Blessings my beautiful soul family, I hope you are all staying warm and cozy during the holidays. Today I am feeling Inspired to share with you some of my recent dreams/experiences of astral travel and remote viewing. I’m constantly opening myself more and more to understanding just how Multiimensional we really are. Oftentimes we forget this, we can become dragged down by only the current Reality that we see around us. We can forget just how complex and Multidimensional we truly are and feel a sort-of trapped feeling in this dimension, forgetting we are One with All of this vast Universe.
Often I have what I refer to as just processing dreams, these are dreams where we literally process all the many images and experiences of the day–that movie we watched right before bed can end up in these dreams, what you ate for dinner can affect this processing, the tension you experienced at work and so on. These are important dreams in assisting us with “The Process” of all the incoming information. They help us purge and release anything that is bogging us down, help us to understand in abstract ways, different ways we could have handled an experience.

Another dreamtime experience that I’ve been having my entire life are Astral Travel experiences. These are not simply processing your day, or even this reality. These experiences often take me off planet into other dimensions and reality, and at times they take me across this planet. There seems to always be an important reason for these experiences. I seem to always be gathering some important information or assisting another in some soulful way.

Once, years ago I had a falling out with a friend.  She and I hadn’t connected in 6 months or so and I had no idea where she was or what she was up to. One night I dreamt (experienced) being in her bedroom. I could see and describe the decor and the details of the room. I saw her and her girlfriend fighting, I could hear everything they were saying. When I woke up I felt I had really been like a fly on the wall in her room. A couple weeks later I synchronistically ran into her. We chatted for a few minutes and I felt inspired to tell her about my dream (experience). When I started describing the room decor and the exact fight I was listening to she looked like she saw a ghost. 

She then told me that my sharing this was “tripping her out,” she confirmed that the decor of her room (that I had never been in physically) was spot on and that she had a terrible fight with her girlfriend. I was grateful for the experience and grateful to be that Being who saw truth. Because of seeing truth, she sat there crying and opening up to me about the fact she knew that she needed to end this relationship. I feel I was simply there holding space and truth with her to support her in her higher direction. 

Another Powerful example I experienced–and there are so, so many but I’ll just share a few:  One evening I had this experience that I was in the ocean; I intuively knew it was Hawaii. I was observing the foundation of the island and taking information of an incoming Tsunami that I could FEEL was on its way. I then saw a giant wave hitting the islands and devastating the life there. I intuively sensed an incoming Earthquake on its way. When I woke up I sat straight up in bed and I was sweating and crying. I immediately went into Meditation and communicated back to Mother Earth. I spoke to the wind, the water the Earth to please be gentle and pull the ocean water out so it wouldn’t make such a devastating wave. A couple of days later I woke up, my husband at the time told me that on the internet scientists were baffled by an Earthquake that had just happened while we slept. They said the earthquake should have caused such a giant wave that technically should have wiped out Hawaii and couldn’t understand why the water spread out, as it made no logical scientific sense. 

You see WE Are Multiimensional Beings, we are Not bound by Time nor Space. I KNOW this because it’s my truth, it’s my constant experience. I also know that when WE Remember how connected and powerful we are, we have the power to greatly influence this reality and beyond. 
I feel again I was called to Hawaii to tune-in, because it’s part of my soul mission and ability to help in such ways. I feel that thr friend at the time called to my soul because she knew I could help her. We Are that connected!

Last night I had one of these, Astral Travel experiences, and it was interesting because just about every time I am remote viewing; or in an Astral traveling experience it is like I’m invisible. Like an invisible fly on the wall, I am observing, taking in information to help. There have been a few times where I can FEEL that someone is sensing my presence. They can’t see me but I can feel them becoming aware of my presence. Sort of like when I can FEEL a spirit with one of my clients, a grandmother that is close by. 

Well this time something shifted–during last night’s experience a child saw me. I was on another planet observing a great overtaking for power. So many were being enslaved and taken as prisoners, and I could simultaneously remote view the other side of the planet currently being destroyed. I saw the Intense red and orange Moulten spewing out. I knew this planet was going to be destroyed. I was there to help these beings that were being taken as prisoners. 
As I was in that lineup taking in all the information of this place. I looked down and saw a little boy starting at me as if I was an alien, haha. Because to him, I was indeed an alien and clearly wasn’t from around here. I held out my finger to my lips, giving the “shhhhh” sign. He nodded at me and slowly looked ahead. I could FEEL he understood I was there to help.  As I moved around in this Reality, I noticed something that has never happened before. If I brushed up against something it would move. If I walked on a rug it wrinkled, a piece of fabric would float and move, and I observed some of the beings noticing this movement and could FEEL their fear of what they couldn’t see. At one point a woman literally walked so close she touched me and jumped back when she couldn’t see anything. 

As I woke up this morning in my human Avatar body I just lay there processing the shifts occurring in my astral traveling experiences. Why am I suddenly being seen? Why am I suddenly affecting the physical items in these other realities? Why am I even here in these other dimensions? 

A thought flowed in that has fascinated me. What if we are living out simultaneous experiences in different Avatar bodies? We Are Multidimensional Beings, I definitely travel off-planet a lot. Then I thought about how what one Reality can do to affect the other realities. For example, in this human lifetime I have had a lot of work to do in regards to clearing abuse patterns and cycles from my life. It has been a life-long journey of leaving people, releasing family, jobs, and taking a powerful stance on zero tolerance of abuse as I show through my own example a New way of Self Love. 
Now, what if all that work that has helped liberate me here on Earth is simultaneously effecting my other Multiimensional Realities? Wouldn’t that make sense that one movement of Evolution and Liberation would ripple out across the cosmos affecting All realities? It makes so much sense to me. 

I FEEL and Sense that I am traveling to other dimensions, planets and realities supporting a great movement of Evolution. A movement of Liberation and Empowerment. I FEEL that all of our earthly work and progress is supporting other dimensions as well and vice versa. I FEEL that other dimensions and realities are affecting us simultaneously, talk about WE Are All One baby! That truth is bigger than many of us have understood. It’s so fasinating to realize just how connected we all are to All life throughout the cosmos. 

I encourage You all to take the time to be present with your dreams, to practice discernment of their meaning and purpose. To listen to those pieces of information with great respect and reverence and to tune-in and thank the universe for what you truly desire for All life. Maybe in a much grander way than you’ve ever thought before.
Write down your dreams, stay open and receptive to new ways of understanding, and ask those big questions, trusting the universe that you’re One with, is delivering your answer…Stay Open, stay Present.

And Remember, WE have a great ability to usher in New Transformation and change. So focus on the New Reality, ask for Universal Support and believe you are worthy of that Support. It’s Happening!!!

Happy Holidays & Infinite Blessings to You All. I am confident that this message will reach each of You at the Divinely Aligned Time. Something I Know in every fiber of my being is that Everything that is happening is happening for us. Happening for our Awareness, our Liberation, our Empowerment, our Well-Being and our Evolution. 

Sometimes things can suddenly take a swift turn on the path of alignment. One moment you’re flowing along peacefully, confidently, and suddenly Another can throw you a curve ball. Well, I say be prepared for those curve balls in life, be so Centered and Conscious that you Smack that Fucking ball outta the ballpark and confidently March on.

I have many of the closest humans to me (mainly my clients) ask me, “Tawnya how do you stay so centered? How do you handle it when others you care about mistreat you?” And I’ll tell you, I remain centered, awake, and aware, with a graceful Divine detachment. I care 💯! I Love Fully, I give of myself Freely, and yet I remain open to higher guidance, Always! 

I allow others complete freedom to show up as they choose to show up. I simply make my choices from this constant in-flow of information. One moment a human close to you shows you Love and shows you Honor. The next they may choose to withhold that Love and Honor. Divine detachment honors all Soul choices. It gives each soul the freedom to connect intimately and honorably, or to choose to completely withhold Love and miss the opportunity for true intimacy and connection.

What I feel, in my humble opinion, is that too often humans are attaching for all the wrong reasons. And because of this choice to attach from fear or control, or from abuse they continue to co-create pain and suffering for themselves and then project this pain upon others. They get caught up in the abusive cycles. 

I have observed for a lifetime how popular this choice is and have equally observed how much suffering these choices continue creating. I find it so ironic that often the very humans we call Family are the very humans who struggle the most in being authentic, vulnerable and intimate with us. Why is that?

Couldn’t family be something Higher? Couldn’t family show up with Love, Honor and Transparency? Couldn’t family be vulnerable and honest with one another? Couldn’t family honor and extend gratitude for honesty and heartfelt connection? 
I know we can, because it’s how I live. However, I have had to release most of my born-to-blood family throughout my lifetime. And why did I need to make that choice? Because it was the only choice that honorored my own Precious Sacred Rebel Soul. The only choice that extended Love & Compassion to myself.

Like many, I spent half of my life tolerating abuse. Such profound abuse that it’s a Fucking Miracle I am alive today to share the Wisdom that my Sacred life has provided me. And yet, here I stand Stronger than Ever–Awake, Aware, Conscious, and in complete ownership of MY Choices and MY Creations.

What I’ve learned is that it is Always the Highest Choice to Honor and Love Yourself. Always. No matter the cost…And it has Fucking cost me, let me tell you. And yet every human that I had to evolve beyond, every human I had to release and let go of has been worth it. Because I made those choices from a space of Love, Self-Love and Freedom.

For me, staying in abusive spaces for Any reason is Fucking Insane! We receive and attract what we continue to tolerate, PERIOD! Don’t believe me? Look around and observe just how happy you are, how truly happy others are. Just have the courage to open your eyes and observe the manipulative games that play out, especially in families. Pay attention to how you participate. We can only heal what we allow ourselves to feel.

What if each of us chose differently? What if starting right now you chose Self-Love? What if from this moment forward you chose to walk away from abuse, no matter who it’s coming from? Could You? Could You Love Yourself that deeply and fiercely? Can you make the choice to stop the manipulative games? To stop participating even if those you refuse to play with shun or reject you? Can you live with that strength and courage, and Always stand up for Love…By Beginning with Self-Love?

You, Me…WE have the power to change this world for the better. And I can promise you continuing to tolerate abusive, and passive aggressiveness is NOT going to change a damn thing. LOVE is! 

Love is the Answer. And Self-Love Doesn’t always show up with cozy politeness. Sometimes speaking blunt, Crystal Clear Truth is what is absolutely needed for change and evolution. Sometimes saying goodbye is the highest, most Loving choice. 

So, who’s with me? Who’s out there listening? Give me a response, challenge me if you disagree. Let me know that You are out there, that you are ready to stand with me in Self-Love. Let us Unite in this most important global mission. It is time to move into that New metaphorical Nautilus chamber, some of you may want to toss this message aside, pretend it’s not Truth. You may be tempted to silently slip back into your unconscious slumber. I assure you that will be the ultimate cost of your Soul’s Alignment and Highest Potential. Choose wisely.

WE, YOU and ME Came here to Fucking Shift things…Not to tolerate Abuse. Fuck That!!!

Day 91 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

So often I am touched & delighted by the Potential of each new day. For me, every day holds Incredible opportunity for Magic & Transformation. It’s easy to become distracted by the fears and negativity of outside forces. Those distractions seem to be all around us. However, we have the power to choose to focus within rather than without. We can turn our attention on our inner voice, our inner desires and co-create our own Magic & Miracles.

I speak Divine Truth here. Everyone of you reading this message have Incredible power. Everyone of you are worthy of aligning with your highest potential. And everyone of you are Incredible creators in a constant cyclical state of motion and creation.

Now what we choose to create is always up to us. This choice really has nothing to do with your current external reality. Unless of course you keep telling your mind that your external reality dictates your ability to create. Then your consistent thoughts will support your next creation, and your next, and your next.

Creation is our Birthright! It’s why we’ve all come here in this physical reality. Now what we create is up to us. I speak from experience on this and if you observe your life with an honest, open lense you’ll realize that you too have been creating your entire life.

But what are we creating? Are we creating Peace, Joy, Love, Connection, and Bliss? Or are we creating Fear, Lack, Limitation, Competition, Comparisons and Suffering? It only takes a moment to observe that in this physical world humans are all creating very different realities. And our choice of creation never needs to be limited by any other humans’ choice of creation, ever!

You may have grown up listening to your tribe constantly speaking about lack, fear and injustice. But please, please remember that You and You alone choose your focus, your thoughts and your chosen reality.

As a child I constantly heard and felt empathically the constant message of, “There’s Not Enough” & “I’m Not Enough,” there was a consistent energy flowing from just about every one of my family members. For years I allowed that programming to influence my own beliefs and expectations of life. For years I suffered and for years I truly believed I wasn’t worthy or enough. For years I was lost in Illusion, playing small and I suffered.

Now for myself I made some important choices in my life. In time I began meditating, I consciously pulled myself away from the external noise of the world, and that included my family and all of their opinions. It took Awareness and Courage to go Within. And though I get immense pleasure in writing these messages and sharing my wisdom with my clients and family, I know that my words are not enough to cause any of you to change. Only You can choose to change your old programming, only you can choose to pull away from the outer reality and go within, deeply within to discover your own truth.

It is my joy and pleasure to Inspire You, and Encourage You. The next steps are completely up to You!

Each day make a decision and commitment to walk or sit in silence for at least 30 min. Walks in nature can be Incredibly restorative and inspiring for this practice. If that’s not available for you, then sit somewhere quiet where you can enjoy your time off in solitude and stillness.

Let go of any attachments or expectations, just enjoy sitting, laying or walking with yourself just for the pleasure of Stillness and Being. Be with your breath, meaning bring awareness to your breath. Allow your mind to flow, just bring awareness to the thoughts that are flowing in-and-out. Notice them, consciously shift those thoughts to the highest most loving, empowering thoughts that you are Inspired to focus on.

FEEL the Aliveness within your physical body, notice the strength of your body. Bring Awareness to the Miracle that is your body. Just simply enjoy being in this physical-human vessel. Observe thoughts that flow in about your body. Notice if any judgmental thoughts flow in, notice that You have the choice and power to change those thoughts to Higher Loving thoughts anytime.

Enjoy this moving or sitting Meditation everyday for the next 2 weeks. Make the commitment to practice with consistency. Observe the inner and soon thereafterter the outer shifts that occur within your ever shifting reality. Enjoy this process, let go of any rigid expectations or neediness. Just enjoy your constant state of Creation.

Our ability to find something to love, and to love again for the first time, depends greatly on how we resolve & integrate where we’ve been before. A great model for us exists in the chambered nautilus, an exquisite shell creature that lives along the ocean floor. The nautilus is a deep-sea form of life that inches along the bottom. Over time it builds a spiral shell, but always lives in the newest chamber.
  The other chambers, they say, contain gas or liquid that helps the nautilus control its bouyancy. Even here, a mute lesson in how to use the past: live in the most recent chamber and use the others to stay afloat.

  Can we, in this way, build strong chambers for our traumas: not living there, but breaking our past down till it is fluid enough to lose most of it’s weight? Can we internalize where we’ve been enough to know that we are no longer living there? When we can, life will seem lighter.

  It is not by accident that the nautilus turns it’s slow digestion of the bottom into a body that can float. It tells us that only time can put the past into perspective, and only when the past is behind us, and not before us, can we be open enough and empty enough to truly feel what is about to happen. Only by living in the freshest chamber of the heart can we love again and again for the first time. Right Here, Right Now.
~center yourself and close your eyes and imagine the passages that have brought you to who you are.

~inhale evenly and see which passage holds the most feeling.
~breathe steadily and ask yourself, is the past living in me, or am I living in this passage of the past?
~do nothing today; simply be with what your heart answers.
~tomorrow, share the feeling with a friend.

Day 90 of 365 Days of Mindfulness

November 30, 2017

Tonight my beloved starts talking to Catherine Love and I about a suprise he has for us tomorrow. He only speaks those words maybe for 20 seconds. I instantly saw a vision flash through my mind’s eye of all of us in the car driving around looking at Beautiful Christmas lights. So I told him I feel I know what it is and I reminded him why he should never talk about suprises near me. I don’t mean to, I don’t even try to see…but I see!

So tonight as we’re getting into bed he asks me what I saw. So I told him and he smiles and says “Wow baby, that’s what I’m going to do with you!”

This kind of thing happens to me All the time. I feel it’s one of the reasons I can support and help people so deeply as an Intuitive Healer. Because I do SEE even when others won’t let themselves. And often I SEE what others try to withhold from me or others.

I’m grateful for this openness and I’m glad my Beloved wasn’t upset that I now know his suprise. It is Safe to SEE Truth!
