Happy Spring Beloved Soul Family,

Today I am feeling Inspired to speak on aligned Manifestation. I’ve been diligently and joyously laying down beautiful words of wisdom and support in my Ascension Manual. Please allow yourself to receive a little nugget of what Source Consciousness and I have processed so far. Know that You may Enjoy your own process & journey Always regardless of circumstance! ✨🦋✨

First of all let us get clear on what Manifestation is Not. Manifestation isn’t attracting something from “out there” towards us that isn’t Already “in here” within us.

In truth there is only the Experience of an “out there” in regards to all of our chosen creations. Manifestation is when WE shift our Inner frequency to the point where what is Already “inside” of us Here and Now appears in our “outer” experience/reality.

Now we suddenly see it mirroring back to us in a physical experience/reality “out there” and it’s as if we are suddenly moving with a New Reality. In truth the manifestation has been “in here” available all along, we just weren’t able to perceive it from our Old chosen frequency or channel.

Imagine for a moment that your sitting in front of your television. You have hundreds of potential channels available for you to watch and experience. All of these possible realities are happening Now simultaneously. However you must choose one channel, one frequency that you’d like to experience Now. So You choose a channel, you may sit for hours just scanning and flipping through possibilities. You may never actually commit to deeply connecting with any one show, that is your choice.

Imagine however that you do choose a channel, let’s choose channel 34. For fun we’ll say this channel is broadcasting Grey’s Anatomy, and now imagine that every day You actually choose to watch Grey’s Anatomy. Soon, you will begin to perceive that show as YOUR Reality because You’re the one watching it so often, you are deeply committed to this reality. So you keep tuning in, and observing it. It can start to feel like your familiar place, and if you’re not aware you can begin to believe it’s your reality and get stuck on this channel.

Now anytime we FEEL ready to observe/watch and experience a different Reality we can simply choose to Switch channels/frequencies. Suddenly we’ve changed the channel from 34, the one we used to watch so much that it felt like us. Now we are choosing to watch and experience channel 72.

Imagine this channel shows us all of the potential experiences available for us in this great cosmic ocean of consciousness. On this channel we can create and become connected with anything. Some humans may feel uncomfortable at first in observing this channel or reality because it FEELS so different than the one they were used to watching. Some humans will quickly change the channel and go back to what they know on channel 34, because ahhh it’s so familiar & we know what to expect on this channel.

In life, WE are all free to choose that which we wish to observe, experience, and connect with. Nobody chooses the channel for us; we may have other humans attempting to force us to watch their chosen channels/realities, however it is Always our choice if we choose to watch or choose to switch the channel.

Why would a human choose to experience a painful channel/reality? There may be many reasons this soul has chosen this particular channel. First of all, this soul may simply wish to understand this frequency more and so they have stopped here to watch, learn, and experience something. Sometimes souls who choose a channel to learn from may forget that they chose it and start to distort their reality by pretending and Feeling that this channel is who they are. They may temporarily feel stuck here with their eyes glued to the virtual screen of their choosen reality. However, no one “out there” is forcing them to watch it, forcing their eyes to be glued in this reality, rather they are choosing it.

So we can see that as free souls we have the freedom and power to choose. Let’s see if we can understand another reason why a human would choose to feel stuck in a chosen reality/channel. Let’s imagine for a moment this soul becomes attached to the various characters co-creating/co-starring on this particular channel. We can call these other souls/characters by any name or title we like. We may call one character mom and one dad, we may create siblings or extended family. We may experience Love or its polar opposite on this channel. The choices are truly Infinite.

For some of us that once chose a painful & abusive channel, in a moment we may arrive to the point where we’ve had enough. We are Done watching this channel, we have experienced enough of this pain. We perhaps have even become bored watching the same old drama day in and day out, we know what is coming because we’ve watched this show for so long. So we first must realize that we desire to watch something else. Then we can choose to switch channels. And there’s no need for guilt, no need for blame, pain or shame–leave all that energy on the initial channel where it belongs.

The first step in switching channels is to first realize and remember that you are watching a channel; that what you are watching is Not who You Are and is Not Your Reality. It is one possible reality on one chosen channel. Remember, there are Infinitely more channels available for you to connect with as you desire.

Once this soul has remembered Who they are (the observer/watcher) they can now choose a New channel to observe. It’s so simple, it’s Not hard or difficult at all to change the channel on your television right? Well, it’s that simple to change the channel/frequency in your life. It’s simply a choice!

What do we think makes it hard to change? Well first of all if WE believe something is Hard, or Challenging, or Difficult, well then it has to show up for you in that way. We are the ones Creating the next experience from our Chosen thoughts and expectations. If we expect/believe something is Hard, then Hard it will be for us.

However, if we catch these distorted thoughts, if we realize they are Not who we are, that they are Not the ultimate truth, then we can change them, we can release those old thoughts that caused us to continue creating suffering and limitation.

So now that we realize that switching frequencies is as simple as switching the channel on our television, what will we each choose to watch/experience? Anything WE desire, anything WE choose. That is what we will connect deeply with and that is what we will begin to perceive as our New Reality. Do be mindful in what you “Tune-Into” for if you lose your higher awareness, you will believe it is Who You have “Turned into!”

So back to why we might refuse to change our channel. Attachment, Attachment, Attachment. Many of us become attached to the drama, the pain, and the suffering it FEELS so damn familiar. So we hold on to it and call it ours, it’s just an old familiar feeling. As long as we cling to it we cannot let go of it. We cannot change the channel if we have our thumb held down on that one channel. Some of us are attached to the other characters and so no matter how much we desire to watch a different channel we hold onto those characters and we stay stuck on their channel. They are characters that have chosen this channel, you may choose to interact with other characters on other channels any time you choose.

In truth you are Not attached to anyone outside of you, you are all droplets of the same vast cosmic ocean of consciousness. However, you are all free individual droplets who have the power of choice–Divine Free Will. You can Not lose anyone, in truth. You can change channels and interact with new characters and switch back every now and then to connect with old characters on other channels if you desire. Any of you who only choose to visit the characters you were born to a couple times a year or maybe less, understand this. And you don’t need to ever feel guilty about switching channels, guilt is an energy that keeps you stuck on that old familiar channel, so let it go!

You can watch anything you Like, or you can watch anything you Don’t like. The choice is Always, Always yours. Focusing on what you Don’t like keeps you on that channel. So if you’ve had enough of that stuff you don’t like, stop focusing on that channel. Switch the channel and search for channels playing what you Love. There’s a genius idea ✨😆✨

For those of you who know it’s time to change channels, relax and flip that switch with excitement of the new experiences that you’ll now have, FEEL Excited for the New characters you’ll co-create/co-star with in your New chosen Reality. Just remember, it’s only one potential Reality so choose to remain Awake and Aware that you are Not the channels you choose to watch…You are and will Always BE the observer/creator choosing what you’d like to observe/create next! So be mindful of that Divine Truth.

Enjoy this Experience of flipping channels & experiencing different frequencies. It can truly be fun, joyous, and even exciting if You allow it!

Beloved Soul Family,

The more one Enjoys the process of creation, the faster the creation is manifested.

The most important Art to Master is simply “BEING HERE NOW,” Trusting that all that is happening Now is happening for a Divine reason.

Everything that is happening Now is happening to put You in touch with yourself for the purpose of Your own Expansion/Evolution.

Key to remember: Circumstances DON’T matter, only Your chosen state of BEING matters.

How WE Choose to respond to circumstances is what determines Our state of BEING, NOT what the circumstances are.

Very important tool to remember in Vibrational Alignment. It isn’t if the circumstances change that tells us if we’ve evolved. It’s how WE Choose to respond to those circumstances that Illuminate us in regards to our growth and evolution.

Humans are often Masters of Limitation, all the while each individual has the free will to be a Master of unlimited Expression & Creation.

Beloved Soul Family,

Here’s what Spirit just shared through my channelled writing connected with a Soul Conversation I had today with one of my clients: Enjoy!

Why humans choose to create suffering:

Humans who are not fear-based/fear-focused do Not have any “need” to express domination.

When you express an idea with a need to dominate, that simply means in that moment you have forgotten that you have Inner Power.

Therefore you are now seeking to control “other” in your external reality rather than “choosing” to Realign with your inner power.

When one really is aligned within there is no need to seek power externally. No need to control “Other.”

If you feel you must dominate, you’re really saying that you are temporarily Feeling powerless and fearful.

Therefore you are now believing there is no other way to “create” that which you desire, unless you attempt to control your external reality or the “other’s” external reality so you feel forcing them or dominating them will make You feel safe.

This is a distortion and one that will cause self and possibly another suffering–if “other” chooses to participate in your distortion.

Therefore a human who hasn’t yet remembered to access their Inner Alignment tools in order to get in touch with their own self-empowerment will feel powerless.

When a human loses Inner Alignment and feels that Feeling of powerlessness it often scares them and they may be so in denial; because this terrifies them to even look within and recognize what is happening within Self.

This hurting human will then choose to push down these feelings quickly from fear as a distraction, and they will then choose to focus on External reality, “other” and seek to control and dominate what is outside of them rather than choosing to focus on what is going on within the Self. Which ironically is the only true place this human holds any power.

Humans who have pinched themselves off temporarily from the Source of Inner Power and Alignment will attempt again and again to project their loss of power outwardly on others in an attempt to control what is outside of the Self.

Humans who are in denial that they even have fearful thoughts flowing unconsciously as they seek to control others are also in denial that they are in denial.

These humans hold themselves in Vibrational prison, as well as other unconscious humans who choose to participate and co-create with their distortion.

This is what fearful misaligned humans do and it will never serve them in accessing their true power within. Until each individual chooses to Realign with their Inner Power and to stop seeking external power over others, this external reality will appear with distortion and suffering. Every human has free will and must make these important choices for self empowerment. Every human who chooses to Realign IS Powerfully Supporting a new Earth vision and Alignment.

Day 121 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

Beloved Soul Family,

Today I woke up feeling pain in my heart for the state of the external world. I expressed my feelings of frustration, had a good cry and I let it all go. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. I like to often remind myself of this when I get too deeply drawn into the external drama/movie.

My heart Loves deeply and cares for and honors all life, even when I’m tested with humans who choose to show no honor or Love. I shall continue to choose Love and Joy and Peace.

As I sat in stillness today a picture of Gandalf came into my mind and the scene in the film where he grows frustrated with the ignorance of the humans and hobbits surrounding him. Gandalf states that he’s going to go spend time with the only one who makes any sense, himself. Such a wise choice, and I can so relate to this choice. Just thinking of his Beautiful Power and Patience brings tears. I am Now choosing to honor this Wisdom and Intelligence within myself.

I’m going to take a break from social media for awhile, I will definitely keep SHINING my Shine and Singing My Soul Song. I just feel I need to break away from the insanity and noise of the external world of drama. I Love myself enough to honor my higher Awareness, I Love Every living being even when I choose to pull away from them for clarity, peace, direction and Stillness.

My heart has faith in you Humanity, you’ve got everything you need within yourselves. May Love guide All of your most Sacred and important choices Now & Always ✨🦋✨

It’s Always such a beautiful treat when a loved one shows up during our Energy Healing Sessions. Today the beautiful client spirit and I had the pleasure and honor of supporting with Energy Healing, was touched to hear that her mother who had recently left her physical body came to share messages through me. I saw her in my mind’s eye so clearly with a nice smile on her face. She had very personal messages that her daughter knew the meaning of.

It always touches my heart to be present for such Miracles, and is so comforting to connect with those who have transitioned beyond this physical dimension and hear what they have to say. What I know for sure is that WE Are Eternal Infinite Beings and WE Never truly die. And Love is what eternally connects us all. 💗

Greetings Beloved Powerful Creators,

As Free-Will beings each of us have the power of choice. Choices are neither Right nor Wrong. Choices are choices, however all choices Create. In every choice one creates a new experience, a new consequence and a new creation.

That being said, choosing consciously will support a soul in higher Vibrational Experiences and Consequences. Where Choosing unconsciously will create a very contrasting experience and consequence.

All souls have the Freedom to honor their own bodies, minds, and environments. One may set healthy boundaries/requests and yet the other also has the freedom of choice. They may choose to honor those boundaries or dishonor them. In all choice there are consequences. Some refer to this as The law of cause and effect, or the law of karma.

Souls may deliver themselves from any life situation via their choices. No choice is good or bad, again to be clear, choice is choice. However, if we desire a loving life experience and we torment ourselves via our chosen thoughts, and then we torment others via our chosen dishonoring actions one can quickly discern a karmic/cause and effect consequence in motion.

When we choose to consciously Love and Honor ourselves via loving expansive thoughts, and Loving Expansive action one will quickly Observe a shift in external reality. The same law of karma/cause and effect in motion yet creating a very different Reality.

Therefore in regards to joy, happiness, and peace certain choices would appear to be better choices/higher choices than others. In this case we could call these choices Good or Aligned. They are Good and Aligned because they are supporting us in creating consciously that which we desire, as opposed to unconsciously creating that which we do Not desire. The Choice to lie cheat and steal will usher in very different life situations/realities than the choice to Love, support and heal for example.

When a soul plays the game of separation and unconsciousness through their unconscious thoughts and choices they create a very different external reality. They or others may call these choices Bad, where in truth they are simply unconscious choices creating unconscious realities that are Not desired.

Each of us hold the ultimate power in every Sacred Moment via our choices. That being said, it is wise to pause and invite consciousness into our Chosen thoughts and actions if we desire to create that which we truly Love and Desire.

We Are All Powerful Creators, some of us are Powerfully creating that which we Love and desire Consciously. While others may be Powerfully creating that which they do Not desire via unconscious thoughts/actions. We are all droplets from the same vast Cosmic Ocean choosing our next life experiences via our choices. The Ocean of Potentiality and Consciousness doesn’t really mind what WE choose to create. Yet our choices will very much effect our life experiences/realities.

Day 118 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

I Love how Spirit and I work things out in dream time. Yesterday, I shared my views in regards to the unnecessary gun violence happening in this country. I requested that people only choose to comment with honor or to move along if hate was their reaction.

So many of you contacted me with words of honor and appreciation, while a few disregarded my healthy boundary and came in spewing ignorance and hate. And as promised I cleared these energies from my social media.

I am a woman with great compassion and I will always give every human a chance to enter a conscious conversation. However, if I am shown that conscious conversation is not what the other wishes to participate in, well I do what anyone practicing Self-Love would do. I move on. I choose to live in a high, Love-filled Vibration because it makes me feel so amazing and expansive. I choose to remain in my vortex of creation because I have learned that is the only wise and aligned choice. I choose to honor the haters of life by removing myself from their space in the healthiest ways possible.

I have learned in life that Lovers, Love Loving. While Haters, Love Hating. Therefore, I honor every hater as any Lover would–I choose to Love them, I Love myself, and I move along. In fact, I move along singing my Soul-Song for All to hear. If another directs hate at me for singing my Soul song, I dance on singing my Soul song Infinitely.

It is important to continue singing regardless of the response you receive. It’s important to continue Loving, regardless of the Love that others “try” to deny you. Your Love lives within; Nobody can take that from you my beloved soul family. No one, but you.

So last night in my sleeping Dream, Spirit was helping me with the words to explain some important life tools and understanding that will serve each of us very well if we are open. I received the metaphor of a great and beautiful ocean. We, each and every one of us humans, animals, and living beings are droplets of this great vast ocean of Consciousness and potential.

In our lives we (our water droplet of Source) flow and we often flow and mix with other water droplets of Source-Oneness. At times, a human may flow through your experience that is “mirroring” the potential of hatred. They are Not hatred, they are participating in an energy of hatred, they are trying on the hatred costume for awhile and mirroring to all the consequences and creations of that choice.

Now another human may be mirroring Love, they are the Infinite ocean of Oneness and they have chosen to try on the Love costume. They now mirror to all the water droplets they flow past what Love looks like, what the consequences and creations of Love look like.

In truth it’s like a big game where all living beings are trying on different costumes. At times a human may have “chosen” to wear the lack of integrity costume, they experienced the consequences and creations of wearing that particular outfit. One day perhaps they decide to drop that costume and try on the “Person with honor” costume. They then begin to mirror this costume to all other water droplets & create and experience a new consequence.

You see WE are ONE with that Mighty, Vast, Beautiful and often Mysterious Ocean of Source Consciousness. We are never the costumes we choose to wear for a time. We are Not our emotions, we are Not our thoughts, we are Not our human bodies, we are Not our various chosen roles and titles.

You see the first and most Empowering step of Freedom & Liberation is in understanding this Ocean of Potentiality. We Are Free to choose from a mighty ocean, full of choices.

That being said, worrying or fighting with other ocean droplets who have chosen to pretend to be unconscious, who’ve chosen to pretend to be hateful, who’ve chosen to pretend to be more or better than…Well, it’s a total waste of your precious time and energy.

The key to joy and happiness is to keep flowing, continue expanding and exploring and experiencing your chosen costume. The Key to Evolution is to Awaken and Remember your wearing a chosen costume. Until you remember this You believe You Are your chosen costume.

I Love to remind humans of the “chosen” part because it’s Divine Truth. No one else “out there” chooses our costume. We choose. And no choice has to become permanent, any more than the clothes you wear each day are a permanent part of you. They can be if you choose that.

So you see as long as many humans continue pretending they are separate and unconscious the world will have a great contrast of life experiences and costumes. A great contrast of consequences and creations. Our Choices can and will create new realities. However every soul has the freedom of choice, always. That being said ALL of our power is in OUR choices.

The government does not control you, that is an unconscious part you’re playing in your chosen role. Your spouse doesn’t control you, your children or parents do not control you…All of this powerlessness is a consequence and a creation of our choice to play separate and unconscious parts where we’ve forgotten WE Choose Our Costume.

Nothing “out there” will Ever shift for the better as long as we are playing unconscious, separate roles within. Once we truly understand the game of Life, we can master that game and have so much fun in that game we’ve chosen to participate in.

However gun violence, rape, murder, incest, and violence of all the many creations we powerful humans can conjure up will never go away as long as Any of us are playing the unconscious separate roles.

Every human must Realign and Remember how powerful they truly are. Every human must consciously choose to put on their Conscious Costumes otherwise there will always be contrasting Creations on this planet.

Now the key to remaining Conscious is to focus 100% on YOUR choices, Your creations, Your consequences to Your choices. Focusing on making “them out there” change is a distraction to the only place you’ve ever truly held any power…within yourselves!

For myself I will continue mirroring to every passing droplet, everyone of my beloved soul family members of the Great Cosmic Infinite Vast Ocean the choice to Love, the choice and consequences of Freedom and Liberation and Empowerment. That is my choice and it IS Shifting my inner and outer World/Reality.

What costume will You choose? What experiences and consequences will you create? The possibilities are truly Infinite.

Beloved Soul Family,

After observing, listening and feeling my own wisdom in regards to these brave teenagers who are choosing to take a stand for what they know is wise and aligned, I have chosen to make my own statement, I am expressing from Love and wisdom and I will not tolerate any ignorant ranting on my posts. Your ignorant unloving statements will be deleted and blocked every time, so if you’re driven by anger and hate, thank you for scrolling along. I write this because it’s time for Me to take my stand for Love and Wisdom. Seeing hateful comments on my posts celebrating humans who are choosing to live with courage is not necessary. Reading comments like, “all teenagers are ignorant and uniformed,” is a total myth…Anytime a human writes an all-encompassing statement like this I can quickly call bullshit. I have 3 Amazing teenagers who are informed and intelligent. Reading statements from adults saying, “these teens are all Tide-Pod eating idiots,” is absolutely untrue. Again, I have 3 teenagers who’ve never even thought to eat a fucking Tide Pod!? These statements are thrown around by insensitive adults who Are clearly uniformed, ignorant and nasty.

I encourage You, the insensitive hateful ones, to take a good look in the mirror and heal the only thing you have power over, your own unstable and insane minds. I encourage You to drop into your hearts and feel and listen from your heart and soul rather than your fearful, frantic egoic minds that have been programmed to hate. Hating other humans is not natural, it is a learned phenomenon. You and You alone must make the decision to unlearn the hateful distorted ideas that you’ve been fed.

You know what I’ve heard enough of, statements by ignorant humans stating that, “guns don’t kill people, crazy people kill people.”

Here’s the truth, guns (AR-15) assist hurting unstable humans in killing lots of innocent people very quickly. A basic handgun can also kill innocent people but not nearly as quickly. There is no reason whatsoever for anyone on the streets to have these types of semi-automatic weapons. These innocent humans don’t stand a chance when a disturbed human busts into their sacred spaces with an AR-15 weapon. In this case, these types of semi-automatic weapons are absolutely Killing innocent humans. And yes, an unstable human is holding that gun–a gun they purchased from a store or stole from their dad…They don’t need to be on the streets or in family homes.

The second amendment was created at a time when there was no such thing as an AR-15, or AK-47 weapon. This amendment was written in a time when humans wanted to have a right to have a single-loading rifle. This was in place for basic protection from wildlife or home/property invasions. Our society has lost their freaking minds and these events are a reflection of the deeper disturbance within many human minds. Human minds invented these destructive weapons and destructive human minds do not care nor have any compassion for the destruction these creations cause. This issue, as all issues, must be addressed from within each of our minds.
