soul like mine then perhaps you have come here for very different reasons.

We are all given the gift of Life, now what we choose to do with this gift is for us to choose alone. For many souls have come here on planet Earth at this time for the very purpose of evolution and expansion. If we remember that we are first and foremost Non-Physical Energy, One with Source God, and that Physical Energy manifests after this Alignment…Then, at a soul level our ultimate reason for BEING would be for Evolution, Expansion and Experience!
If we forget that we are primarily Non-Physical Energy and we lose ourselves in our human, egoic mind structure, then we are easy to program, and then control–and very soon, after we make such agreements the feeling of enslavement arises. We start to make choices, most of our choices from fear rather than from Love. We are led by the Egoic mind chatter rather than by our heart’s wisdom and knowing. We choose to play it safe, tseek security, seek another to take care of us, and even if they do not honor us. We draw our energy in and we hide out in our human form, often times completely denying our very own Soul. We forget our connection, we forget our power, we forget our Soul’s purpose.

Inevitably, we suffer greatly from such choices.

However, as I have chosen to come here as a messenger of Love I am here once again reminding any o you who are open and receptive That You Are Free Now!!! You Are One with Source God Always, You are One with Consciousness and You are Free Flowing, Ever changing Non-Physical Energy. When we really remember this truth, nothing can hold us back, no one can control us; We live fearlessly, boldly and authentically!
So why are so many humans suffering? Why do so many stay in abusive families, with abusive partners? Why do so many humans have addictions that are destroying their bodies and their minds?

Ultimately, Fear is the simple answer. At some point not long after our birth and entry into our human form we start to form an Egoic mind, we form the I…the Mine! We start to observe the hurting humans around us that cling, manipulate and control, all in a desperate game of getting Energy. And if we are not very Present, extremely Aware, we start to follow these hurting humans right into the cave of suffering and darkness. We slowly start to slip into Spiritual Amnesia and forget WE ARE INFINITE SOURCE ENERGY!!! 

Rather than tapping into Source for our answers, we start spinning out of control desperately seeking the answers”Out There.” Rather than Honoring our own inner knowing and Intuitive guidance we allow others who lie and deceive themselves as well as others to lead us. Rather than taking risks and following our hearts guidance, we slowly suffocate in the land of security and predictably. We play it safe, we ignore the calling of our soul, our authentic heart song and we slowly suffocate and both fear dying as well as racing towards it. 
We become consumed and enslaved by the Collective Insanity of Humanity. We start to lie to ourselves and then do our best to convince others to believe in our lives, we love to build teams and groups, gangs, clubs and tribes where we can generate “Specialness” and “Separation.” We completely identify with Egoic mind/Pain Body/Unconsciousness. We slip into human amnesia and get lost for awhile.

Don’t worry however if your spirit has led you here and you’re reading this right now…There is hope for you! Your soul is ready to Awaken, your soul is ready to be heard, your soul is ready to be honored right here, right Now…In case you didn’t realize it…It’s Your Very Very Re-Birth Day Whoooo Hoooo!!! How exciting right!
This now moment offers you All you need. This now moment offers you a choice. A choice to live authentically starting right Now! A choice to speak YOUR truth (not what “they” told you) right Now! A choice to Love Your Self (regardless if “they” Love You) right Now! A choice to move in New Heartfelt directions right Now!!! You have soooo many FREAKING Choices!!!!

Of course you also have the choice to keep telling yourself that you’re powerless, stuck, unworthy, unlovable, or not enough. You can choose to stay shackled to humans that abuse you, shame you, take from you, dishonor you, lie to you, and manipulate you. That is certainly a choice! 

These choices matter, ohhh baby do they matter, to YOUR Soul’s Evolution, to YOUR Soul’s Expansion, to YOUR Soul’s Joy, Happiness, Freedom and Liberation. They Absolutely matter! 

So know this…Today is Your New moment. Today is Your Re-Birth Day! Now what are you going to do with such a sacred gift? 
I encourage You to take out a piece of paper and draw a line straight down the middle. On one side write out on the top, “my fears, my shackles of enslavement…” On the other side write, “My Hearts True Authentic Desires,” now without straining just allow your pen to flow as you write out any and all limiting, enslaving thoughts, behaviors, addictions, people, environments… Whatever is ready to be brought into the Light for Transformation.

Then allow your pen to flow with every single Sacred Dream, and Heartfelt desire without any limitations or excuses. You’re just allowing yourself to SEE and bring into the Light YOUR True Soul’s Desires, not anyone else’s–Yours!

Once you’ve completed this list hang it up somewhere you’ll see it often every day. Be gentle with yourself as you clear, release and let go of all the limitations and fears. Be gentle with yourself as you take more risks and put your dreams into physical action…Dream as Big as your heart and soul desires…There are No limitations, so have fun with this Awesome Shapeshifting Experience!!!

Happy March and Happy Spring to All!

I’m not sure if it’s because I was born in the month of March (March 3rd) or if it’s just Magical in general, but I Adore March, I Adore Springtime so much! Like all the sleeping flowers and trees, I feel myself waking up, springing forth with life during the springtime. I truly Love Love Love Spring!!!

This is such a Magical time of year when all of nature around us is awakening from its long winter slumber. There is a freshness, a need to get out and deeply reconnect with nature again. One can truly FEEL the aliveness pulsating all around! And my favorite part, all those Gorgeous Amazing Blossoming trees and flowers, the sweet crocus flowers pushing their way through the soil. The Grape Hyacinth, and no one can miss those bright cheerful daffodils reaching for the light. 

Springtime is a Magical Period! The Sun is shining longer, the refreshing rain nourishes the Earth, the birds are playful and totally twitter-patter (remember Bambi). Everyone is pulled to reunite in Mother Nature’s Vast garden for the celebration, and all are welcome here! And for this I am infinitely grateful that I myself sprung forth into life during the Springtime. 

During this Beautiful time of vast beauty and aliveness I encourage You, I Welcome You, I Beckon You to connect with Nature daily. Just for the fun, just to BE One with all this thriving blossoming beauty and magic! Take time each day to truly stop and BE with the Blossoming flowers, don’t You dare race by unaware. Slowwwww down. Breathe it all in. Fill your senses, FEEL the Aliveness within and without. Give the blossoms Your honor, Your awareness, Your full Presence. It will be a gift for You both if You will allow yourself permission to receive.

Relax, sit down next to that ancient tree and enjoy Being for awhile. Enjoy deep Listening and Stillness. Venture out and meander through the lush forest growth, go off the path, explore and allow your Intuition to guide You. 
Take a blanket and lay down next to that babbling Brook alone or with Your Beloved. Relax your gaze within, allow your mind, your body and your heart permission to relax and let go. Let go of the fast-paced life, let go of ambition at the cost of Your peace, let go of your worries, just let go and enjoy Being with the sound of the water as it flows. Drink it all in! Fill Yourself up from the inside out.

Don’t allow yourself to miss Mother Nature’s Most Spectacular show. This Spring, really get out there and reconnect with all the Abundant blossoming beauty and BE One with Mother Nature again. There are countless gifts and wisdom that await you just around the River bend. Pay close attention or you’ll miss it! Mother Nature has missed You.

Day 53 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

A dear friend and sister Empath shared this article with me today. Much of this I agree with, however anything that causes us to attach ourselves with limitations, pain or powerlessness is where any of us as humans have room for progress, and a return to wholeness. 
Great article for newly awakening Empaths, just be mindful that you don’t attach to yet another “label” in anyway that creates greater suffering or enslavement, it’s just not necessary. As an Empath I have evolved from that old space of feeling like I had to change others in anyway, it’s just not true. Accepting others where they are gives me ease. I may choose to move out of your field of creation however, as I am Always Free to choose!

There was once a time I felt completely exhausted and I did unconsciously absorb others’ energies and emotions. I had to learn how to strengthen myself, I observed and brought greater awareness and Consciousness to every moment, every relationship. I started to view every relationship as a practice, a new opportunity for greater presence.
Do I enjoy being lied to? Who does? Of course I don’t and yes I do know when you’re lying to me and when you’re lying to yourself. I Love You anyway. Yet I won’t place my trust in you and I certainly won’t follow you.

Am I scattered and all over the place? Distracted? Because I’m an Empath? Absolutely Not. I’m incredibly aware, focused and centered because I choose to BE. I find my life as an evolving Empath incredibly rewarding. 
I absolutely Love Supporting and Assisting humans who are open and receptive back into Alignment with their Source. I do Not heal anyone, I am an open, Loving and receptive channel for Universal Energy, Love, Light and Truth to flow. I Allow, I Listen, I Support, I Love!

Day 50 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

The definition of Premonition is: A strong feeling that something is about to happen, especially something unpleasant.

My heart tells me that we often receive premonitions in regards to unpleasant things that are about to happen as a form of guidance, or a warning for our protection. As an intuitive human I often receive such guidance in my Dream-State, Meditation and especially when I am tuning into the fields of my healing clients.

Spirit is inspiring me to share in regards to this topic because it is becoming increasingly important that we listen to such guidance for our own good as well as for the good of helping one another. Just last week I received very specific guidance and messages in regards to one of our clients. I was informed during dreamtime that this client had some serious medical issues occuring within the digestive system and that they should have an aligned Doctor check them out immediately. When I woke up I knew immediately which soul this message was for so I let them know. As a messenger I cannot “make” anyone listen I can only share the message with Love and detachment. 

Luckily this particular client who trusts me deeply knows I would not express such a message if it were not Important. So they went in for a check up and had an ultrasound done. Turns out this Premonition was spot on and very important for this person’s health and well-being. They discovered some serious misalignment going on with their gallbladder and discovered surgery was needed ASAP. 

I share this with the hopes that each of us will “Tune in” more, Listen more and Trust the Important Divine Guidance our Soul Team offers us. Our guides work hard for each of us and our inner knowing, Our Intuition, and the important premonitions we receive are Spirit’s way of helping us. Our guides never wish to frighten us in anyway, they are always delivering messages to help us heal and live a harmonious life.

I personally thank my amazing Soul Team for all their patience as I took some time before I would listen and honor the guidance they delivered in my own life. Now it gives me great joy and happiness to assist my family, my clients and anyone that Spirit guides me to share with. I hope this message inspires You to listen more, to trust more and to know that You are deeply Loved and Supported, and that We Are ohhh so Connected!

For Today, simply listen more, observe, feel and trust in the Divine Messages spirit is channeling through. And remember to focus upon Love, Wholeness and Alignment. Expect Miracles!!! Pay Attention to how Energy  FEELS if it FEELS off it is off!

Here are some of the Top 5 Reasons YOU are NOT manifesting the life of your dreams.

*We humans are constantly talking about how hard it is. I hear client’s daily express…”Life is so hard!” “Change is so hard” “Healing is so difficult or challenging” or “It’s always been this way…this is reality.”
Time to Drop the script of talking about what isn’t working and how hard it is…Time to shift to a more positive thought flow and focus on what IS working and what we DO LOVE and what we ARE ready to call forth into our new reality!

*Humans have an obsession and need to constantly research the negative. We want to gather everything we can about disease and disaster. We love as a society to focus on what’s wrong. 
Great miracles await all of you who shift your focal point to what’s right! When we focus on what’s working we are drawing more of this alignment into our lives.
The opposite of lack is abundance. The opposite of sickness is health. Both of these realities are available for each of us at all times. It is where we hold our focus that is NOW powerfully being attracted into our lives.

*Most of us are not present; We’re not really Here Now. The power we seek lies here in this NOW moment! When we are not present we lose power and focus. We often are in robot mode simply reacting to situations rather than observing and choosing from the power of our presence. 
We discover that everything we need is right here in the infinite NOW when we hold our focus and bring our consciousness to this timeless Now.
*We as humans love to define things and then put what we know in lil’ boxes and label them as Fact. By claiming we know it all we actually limit and restrict our infinite possibilities. If we cling to what is absolute fact we leave little room for mystery and magic and the new to flow in. 

As a healer I have often encountered humans who are struggling. As their angels bring in new wisdom they say “Tawnya I know this stuff I have read every spiritual book.” All they are doing is blocking wisdom and new information to flow in because they Know it already…yet they are struggling.
Wisdom guides us to take in information in the Now. To be willing to release anything that is no longer serving us even our egos need to feel we know it all. You may have many degrees and certificates, stacks of books yet be mindful that all you KNOW is not blocking new wisdom and information from flowing in to assist you.
Our minds are incredibly powerful. We can often create something outside of our minds to be more powerful. Therefore it’s vital that as we call in the new and Infinite we open our minds to believe and expect the miracles to arrive. If we believe all this calling forth miracles is crap, that this is spiritual woo-woo then YOU will attract evidence to prove your limited viewpoint.

However, when we stay open and present to the Infinite miracles with our held focus upon miracles, we will attract evidence of Infinite blessings and abundance.
YOU are powerful, YOU yes YOU are so worthy and deserving. And your new reality that you’re calling in now…Is 100% up to YOUR focus belief and expectations.

I’m in awe of the powerful abilities we have as souls to tune deeply into our dreams and visions we receive during healing sessions, Shamanic Journeys and past life regressions. I personally have been receiving so much deeper understanding of when things really started to move in a misaligned direction on this planet. I have been shown the Being I was way back then that did all I could to stop things from turning to dark agendas. What is interesting is that so many souls I’ve reconnected with over the past few years have in some form or another been connected to that past life in Egypt.
Here’s what I know at a soul level, each of us must do our clearing work. The reason this clearing work is so important the Angels say is because if we do not clear and release this old soul/cellular energy memory, we will ultimately unconsciously act it out again and again.

Many of us are in our own personal ways here to clear the old karmic energy from our past. We are here to look deeply into why We as a human race keep falling for the same games, allowing the same misaligned beings to control us and wake up to the fact that We have power in our alignment. All other perceived power is an illusion:  Forcing others to do what we say, bullying others from fear of what we think there is a shortage of, harassing those who stand firmly in their power…It must stop!

True power is of a gentle nature, true power is only available to the soul who is fully aligned with its Source. True power does Not lash out and seek control from its fear–Fear chooses that!  Fear is the temporary loss of consciousness and alignment with your Source. Fear will Never save any of you, Ever. Fear destroys, Fear isolates, Fear consumes and controls.
Love is connection with your Source. Love heals, Love transforms, Love inspires, ignites and Unites. Love is only possible when we fully and consciously realize our connection with our Source. Love is THE ANSWER, LOVE IS THE WAY, LOVE IS WHY WE ARE ALL HERE AGAIN!!!!

Let’s heal the past friends, let’s delve deeply into our memories and heal and transcend the pain. Let’s rise into the awakened aware and empowered connected beings we came here to fully align with. It is TIME!!!!

Day 48 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Such a truthful statement, “All that triggers separation is Not from Source. Stand in the Center of your Beingness.” It is a simple choice to observe how you are feeling right now in this moment. Just noticing if you feel uneasy, anxious or any feeling of dis–ease is a helpful sign that you have momentarily lost your alignment with the Source within. The Source within and without is eternal so it can never truly be lost. However, we can turn from this alignment, we can convince ourselves that we are seperate or lost and we begin to suffer.
As the Angels and Source Consciousness have expressed through me many times, suffering IS optional, and Not necessary once we understand the truth of alignment. Once we have allowed Consciousness to enter our awareness, everything changes. Choosing to allow Consciousness to enter is key. How does one allow Consciousness to enter? Through our Beingness; through stillness one quiets the mental noise and becomes receptive, open and present. It is in this Sacred space of stillness that we remember WE Are ONE with Source God! Remember the scripture, Be Still and Know that I AM God? This is exactly what that scripture was guiding us towards. Our own Beingness.

We are most “ourselves” when we are in our Source Oneness Through Beingness. When we enjoy a Stillness Meditation, we allow space, we allow the mind permission to be in silence. We allow ourselves to fully allow our Oneness with Source God Consciousness. One can receive amazing healing, insight, awareness, instant knowingness, a return to ease and peace–all gifts that arise in our Beingness. These gifts cannot emerge from “Making” them happen, rather through Beingness we “Allow” them to arise.

To our busy, fearful, anxious Egoic minds, stillness may at first seem “boring” and uninteresting as the busy mind wants distraction, action, and entertainment constantly. And yet we may begin to observe how “uneasy”, anxious, stressed out, and fearful we feel when we allow the tool that is our mind to run us, rather than us accessing the tool of the mind consciously. 

When we embody Beingness we “allow” Love to flow through all we are, all we connect with, all we do is greatly benefited Through our Conscious Beingness. Many humans are in a constant state of “doing” and we can manipulate life and force our way, make our bodies do what our egoic mind says they must. Yet there is nothing enjoyable about this approach to life. And there are consequences to a life of force:  dis-ease and tension. Science has discovered that most illnesses or diseases are caused by constant stress or dis-ease, this choice of living in a state of dis-ease has been proven to manifest physical Disease. So in essence your very health, happiness, joy and well-being are sacrificed in a life led by Ego. 

If we think that sacrifice doesn’t matter, that all that matters is making money or attaining some external goal just observe any wealthy human that is sick and dying. Observe if all that money means anything in the end. 

Truly no one can teach you the power and importance of choosing a life of Beingness. This wisdom can only be experienced and felt through your own awareness and practice. I can tell you that for myself this choice has made All the difference in my joy, peace, abundance, health and happiness. Now it is up to You to choose. I do encourage You to choose wisely.
