The Power of Presence

Greetings beautiful Ascending souls,

 

Today the angels have inspired me to communicate with each of you on the Power of Presence. We understand and see that many of you are still awakening to understanding this ascension process unfolding within your consciousness and we would like to explain in deeper ways of clarity at this time. As humans experience chaos and confusion you often wish to find something “Out there” to fix it. The deep desire for a magical cure to make all external chaos simply go away. Yet we would love to help you to understand that your are all blessed with the gift of freewill upon your planet, therefore you are given the gift of choice. With this freedom of choice comes great power and as each of you awaken to this power that comes from your soul rather than a seeking of external power that comes from your goals and plans you will understand.

We encourage you to each understand that your gift of presence is incredibly powerful. Often this simple presence is overlooked and missed by those of you chasing things externally. And this chase is also a choice, you are blessed with so many choices. Yet there is another choice, the choice of simply BEING the choice of showing up fully with your presence and full awareness. As you choose to BE present during all moments of your life, you will notice quickly how beautiful and peaceful life truly can be. Judgment is allowed to drop away and create space for observation and presence. Love is birthed in these still moment’s of presence.

As you choose to spend time in quiet meditation and allow inner stillness you will notice that deep feelings of peace arrive in your space of presence. As you practice this daily time of stillness your feelings of peace will seem to expand. We encourage you all to spend time daily in stillness and consciously connect with your Source. Just BE, allow, listen and feel the great Love and Peace within gently guiding you in new ways of living. Infinite Blessings, Tawnya Love and the Angels

“Depression” Societies Soul Sickness W Intuitive Healer Tawnya Love

Greetings beautiful souls,

A lot has happened since my last blog entry and from all these shifts that have occurred it has opened my being to greater wisdom concerning what Arch angel Ariel has called Societies Soul Sickness. Many Doctors label this soul sickness as Depression.  From my observations of family members who have struggled with “Depression”, I have witnessed Doctors quickly pushing for these hurting humans to numb the pain with drugs. I recently assisted a dear family member who has been through a true battle. I love this person very much and out of respect for their privacy I will not share personal information. However, I have been called to speak on this important topic as an angelic messenger to any who are open and listening as the healing of these issues lies in our own hands to heal.

First of all it would serve us greatly as a society to truly listen to those who are hurting. To tune into them at an energetic and soul level. For what I have been shown, it is vital that we address this issue with soulful awareness if we truly wish to heal it. As far as I am aware we have all had sad days here and there so feeling sad is not the issue. It’s what we do with this energy that makes all the difference in our return to wholeness and joy. I am sure that each of you reading this has struggled at some point with feeling off, or sad.  This is part of our collective issue in need of honor, awareness and healing.

From what the angels have been channeling through me this past couple weeks, we have much to face and shift on our planet if we desire to live joyously and free. They are guiding me to be very simple and very clear…One cannot BE Depressed if One is focused upon gratitude and joy. Now this may seem too simple for some of you, why? Because part of this soul sickness is the love of suffering, the habitual need to focus upon the problems, as well as what’s wrong and what’s lacking. It is one thing to focus on what is bothering you and face it, address it and then swiftly open yourself to solution. It’s another to focus on the problems, the pain, and talk about it with no desire to learn from it, or to dwell on it with no desire to release it. One chooses to stare at the closed doors with feelings of powerlessness rather than look for the new doors opening for us now. We must embody Self Love and release the conditioning of Self Hatred.

Therefore your first step towards liberation and joy is your awareness of your chronic thoughts. Now if you’ve lived a life where you were trained to dwell on the negative and embody the role of victim…face this with awareness and learn from it. Your first step to freedom comes from opened eyes of Awareness. You must SEE that you’ve been conditioned to SEE this way. Next step as I have assisted so many clients with is ‘You must FEEL these emotions fully and learn from them’. What is this anger or sadness teaching you? Why is it here? Having the courage to face our emotions is an important part of evolution. One of the reasons we see more depression and more suicide is because we have a society that is terrified of facing the darkness, afraid of feeling the emotions and then releasing them. We live in a very misaligned society that celebrates problems and limitation, always searching for what’s wrong and then needing to label the wrongness and talk about it. As we come back to our basic understanding of the Laws of Attraction, we quickly see the misalignment with this. We realize that what we focus on we give energy to. Therefore if we desire transformation and healing we must focus upon the healing and wholeness. As long as we stay stuck in fear, anger and denial of feeling our stuff we will continue to suffer and project suffering upon others. This is why your awakening, yes YOURS is so vital and important. Each one of you has great influence upon all the other humans you come into contact with, some of you may realize this some of you may not. It is truth!

As each of us claims back our power and full responsibilities for our thoughts, words and actions, we shall experience true healing and liberation and not a moment sooner.  The angels are channeling this awareness as many of you need to hear it. I will share some tips and a plan of action for all who are open and listening.

* I encourage you all to get a special journal to write your awareness and your positive affirmations into for future reference. Each day as you awaken from dream-time be still and allow yourself a few moments to process your dreams, ask your angels for clarity and guidance and then listen.

Journal any awareness that bubbles up, be patient with this NEW process and give it some time and honor your unfolding with gentleness. Now before you get out of bed, affirm your groundedness (I AM Grounded!) Affirm your connectedness (I AM Connected!) and affirm your protection (I AM Divinely Protected!) Ask from your heart’s wisdom…How May I Serve? Then as you move into your daily moving meditation stay present and aware of ways you may serve and assist self and others.

*Spend an hour a day exercising your body, mind and soul. Find activities you Love and activities your soul is curious to try. Dancing is a powerful way to shake off heaviness and clear our chakras and energy centers for vital health and well-being. Yoga and meditation are powerful tools to not only cultivate greater strength on body mind and spirit, but they also assist us in living with greater awareness and mindfulness, ease and flexibility. Enter these activities with awareness. Thank spirit for guiding you to a high vibrational teacher. There are awake, aware and empowering teachers… and there are enslaved and punishing teachers as well. Pay attention and choose wisely!

*Spend time in Nature truly connecting and honoring nature and listening for higher guidance. The angels showed me a vision of a camp in nature with hundreds of children healing from depression. I saw them learning the sacred arts of Shamanism, learning to connect with and honor nature, healing from being with the trees, the water and the wind. Arch Angle Ariel tells me that our constant need to stimulation, entertainment and distraction is causing many great suffering. We are being guided to step away from the technology we have created as a means to “connect” and to truly connect with one another and with nature.  Daily nature time of an hour or more will do wonders for your soul and your body and mind will benefit greatly from this sacred soul time.

*Connect with each other. Look around you… do you notice how many people are tuned into electronic devices? Do you see how families are not even speaking to each other; they escape into rooms with electronic devices and check out. This constant need for distraction, entertainment and stimulation is causing many of you great anxiety and emptiness. Make use of your electronics with mindfulness and balance your NEED for them. Limit the amount of time you allow your children to be on electronic devices. They need your guidance and awareness. Many parents that ignore this are doing so because they are burnt out and therefore use these devices as virtual babysitters. There is a high price to this lack of connection. Share family meals together and leave all electronics out of these family gathering spaces. Talk to each other and practice really listening to what you are all saying. Caring for yourself and for your family is vital for your overall happiness and well being. Make this family time a priority.

Connection with your community is very important as well. Sign up for empowering soul healing workshops, spend time with high vibrational people, share your gifts and talents and volunteer, give back and pay it forward in your community. The angels have been guiding me to create Soul gatherings and to lead my tribe. We will benefit greatly as a society to come back to the place of remembrance of the tribal community. We are One! It will serve us greatly to connect once again with the highest good of all as our focal point. Pay it Forward in your own beautiful ways daily there is great beauty and power here.

*Spend 20-60 min daily in quiet meditation. This practice will benefit all parents in need of higher guidance, solution and as a place to enter conscious creation. As all the adults begin a daily meditation practice you will all powerfully mirror this important soul time to your observant children. This 20-60 may truly be the most important and powerful time you spend each day. Do not underestimate the importance of connecting with your true Source of energy daily. Make this time of stillness, listening and releasing of all resistance a top priority immediately. Unless you enjoy chaos, confusion, suffering, sickness and pain. I encourage daily soul time a wonderful space to connect with Source, your Angels, and spirit guides.

*Hydration: We are made mostly of water so needless to say hydration is a vital part of well-being. Keeping a clean water bottle with you at all times is wise.  Be mindful and train your children to do the same, you will empower them for life.  Making sure your furry friends are well supplied with fresh clean water is the loving thing to do. The angels also guide me to put clean tumble amethyst crystal in my water bottle and my pets water dish. This crystal raises the vibration of the water and is wonderful for flushing out toxins from the body.  Amethyst is powerful in assisting anyone who is ready to shed additive behaviors as well. I also add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt to my water bottle. Read up on the importance of adding sea salt to our water on watercure.com (thank you Nina for this information) Many of us are chronically dehydrated which leads to all kinds of medical issues.

*Healthy diet: Yes it is true that what you eat has the power to greatly affect you body, mind and soul. We will all benefit greatly to cut out excess sugar, fat and chemicals from our diets as these substances are the primary cause for many ailments and sicknesses. The best place to begin with diet is to listen to your body as it guides you away from certain foods. Our bodies are very intelligent and are constantly communicating with us. Question is are you listening? When you get a tummy ache and gassy after eating that cheeseburger, this is how your body is guiding you away from this food choice. Or when you drink too much soda and feel low energy and anxious, also another way your body is sending you a signal to listen and choose wisely. So rather than get all dogmatic on what is good or bad to eat…I leave you with this: Listen to your body and care about what it has to say, thank your angels for clearing away addictions and cravings that are not healthy or honoring your body they will help you if your open.

I highly encourage everyone to add some daily greens; be it in salad form or in a freshly blended green smoothie. Our bodies Love greens and giving your body a fresh daily dose will greatly improve your energy levels and raise your vibration.

The Art of Blossoming and Becoming with Intutive healer Tawnya Love

Today I saw this post by Jeff Brown on FaceBook which was so synchronistic as I was just having Source upload me with messages to share with you all on this very topic…don’t you just love synchronicity! I do 🙂

Depression is frozen feeling. The mystery begins
with our history. Although the physical body
travels forward chronologically, one’s emotional
consciousness always lingers at any point of
departure. Before we can fully surrender to the
mystery, we have to go back and heal the wounds
and memories that obstruct us. This is the ‘power of
then.’ We’ve got to be there then, before we can be
here now.

I was just assisting a beautiful soul today with an angelic auric clearing. The angels channeled in messages of the importance of clearing. Messages on how this clearing process is our very evolution. We as Souls are experiencing a human awakening. For us to rise higher in vibration and therefore life situation and heightened consciousness we must first clear away the heaviness of past vibrationally.

Think of this as a symbol of renewal. If we want to build a beautiful new building, say an art museum in the city, we have to clear out the old crumbling structure that is condemned and no longer serving us. This is what is for now…we must clear away the rubble of past to rebuild the new structure. Think of my healing abilities and services I offer as an assistant to clearing away the rubble of your heavy past. Until we feel, process, learn from it and then clear it away vibrationally…it shall come around again and again and again…and again 🙂

The shifting path to building and aligning with your power and potential must occur once you have cleared away the heaviness of past. Until you release, you truly hold yourself back and you get this “stuck” feeling which for many we call depression. Once we address, learn from and clear away any old energies, we have flow and our soul’s LOVE flow. Yet for many the need of the ego to stay “stuck” and attached to an old sense of self even when it is causing great suffering is the choice many humans make daily. Why do we choose that? Fear! Every time it is from a fear of the unknown, a fear of who will I be without this energy. A fear of what will change in my life. I promise you as an intuitive healer that has witnessed so much, you have nothing to fear. Yet you must chose to embody courage and move into the unknown spaces. This is the path of evolution and it will never stop. Every single client I have assisted that chose to let go and flow has had amazing and powerful life transformations. Then there are those clients, friends, family who refuse to let go. They refuse to see their stuff and face it.  They dwell on it, identify with it, and then choose to be “stuck”.  This choice always leads to great suffering and resistance.

So let us as powerful spiritual beings realize we are in the amazing process of a human awakening. We know who we’ve been. Learn from it, process it, face it, feel it and release it. Because your soul is NOW ready to flow into who you are becoming!

The Need for Approval

Greetings beautiful evolving souls recently I saw a post on Face Book about humans need for approval and interestingly this came in at a divine aligned time. I was just feeling inspired to speak on this very topic after receiving guidance during a yoga session. Humans have a need to be accepted and nurtured. This is at the core of our emotional and spiritual health. However the need to fit in or have other’s approve of us can cause us a lot of unnecessary suffering and distract us from our authentic path. Many of us grew up in families and misaligned systems teaching us to do whatever it takes to fit in and gain the approval of the group. This conditioning to be accepted runs deep within us as a human race and can often times lead humans to do some crazy shit.  It is the very betraying of self that has caused great suffering and misalignment across this beautiful planet we all call home.

The very essence of evolution is dependent on courageous souls that honor their own direction no matter what others say or think of them. I have lived this personally and know the courage it takes to be true to self, especially within family systems, that if we are honest have often been built upon misaligned belief systems for generations. Nothing can shift, evolve or change if we all remain silent, ignorant and tolerate misalignment and abuse. In order to evolve it takes great courage simple as that. Often humans will ignore their own inner wisdom to change or challenge something because they are choosing their choices from a fear of being alone and a fear of change. A fear of being rejected or shunned from the group can often take a hold over very intelligent humans. Truth is we are never alone, as an intuitive healer that communicates with loved ones who have left their physical form, communicating with Angelic Beings and Ascended Masters…Let’s just shed the false belief that we are ever alone….because it’s just not true! This false belief that we are alone and therefore can be harmed if others don’t accept us is what MUST Shift for this planet of humans to evolve in healthy, loving and aligned directions.

When we make our choices from fear we know it. It doesn’t matter how many we try to externally convince…we know it within ourselves. The more we ignore this inner desire for truth, health and alignment, the more we shall suffer. Yet I have learned firsthand that there is another way, there is a higher choice. A choice that no one can choose for us for only we can claim this alignment. When we honor our own inner wisdom and listen to the guidance we thrive and we know we are One with Source. Suddenly fitting in and belonging to misaligned humans isn’t so appealing, because we understand the only true space for our joy to flow is when we are aligned and One with Source. We understand that the very evolution our souls desire is dependent upon this alignment and honoring of truth. We stop protecting misalignment and enabling the shadow energies, we stop projecting upon others and we Step into the vortex of alignment within accepting full responsibility over our own energy and choices. We chose this for the Love of Self, and not for the approval of anyone externally. Once we get this, Everything shifts for us in all areas of our lives in amazing and often miraculous ways.

We must dare to be courageous and speak up about what we feel, what we see, what we know and do so without apology. Face it, there will be humans that LOVE you for being so courageous and truthful, for you will inspire them to also live authentically. There will be humans that despise you for speaking such truth, Speak it anyway! We are here to assist each other in evolving with greater Love, honor, connection and truth. This can only happen with your active participation and awareness. If you are living with an abusive partner and your stuffing down your feelings daily, You will suffer! If you are a teacher working in a misaligned educational system and you hate it and you gossip about it, yet you do and say nothing to create shifts…You will suffer! If you are a healer, nurse, Doctor and you cater to misaligned humans all day and you hold in your intuition and truth and swallow back the anger of the misaligned system, you guessed it You will suffer! If you are a child and you keep putting up with negativity and abuse and bullying daily and you say and do nothing, You shall suffer! If you are a human that bullies others no matter your title and you continue to lash out, continue to hit and shame and ignore your moments of soul awareness, you shall suffer and continue to breed hate and misalignment upon others causing more unnecessary suffering.

So how does one begin? How does one step away from misalignment, step away from being apart of the misaligned system to becoming a participant in the restructuring of an aligned and Loving system? It happens in a moment of truth, a moment of awareness a moment of authenticity. I know each of you reading this have the power and ability to stand in your own power authentically. Each of you have the wisdom to feel right now if something is off and out of alignment in your lives, be honest with yourself right now and FEEL it. Each of you have the capability to shift things in your lil space of the world, beginning by shifting your own inner self into alignment. Until each of us accepts responsibility for our own sickness and habit of betraying ourself for the approval of others. We shall continue to suffer and breed more suffering in others. Now ask yourself why? Why would you continue to choose from fear? Why would you continue to move forward another day with ignorance and shame and insecurity? Truth is you would only do that because your identifying and aligning  with fear. The aligned systems we are being guided and called to co create must unfold from a space of truth and Love simple as that. Where we are evolving to there is no room for fear any longer, no room for lies, even lil white ones, no room for insecurity, shame, guilt or hate, we are evolving and we know where we’ve been and it’s been dark and slimy. The Angels say Now is a powerful and perfect Divine time to Shine our light! A time to speak, a time to heal, a time to Rise, a time to listen to intuition and trust it, a time to be courageous warriors of light blazing a new path with our alignment, wisdom, truth and Love.

The past is over, and yes it sometimes really sucked! Get over it and step forward with your eyes Wide open, your heart Wide open, your intuition fully aligned and centered, your free flowing infinite and powerful soul flowing without attachment or aversions to what anyone thinks about you. I can share a lil secret with you; Everything others say about you is truly about them, not you. Humans are very fickle creatures loving you one moment when your behaving as they say you should, and then lashing out a moment later when your being true to you. Get over needing to belong, get over needing to fit it, get over what they all think about you. This egoic way is not serving you, Awaken and Rise!

This week I offer you a fun exercise, stay aware, awake and mindful of why you choose to do the things you do. Really pay attention to why you’re choosing to wear that particular outfit? Why you’re going to that meeting or gathering? Why you’re speaking or not speaking on important topics? Why your’e going in the direction your’e going in at this time? Is if authentic? Is it from Love? Or is it from fear, or a need to be accepted or noticed or seen? All of these moments of truthful awareness hold great power for you, the courageous warriors of Light!

The Sacred Alignment of Self Love with Intuitive Healer Tawnya Love

I have been away for a while listening within the sacred spaces of nature and ohhh my has that quiet time brought in beautiful sacred truth and awareness that I am now so eager and excited to share with each of you. Please know that if I am ever away for a little while that there are important reasons and that I hold you ALL in such Love at all times as I listen to Source. I have much to share with you all today and I wanted to begin by expressing honor for each of you that inspire me daily. For all of your courage and your beauty and all you are each going through daily during this human awakening, have faith in your abilities and power…for you each are truly Powerful beyond measure! So Thank YOU for Being YOU!

On that note, I was recently inspired by a face book friend Jeff Brown. When I read his post I was so excited in how beautifully and clearly he expressed such truth and wisdom. I knew I was led to share this with each of you and I hope these words will open up any closed spaces within each of you in miraculous ways. enjoy!

” I grew up in a home where love was measured by abuse. Not only did they abuse those they loved, but they measured our love for them by the amount of pain we were willing to endure at their hands. Talk about a recipe for a disaster in later life, where pure, vulnerable love appeared suspicious by contrast. Little did they know that our willingness to endure their abuse was not a measure of love- it was a reflection of our self-hatred. You don’t endure abuse because you love someone- you endure it because you don’t love yourself. Once you do the work to regain your sense of worth, abuse becomes an impossible path.” -Jeff Brown

Pretty powerful right! How did this expression affect you personally? I’d love to hear from you. Did you experience energies such as these growing up? Are you presently experiencing energies such as this? Are you lashing out and projecting this energy upon others, the ones you say you love? No need to judge, simply allow yourself the freedom for truth to arrive through your openness and your awareness. Now as you take a few centering breaths and allow yourself to feel…what is coming up for you? How are you feeling about this awareness? Allow your feelings to surface and then allow these energies to flow out of you. Deep breaths…Now how do you feel? This is the simple yet profoundly powerful process necessary for an energetic release or clearing and you are completely capable of shifting your own energy and vibration, please know that.

This post from Jeff is completely in alignment with what my angels spoke to me two years ago as I was called back to serve the light full time and to leave a broken abusive marriage and family. It was at that time I started to truly SEE. I gathered all my power and strength and I set out on my own. Loving self takes great courage amongst families like these I learned that first hand. For I was judged, lashed out at and called crazy by many I thought loved me, many who told me with their words they loved me…my reply as I soared out of The lower vibrational realm…”I used to be crazy YES, crazy for EVER tolerating such abuse…I AM FREE! And I will FOREVER LOVE and HONOR Me for Me!”

I have been guided again and again by my awesome angelic family to be mindful that I do not take other’s abusive ways and choices personally. Why? Because it really isn’t about me and if people who say they love you are lashing out, well it’s not about you either. It is an internal battle with the one lashing out, the one hating, the one degrading, shaming or abusing in any form. It is about their own inner conflict. Get away from their energy if your intuition guides you to and send them Love knowing it is their own inner battle. DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONALLY…or go ahead and do that if it makes you happy. The Point is; Your taking it personally is Your choice. Your staying near their abusive energy is Your choice and Your Loving self and flowing in new directions of Love and honor…you guessed it Your Choice! It is important to understand you have power and to be clear on what you have power over. It will serve humans to claim their own responsibility for their own choices and use their power in a loving and aligned way. Rather than lash out and try to control other’s energy, something we truly cannot maintain for long. Yet we always have the power to make out own choices, to Love rather than hate, to walk away rather than fight, to release rather than cling…Always a higher choice available.

Letting go takes courage and a deep belief in self and therefore a deep love for self. We cannot truly Love another when we withhold love from ourselves. Source recently channeled “The most important relationship you will ever experience is the one with yourself.”  I personally have found this to be true. For we are forever with ourselves, may as well get comfy and get to know who you truly are. Because no matter what happens externally, YOU and YOU alone must deal with these shifts. Loving self will make all the difference in a beautiful happy journey or a punishing fearful journey. The choice is up to YOU…No one can make this choice for you, not even your angels.

Synchronicity & Serendipity the language of the Universe

Greetings beautiful souls. I hope this message finds you all healthy, happy and aligned with your Source. We send you great Love and Light at this time to illuminate your chosen path and direction. Ever have one of those days where everything in the universe seems to be aligned for your highest well-being? One of those days where things just magically fall into place for you, the doors are held wide open for you, gifts and abundance show up at the perfect divine time, support and helpers arrive just when you need them to? This can be called many things Synchronicity, Serendipity, and destiny to name a few. For some of us this is an occasional experience, maybe we are lucky enough to enjoy a few times during our lives. Yet for other’s, those who have unlocked important wisdom and understand the laws of the universe, this is a daily experience. Experiencing miracles and magic and synchronicity are in truth our natural state of being. And I am here to express from my hearts deepest truth that this way of life is available for us all, if we align and listen.

I have always loved the magical moments and absolutely loved the syncronistic moments that arrived to surprise and delight me. I LOVED them! Yet they seemed to flow in and then out again just a swiftly. However, now after much life experience of living the contrast I understand how to stay connected with the universal flow.  I have learned the importance of our vibration and our own alignment with Source. This Alignment is Key to experiencing magic and miracles and it is the most natural thing we were born to BE…The trick is to realize and awaken from the fact that we as humans have been conditioned to betray our own alignment, we have been conditioned to live in lack and in fear. We have been conditioned to doubt and to try to control the flow from fear and this lifelong conditioning has caused us great suffering.

I am here to shine the light for those who are ready to choose another way, the aligned, magical, syncronistic way! Living a flowing free LOVE filled and LOVE inspired life is your natural state, it is your souls highest calling…But YOU must choose it! Our first step is to awaken and be honest with the fact that we have been trying to control the universe from a vibration and frequency of fear. This lower vibration will only continue to bring us more fearful, stressful, lackful situations and experiences.  For us to realign with the magic and miracles, for us to reignite the passion and purpose of our soul, we must go higher!

What does higher look like? Or more importantly what does higher FEEL like? Higher always FEELS Higher 🙂 Truly its a higher vibration, it feels loving, it feels hopeful, it feels exciting, it is a space of ease and grace and allowing. If you begin a daily practice of simply allowing, simply releasing resistance and stepping into alignment you will awaken and you let go! You surrender to the universal flow and you allow the infinite powers of the universe to support and provide for you abundantly in the perfect way. 

Synchronicity happens

Simply spending 20-30 min a day in meditation and entering a space of ease will start to swiftly shift your vibration to a vibration of having, to a frequency of alignment and the magic and the syncronicity will flow powerfully in your direction. You will start to manifest your true goals dreams and desires and it will be very playful, magical and fun.

Truth is, the universe has always been communicating with you and has always sent you signs and guidance, you just weren’t open, you weren’t paying attention. Now you can. Now is the time for great shifts. Now is your moment to step in let go and listen…Are you ready?

Greetings beautiful souls,

This has been an exciting and enlightening week with many shifts and changes. I have had Source channeling so much wisdom through me in regards to our collective consciousness and what I see as a soul sickness that has become accepted and even celebrated in our society. What I am speaking of is the Lackful consciousness, what is lackful consciousness you may ask? It is the deepest wound of humanity and if it is not addressed and released we as humans will continue to recreate generation after generation of unnecessary suffering and destruction.

When we are operating from our ego we are tuning into our reptilian brain, our fight or flight survival instincts take us over. This once served us yet now we have the ability to tune into our Unity consciousness and go higher, when we align with this consciousness miracles truly begin to unfold. For thousands of years we have “survived” on a planet that celebrates competition and a fight for control. Yet these energies never truly bring us a lasting satisfaction, for when ego leads us we will continually fight for control and a need to dominate others. In essence this is the opposite of Love and in order to thrive, to experience miracles, to truly connect deeply with another we must allow ourselves to be vulnerable and allow Love to lead the way.

So many humans create unnecessary destruction when they are reacting to a soul level crisis. They are responding to life from fear, and when our response is connected to fear we make all the wrong decisions, we hurt others, we lash out, we dominate, we seek control. Yet every time a human seeks this form of control it is never satisfying or lasting. Like any addiction, the addiction to control and compete is very prominent on our planet. I am amazed at how often we as humans celebrate this insanity and soul sickness.  Look around you with WIDE open eyes and you will see it all around you. Humans competing for time, money, energy, attention, fame, gain, and a sense of being superior. It’s so thick we barely question it anymore because it is what we now feel is normal…It is normal to raise our children to compete with other children, to compare the beauty of one another, to try to destroy someone for our own gain, to spread rumors and lies to cause others to doubt humans we wish to harm because we are jealous and competitive…because we are disconnected from our own Source and feeling insecure to the core. And this behavior never serves us, it harms and hurts us and others we project it upon. And if we are not very present and aware we will miss how the misalignment and fear of another can quickly hook us and trigger fear and misalignment with in ourselves.

Is anyone awake out there? Is anyone noticing this destructive energy sweeping our minds, our bodies and our planet? Does anyone even care? I know I do! And I truly feel that if enough of us open our eyes and truly see WE will unify and ignite a planetary shift in consciousness that’s time has arrived. I know in my soul and every fiber of my being that we are here to thrive, to Love, to share, to care, to inspire, to play, to express and create! All of these energies flow in great abundance when Love is leading our thoughts, words and choices. And all of this LOVE stuff must begin with a great inner shift within each and every human. What I refer to as The Self Love Shift! This is what we are all being called to align with at this time in human history. And we must all clear the heaviness and pain of the past, we must all release the ego mind, strip away the need for control and competition and surrender to The infinite and all providing Source. When we align we Know that we are ALL ONE! When another thrives and succeeds we celebrate because we know they mirror our own success. We begin seeing with New eyes, Loving Abundant eyes.

If you are currently being led by your ego and you know that. The swiftest way to shift is with your complete honest awareness of what consciousness you are currently identified with. Once we have full awareness true healing and clearing are possible, yet until we allow for awareness we will allow the ego to seduce us again and again. And we will continue to suffer and create suffering for others again and again. Aren’t you DONE with suffering? Wouldn’t you Love to go higher? Wouldn’t you love to experience a great Love and abundant support that surpasses all your logic and understanding?  Are you ready to thrive rather than survive? Are you ready to experience miracles beyond your fondest imaginings? Are you ready to have Source bring you everything you truly love and desire? Are you ready to live with freedom and liberation and true power?

If you are then the time is NOW! Time to release yourself from the societal pull of competition and control. Time to stand liberated in your power as ONE with Source and each other. Time to take what you need and trust there is more where that came from, and release the need to over consume and over indulge from a fear of lack. This shift must happen within first and soon after you will begin to experience great external shifts as well in all areas of your life. As we simply relax and reconnect to our true Source, we can begin to release all forms of resistance within ourselves and begin to allow the abundant universe to provide for us in perfect balance and harmony.

Taking just 10-20 min a day to consciously connect with our breath and release inner resistance will be the most powerful tool you will ever discover. Don’t trust me? Then put it into practice and experience the shift for yourselves. I have experienced absolute miracles in my own life from committing to this daily practice of quiet meditation. It is truly as simple as deep centering calming breaths with the intention to reconnect to your infinite Source of power, wisdom, healing, and solution. As each of us realigns our energies we will begin to Remember who we truly are, Powerful infinite and intelligent beings. When we remember who we are and we are aligned with Source we will thrive, we will trust, we will heal, we will know, we will Unite, and we will co create absolute miracles upon this planet.

As I encourage my healing clients and Yoga/Meditation students, Don’t wait another day, don’t wait for your husband or wife or neighbor to do it before you will…Choose NOW, Choose LOVE!

Alignment with Tawnya Love and the Angels

When we are awake and aware we realize that we are more alike than we may realize. We All share the common connection of Source, Love and our soul’s desire for expansion. Therefore if we feel fear, rejection, competition, or any threat from another whatsoever. We and we alone are pinching ourselves off from our Source of alignment and allowing our own well-being to flow.

Not one human enjoys the feelings of being pinched off from Source. The empty state that we experience can be overwhelming and very depressing when we stop the flow of connection, power and infinite energy to enter. We can observe this by simply watching your loved ones as they desperately attempt to control others. As we observe anyone in the energy of controlling another we can quickly observe a human out of alignment with their connection with Source. A human needing to control others is desperately attempting to compensate for their own pinching off the hose of well-being and abundance by bullying another.

Here’s the trick, we must stay awake, aware and connected with our Source no matter what is happening externally. If another is showing you unpleasant, unwanted behavior HOLD YOUR FOCUS upon alignment and your connection with source shall continue to flow. We must be mindful that we do not allow the behavior of other’s to trigger misalignment within ourselves. If we lose our focus we will join them in the sinking of vibration and enter their land of lack consciousness…This will FEEL very unpleasant very quickly…Just shake it off and realign and find your focus upon Love and wellness and your vibration shall rise swiftly. 

No One I repeat No One holds any power over your wellness and your connection with Source, unless you give it to them. You are the creator of your movie so hold your focus upon what YOU are creating, what YOU are calling forth, what YOU Love and YOU will experience beauty, Love and abundance.

Each one of us enjoys feeling good, growing, expanding, feeling Loved and accepted and being One with life. So when you observe another in a state of misalignment, realize they are showing you the panic that is created as one pinches off their own energy supply…like a fish out of water gasping for air, humans that cut themselves off from Source cut off their own oxygen and wellbeing. DO NOT join them! Hold space for them, send love, and help them realign all while remaining aligned with your connection with Source. 

So today and everyday if you notice another showing rudeness, treating you disrespectfully, or showing aggression or fear in any form, realize this is a human that has pinched themselves off from their Source and their own alignment. Don’t take their misalignment personally; it truly has nothing to do with you. Do not believe in their threats, lies and aggression for they truly have no power over you. Your power lies in your own alignment and your steady held focus upon wellness, Love, joy, peace and abundance. So like a cool dude by the name of Christ once said…Turn the other cheek…I feel he was speaking of alignment and to turn our attention swiftly to Source, God, Alignment. It is only your attention to misalignment that causes your suffering in any form, so allow all to flow around you with a steady aligned focal point and we promise you shall thrive in all ways! -Tawnya Love and the angels
